The store was lacking a bit in the boys birthday department. We originally went in for Hawaiian party wearables and there was a small selection but better than other stores we visited trying to find luau themed accessories in January. We shopped around for our twins first birthday decor but will be spending $ for these elsewhere due to lack of variety.

Shelves were pretty empty. didnt have hardly anything for turning 50.

We got balloons FIVE WEEKS ago for our daughters second birthday from Party America and they are still floating strung through out the house. The quality of these balloons is amazing! They wont deflate on you before any party!!

Wow. Went in to use a coupon for a costume and ended up getting an in store discount worth even more. The woman who helped me was so amazing. So kind. She looked at my 11yr old and immediately knew her size and was able to quickly show us a large variety of costumes all for more savings than my coupon I originally was expecting to use. The cashier was so sweet as well. And very openly communicative. I will definitely be back for more party and holiday needs.

Great prices on their balloons. 2 popped as I put them in my car and the employee that was outside offered to replace them for free. Nice employees, too!

A bit over priced, some stuff you can find at dollartree. They do have a big selection though.

Always have helium!

Very helpful! Had exactly what I needed and was eager to help me. I appreciate it so much because I thought it was going to be difficult to find what I needed, I couldnt be happier with the assistance I received. The staff was not only helpful but very friendly too, making it an easy choice as to if I will be a return customer or not. Thanks to the staff for making that an easy choice for me.

This is the only party store near Greeley and it has a wonderful variety, Im never disappointed with the selection but I have been disappointed with the staff on several occasions now. This time they seemed to be more occupied with each other than providing proper customer service. I was disappointed because one worker looked to be in a management position. Im sad by the lack of customer service these days...

If youre here for balloons and on a budget, youre better off buying you own helium tank and balloons off eBay/the internet. If you bring your own in for helium, it will cost the same amount as if you were buying one of their own, which is 3 a piece for a foil balloon. Balloons seem to be become a luxury item now...

We ordered a balloon for a gender reveal party. They fill a HUGE black balloon with the pink or blue confetti. When the parents to be pop it, the confetti flies everywhere. It was way more fun than a cake!They have the biggest selection I have ever seen of balloons and party supplies. They also have costumes which surprised me.

Party America is a nice store but is far from being a COMPLETE party supply store. They have lots of great balloons and seem to cater to traditional wedding supplies and young childrens theme parties. Granted, those are 2 of the largest venues but I have had to search elsewhere for 2 adult (not dirty!) party supplies.

I had to get birthday party decorations with only 30$ and an hour and a half before my sons party. I got balloons, table cloths, a banner, and hanging decorations in a dinosaur theme for .50 cents over my budget. I got everything up and it looked grate. The staff was understanding and helpful even though it was busy at the time. I will go here again for our next party. Ill just do it long before the date of the party next time😅.

Very pricey

This used to be the best place in town but I dont know what happened. However, I will always give them a second chance, even if theres a helium shortage.

Just a quick shot out to the weekend staff. I got to the store to pick up my order at the agreed upon time and quickly realized that some of the balloons were the wrong color making it look like a ladybug party, not mickey mouse. I of course panicked but the staff and manager Jackie quickly got the mistake corrected with a sincere offer of apology! Thank you so much for making it right for my grandsons 1st birthday party.

Very short mexican guy RUDE!!!!! The girl that was there was helpful, but he had this holier than now attitude. I will never shop here again. Yes, I will travel to Ft. Collins next time I need help cause he was a jerk! I love the layout of the building though and yes, there is a ton of different items which are all fantastic, but customer service alone is why im giving 1 star, had I not interacted with him, it would be 5 stars. :)

Awesome place to get yourself party supplies Decoration an costume, for Halloween

There are lots of party options, they unfortunately didnt have the theme we were looking for (unicorn) hence the 4 stars. We walked around and saw tons of great ideas and their prices were very affordable! Ended up picking up some starwars themed supplies. Staff is very helpful!

They were very busy blowing up balloons for graduation parties, but I still got my costume stuff and was out in less then 10 minutes. I was impressed.

I love this store, there’s always so much to look at and the staff is always friendly and ready to help, we get all of our balloons from here.

They had a nice variety of stuff for all occasions. Cashier was very nice. The one gal on the floor didnt egnowlage our existence, even though we walked past her a number of times trying to find things. Prices i felt were a bit high.

Never have I ever been sooo racially profiled in my life! I am bi racial and I came in like everyone else to get some costume odds and ends and to buy my children costumes. I walked in and nobody greeted me ( that’s fine) girls were talking behind desk. The moment my eldest daughter picked up a lil girls costume hanging on a rack this older woman came from out of nowhere (an employee or owner who knows) and allowed us to hold it for a minute then popped up at the area where the costume on the wall were on sale and insisted she’d hold the costume behind the counter for us. Rude and sketchy. Then we got in line to try on a costume for my son and the lady back there decided she’d walk it up to the desk for us. There was a line so she made sure to tell the cashier she was setting it there for us. Funny thing is she didn’t do the courtesy for the young Caucasian couple who were ahead of us. They got to carry their own items to the register and so did all the other customers in line ahead of us. Hmmm. Makes you think why we were so special to get extra attention. I will never step foot in their store again. I have a good job, despise stealing, lying or cheating. SMH.

Typical party store with a wide variety of stuff you do not want or NEED! I was looking for one item and they did not have it. I left wishing there was a Ben Franklin Dime Store closer than My. Vernon. Iowa! I have got to stop there and see if they are still in business. By the way, Cornell College is right down the street!
