Joann Fabric is a pretty cool store, Lots of stuff to choose from. The 2 Hispanic girls that work there Are so very helpful in asking questions and showing you where items are. They are very knowledgeable on helping and giving advice. I am saddened to see that one of the girls put her 2 weeks notice in. I am not to fond of the manager that works there. I believe her name is Marcha. Now she need to show more customer assistance like the other 2 girls. And have a better attitude about her job. And be more customer friendly and show the customer where certain items are. Instead of saying the stuff is in the backAlways remember that customer service is always number 1 . Thumbs up to the 2 girls that work there.

Great customer service! Unfortunately the fabric I had special ordered in was not dyed the correct color. I was very disappointed so had to leave with quite a bit less than I ordered. I was thankful for the lady who helped me recognize the color difference though.

Staff is very nice and helpful, but the store in general is really lacking. It almost looks like its going out of business. Maybe its restocking season, but it felt barren and a bit dark.

The employees are always very helpful. Even though they his location is older they do a very nice job at keeping it clean. It always seems very easy to find what I am looking for.

Great location, Brooke helped me with my online order issue and went above and beyond in helping me. Do not order online unless you need to. They charged your card when the order is places and when the order is picked up. And if you are like me, have your card charged and your order not show in the system. Online customer support is either a broken AI service bot or the customer service reps look for keywords and provide carbon copied responses to your emails. Eventually received my money back and was able to get the machine I ordered... Only took two weeks. This store is awesome. Shop here! Not online! Love this store for my crafts its not too big if you cant walk far in a huge craft store this should be your go to store they have plenty of stuff packed in here, as well as great people working here. And its in a location with pretty much everything you might need all in one place shopping wise so you dont have far to go to get everything you might need. There is also plenty of parking available close up so again the walk isnt terrible if you cant walk long distances.

Tried to do in store return with an order I placed online took over 45 minutes lady at register had no clue how to do the return. Finally said forget it and took my yarn and left. Only reason I wanted to do in store return was so I didn’t have to pay return shipping. Should have just paid and not wasted my time!!!

The staff were gracious and helpful. I wish the store were bigger but mainly because it would hold so many more craft items. Clean and well stocked. I returned items purchased online and had no trouble with my return.

2 employees running entire store and they were Super nice BUT... customer service was very slow and line to pay was about 15 people deep so no one could cut fabric. Then when I finally got my fabric cut and upon paying, nothing would ring up so she had to type 16 plus digits in each item. Wow, My mom sat in the hot car for 1 hour plus just for me to get one yard of fabric to make a baby gift.

I went in this week to buy some material for a school project. One cashier in particular helpful and helped me find everything I needed! The store is so cute and has a great selection of fabric for it’s small size. Once I had my material cut Jessica helped me at the register and was even willing to help me figure out my coupons. She was very respectful and knowledgeable and about store policy and got me the discount I needed. I will definitely be back!

Everything has been going downhill for a while. The store is, at best, unkempt. Bathrooms are often filthy. The first few rows of fabric is well maintained but good luck on the rest. The cut counter isnt using proper measurement methods to ensure accuracy. Etc. Some things I would not blame the staff for, like having enough people people for service. But cleanliness and accuracy is within their control.

Staff was INCREDIBLE, not only made sure we found everything, but also helped me save over 30 dollars by using proper coupons and they stayed late when I accidentally was there past closing. Will definitely be back many times!

So... I spend so much money here. The fabric and supplies are generally very good and the selection is pretty big. Work the exception of a couple of less-than-pleasant employees ( which is in the minority) it is usually a great place.

Mixed emotions with Joanns. I went there about a week ago and the staff was great. They were helpful and nice. They told me they were going to have a great sale on the sewing machines on Black Friday. There was different stuff today and they werent as friendly, actually the lady I spoke to about the sewing machines was down right rude.

Customer service is very poor...young cashier named Jessica was very rude, not knowledgeable and unprofessional. She almost dropped my phone while disagreeing with me about the coupons I was using. The previous staff was much nicer and more willing to help out with any questions. They are very poor at restocking the shelves and dont have a very good selection for crafters. Unfortunately this is the only store in this area. Im being generous in leaving a 1 star review.

Small store, great staff! Be sure to check the clearance items for extra savings and to download the JoAnns app for online coupons! Dont for get notions and decor items, there is usually a coupon for one or both. Also a good selection of quilting rulers, cutters, and mats. And of course take a few minutes to review the latest fashion patterns 🙂

Dropped by on a whim (as far as crafts go a bit pricey but you can often find some cool stuff on a great clearance buy)and i hit the jackpot on this trip. I was given a list of supplies to fix some bras (the pile was starting to get in our way i guess) been dragging my feet on ordering through Amazon as it was going to cost around $60 and as luck would have i found almost everything on the list on clearance and it only cost me $7.50!I wouldnt really recommend for easy to find stuff just because of the regular price but if you have spar time its worth just checking

I really love this store. The staff is great and Ive always had a good experience when I need help with questions or returns. The only reason I dont give a 5-star review is that the location is a little small for finding everything crafty that you might need. Tip: Always check online or sign up for their text message coupons. I rarely make a purchase without getting a great deal.

I love this location! This is one of the best locations Ive visited. The staff are friendly and considerate. The store is a little small but it still has a large variety of fabrics and other craft supplies. I have visited other Jo-Anns before and this one has given me by far the best experience.

Jo-Ann is by far my favorite craft supply store in Greeley. They accept multiple coupons and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that their selection is a bit smaller but its not enough to lower my rating because they have fantastic holiday/seasonal items and I have found some amazing craft items on clearance here!

Joanns has friendly workers that are attentive and helpful. The location is great and surrounded by other stores that may be of convenience if you need to do other shopping or grab a bite.

I absolutely love the staff at the Greeley store. They are always very helpful and will go the extra mile to help customers find what they need.For the past 12 years Ive been looking for a specific green faux suede. They have had the fabric I needed but not in the amount needed. They have checked online and other stores for me on multiple occations, but havent had any luck. Today I was able to pick up what I needed! The Montrose store was kind enough to send it to the Greeley store, free of charge! Im so excited to finally make this dress again!The staff is also happy to see what customers have made and encourage customers to come by and show the finished product.This store may be smaller than the Loveland store, but the staff here is amazing! The staff in Loveland are really nice, but Ive never seen a connection to people there like Ive seen here. Its not just me either, Ive watched how they interact with others.There is rarely a long wait to check out or cut fabric. On the few occasions there has been a long wait the employees always act like the person in front of them is the only one in the store. By that I mean they dont rush the customer and get inpatient if someone has multiple coupons, gift cards or take a little bit to find exact change. They are fully aware of the others, but they treat person they are helping with absolute respect. Its not something you see often anymore.Joanns has good quality fabrics at reasonable prices. They have very high quality as well, but that area is limited in store. They are primarily a fabric store, but have a decent selection of other crafting supplies as well.The huge plus is they almost always have coupons or good sales. I recommend checking their ad or app for coupons and sales before going in. They are also one of the only stores that will allow multiple coupons on a single transaction. The savings really add up if you wait for sales and/or coupons.

Best place to get my creativity on. Ive been coming to Joanns since 2014. I usto go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels but this place tops both of them in some ways. Fabric here seems to be of greater material and I can easily find stuff instead of walking around trying to figure out where stuff is. Jewelry making stuff is always great here. Yarn, I love the prices here because I can always buy a large amount. Only downside is the painting, drawing, and sketchbook stuff I seem to find less of that here. Also disappointed that they dont really have much of candle making or soap making stuff here. Its seems like there kind of limited which is kind of sad since I do candle making, soap making, clay sculpting, sketching and more. Still am trying to find my Spongebob Squarepants Fleece. Definitely do come if you need fabrics.

The craft stores are still alive! They cut a lot of fabric so sometimes you have to take a number but thats a good thing that they actually have that option. Ever tried to get fabric at the mega chain place?

I have been a great customer to this company over the years and in particular to this location, however after a very offputting experience I will never spend another dime with this company and will advise any and ALL who shop for craft items to go anywhere besides here. I brought back a few items I have bought over the years to exchange for different items, and after I completed the return was unable to make a purchase with the in-store credit card I received. When lodging my complaint to the manager(the very same who did my return) I was informed that store policy doesnt allow for returns of that high a value and not only will I not be receiving store credit nor will I reobtain my items that I brought in. I have been since battling with corporate where I have been getting the runaround as well. Do not spend yur money here.

Although its a smaller store they have a pretty good selection. I wish they had a classroom option though.

Absolutely hate the cattle gate - mouse trap of a checkout. Also miss when you could actually scan the store - but now its like a library will TALL rows. The whole store is too full and hard to walk around. Certainly no customer service like the good old days.
