What a great family owned mechanic shop! I have been taking my cars here for about 2 months and each time I am met with the friendliest, concerned and Patient Mechanics I have ever met. They are able to add you to the schedule, and provide an understanding of what is wrong with the vehicle as well. If something is not fixed correctly they will correct their work!! I am going to return for services on my vehicles here from now on. Thank you Munsons! You all rock!

Came in to check my ac unit everything was fine till I tried to pull away bcuz my shifter was busted I couldn’t even put my truck in park, they claim it was fine when they pulled it out of the shop which they manage to shift holding the handle at the right angle making look like everything was ok. Justin the manager didn’t came out to discuss the matter when I request him to talk about the situation. Seems everyone was sticking to there story saying they had nothing to do with it blaming me. It would be nice for mechanics to man up and take full responsibility for your actions, the part was only 160.00$ Do not recommend this shop!

Did not have such a great experience here at all . . Diagnostics costed $100 told it wasnt going to cost anything since i was getting fuel pump done you need to pay for parts upfront before any work is done. Took in to have checked 3 bolts put on fan and to have fuel pump done and to see what was leaking underneath i pick up my vehicle and my brakes are not working then my brake light comes on when Im on my way back home and my brakes no longer were stopping properly then I need to pay out of pocket for something that I didnt have an issue with to begin with . I DO NOT RECOMMEND

These guys are great over at munsons. I was referred to them from a jeep forum that im on and had to drive to Greeley to grt the work done which was well worth it because they fixed my alignment issue, now its running perfect thank you guys. Noah is the guy that worked on my jeep and hes very knowledgeable when it comes to jeeps. Would highly recommend Munsons.

Jesse and the team at Munsons Automotive helped me in a timely manner to replace my stolen catalytic converter on my 2001 Honda Accord. There is a secure drop off for keys that I used when I dropped my car off overnight, and after a day of work my car was available for pickup.My car looked phenomenal when I picked it up, I honestly though I received new headlights because they were so clean. My car runs and sounds great. These guys helped me with a unconventional problem, and the repair/replacement was done professionally.Great service, great price, this auto shop is one Ill be using in the future.Thanks Munsons!

My 1969 Chevelle needed some front end work. These guys took care of me. New ball joints and bushings in the upper and lower control arms and an alignment. My car rides so smooth now its amazing! Justin and his crew know what theyre doing. They are extremely professional, honest and very knowledgeable about cars new or old.They put in a lot of hard work getting my car done in a timely manner. They not only test drove it once they did it twice because they heard something else going on. I went on the second drive with Noah, one of the mechanics because he heard a noise that sounded like a knock.We got back to the shop and did a stall test. They popped the hood open and stepped on the break and revved up engine with me right there. We saw the engine kind of jumped and discovered the drivers side motor mount was shot. Theyre going to be fixing that next week. Had Noah not been so detailed and concerned about what he had heard, who knows what wouldve happened. Thanks guys for all that you did for me today!!!

Just wanted to point out that that my SNL and I were together when we went into this shop Jen Hoffman, and not only was her review accurate she did not have any work done from this shop! Not only did it take the owner over a month to respond to review, he assumed we had work done therefore discredited the review because we were not in COMPUTER system, what we were was potential customer who now will never be due lack of professionalism not only in shop but in response to review and timing! A simple we apologize is there anything we can do to help rectify this issue would have been better than sorry youre not in the system therefore we have done no wrong attitude after a month. Some businesses lack customer service skills this is one .

Unprofessional 2 guys up front are a waste of money one needs a haircut as well as classes on how to wear a hat and customer service skills, maybe try not being or looking high would help, Be knowledgeable in what your doing, owner needs to get rid of him, get someone else in his attitude is embarrassing the other one always seems lost and confused. Office lady looks shameful with attitude, who has a rude disrespectful attitude, her I am holy respect me attitude is shameful, I dont know what happened to the original office lady the one who called and informed me of what was going on, who went above and beyond for my kid, but that one knew who her job and customer service skills and had it together she made getting a vehicle repair worth it! I was so shocked going back and not seeing her but still had faith not anymore find a shop with customer service skills and a friendly staff! If the owner made changes he might be successful

I had a good experience taking my car (2015 Camaro SS) in and having some pretty specificly technical things done to it. The technitions were helpful as well as knowledgeable, front desk help was friendly and attentive and on par for any other busy automotive repair shop I have been to. The shop provided towing and completed the tasks to specs as I requested. I am very particular as to who has access to my car and felt comfortable leaving it with them for the period of time it was there. I would recommend them as well as I will do business with them again.As far as the reviews from the 2 people prior to mine, that obviously thought they were at the county club and not at a busy automotive repair shop. I wasnt upset when they didnt roll out the red carpet and have crumpets and tea served to me on fine silver. By the way you both speak about lack professionalism and the way people look without even having any work done. Its sounds like your prejudice was already formulated prior to walking in the door. I could see if your vehicle was not properly taken care of or your tea wasnt hot enough. In my business I know that on many occasions I have had to work late hours and then do paperwork till the sun comes up only to have to work well into the next day. I am positive that I didnt look like I just got out of the beauty salon. One thing I know is that I always had my customers best interests in mind. The response to the unfounded (unfounded because I believe you thought you were at the county club) review was very proper and apologetic was better then you deserve.

Payment plans and fair pricing

A new business of 1 yr but my mechanic now .. had a filthy engine from pwr strg fluid every where .. got new parts for my 1985 olds & she runs great. They also did diagnostics & let me know what I need to do .. lots of orig parts still .. great place .. I trust them

Not impressed, qoate one price and almost doubles it when its done. There no sense in making appointment, they take twice as long as you would just walk in. Not going there again .

Good old hometown boys who know their stuff and wont poke your eyes out! Whether it is routine maintenance or repairs, these guys get the job done!
