I took my car in for a general inspection in July and they found some issues. Up until then the car was fine. After two weeks my altenator failed and I had to change it. In the inspection they didnt mention anything about the altenator having any issues. Two months later, I got another error code about the emmissions system. In total I have paid 3500$ and my cars engine light is on again, requiring service. I am exceedingly disappointed!! Would not recommend to anyone.

My daughter is a UNC student who has been under a deadline crunch not once, but twice, with car problems compounding her anxiety. When I phoned Autotailor, they not only fit us in when they were already behind schedule, but they also drove to her vehicle to diagnose the problem. Furthermore, after a previous nearby garages oil change went wrong, they got her in the same day to diagnose and remedy the problem. They also took her back and forth to her apartment on a Friday afternoon so she could prepare for her state exam she had to take the next morning while they worked on her car, and she was back on the road in a matter of hours. They also went a step further and ordered a special part that the previous garage had most likely misplaced and entirely ignored, so they could properly repair it, which they did by Monday morning. Communication is prompt, rates are reasonable, and the diagnosis of the problems appears to be accurate. From the initial phone call, they treated us like family. When youre hours away from your child and unable to get her out of a stressful situation, you cant ask for much more. Brent and Colin, thank you!

This was my first experience at Autotailor; I have a very high maintenance Volkswagen Passat and I needed to take it to someone who actually knew what they were doing. My car definetely had a problem, I took my car to them a few weeks ago to get diagnosed (as per they recommendation) because they said that way they can find the problem n be sure of it before starting work on the car. Kept the car all day and couldnt find anything wrong with it or detect the problem, but they surely didnt forget to charge me for such useless diagnostic..took my car elsewhere to get fixed and lost money with them for nothing.

My daughter is a nursing student at UNC. They charged 300 to fix her car (oil issues). The next day we had to go get her as she was stranded on the highway and her car was stalled.1. They offered no apology 2. They did not fix the car. I would never use these people again and do not recommend anyone to use these people!

I have had to have multiple repairs done on my car this year and I would never waste my time, energy, or money going to any other mechanic than Autotailor. The staff are honest, helpful, and take the time to thoroughly explain the work that is being done and why. They have even offered to come to the location of my dead car twice to try to get it started so I could avoid the hassle of a tow truck. Though they seem to always have plenty of business, they always find the time to repair my car within a day or two. I have never written a review on anything before, but I had to for Autotailor because they are that good.

Very good people and quality work

Got about 50 miles into my holiday vacation when pulley seized up and busted serpentine belt around 5:30 in the morning. Called all around Greeley looking for a mechanic but everyone said they were too busy or didnt pick up the phone. The fellas at Autotailor were obviously up to their eyeballs with work but squeezed me in and got me and my pickup back on the road in a few short hours. They were incredibly polite, clean, friendly and fair as well. They even noticed a problem with my radiator cap that would have caused disaster in the near future & replaced that for me. Would give six stars if I could. Great work and great people. Only problem is their shop is quite a ways from my home but with the type of work they did Ill be driving there for future repairs & maintenance whenever possible. Long story not short: If you want the job done right, fast & fair by good people GO TO AUTOTAILOR!!

Not a bad place to go but seems no matter what I take my car in for the price is always 1500 dollars or more never less they do great work but dont see why its over 1500 dollars no matter what the issue is even its minor work

Ive literally never written a positive review for a mechanic. Autotailor is the only mechanic outside of my papaw that I have ever trusted. They are reliable, friendly, and help out in any way they can. But best of all they are HONEST! There are so many times that they could have screwed me over with my car. One time I took my car in because it was thumping. Come to find out my recently repaved road was melting in the hot summer sun and sticking in my tires and causing build up around my tires. Recently there was a problem with my transmission and rather than charging me ridiculous amounts of money to fix it, they informed me that my transmission is still under warranty and that they would even talk to the Nissan dealership for me if they give me any trouble. They could have lied to me both times, swindled me out of my money, and I would have never known. But yet they have remained honest even if it meant losing out on money. They are always willing to work with your schedule. Theyve shuttled me to my house close by when I dropped off my car. Theyve fixed my husbands BMW before and it was pricey but hey thats normal for beamers and they did an A+ job. I will pay extra for quality service from people I can genuinely trust. Thank you!

The best auto repair shop Ive been to.

Brought my Mini in for an oil change and brake flush as well as to diagnose an Engine check light. AutoTailor did the routine work that came out to about the same price as it would have cost to go to the Mini Dealer if not a bit less. They diagnosed my check engine light and even investigated the problem further to discover the repair was actually covered under an extended warranty at Mini and advised I get it repaired there. I appreciate their honesty and how quickly they were able to get my car in to look at it! Thanks to Colin in particular!!

Good shop. Had an unexpected breakdown while heading to a classic car show in Downtown Greeley. Im just stating facts here, their service was fast but I found it expensive. I paid 539 to change the transmission fluid and battery, then I was quoted 750 just to have a new alternator put in. So I drove back to Illinois and had a new one put in with a new EGR that was badly needed all under 750 including gas.

Ive lived in Greeley for 8 years and I cant tell you how thankful I am to have finally found a mechanic that I can trust who gets the job done right in the first visit. Brent and his crew are the most courteous people Ive ever encountered in their profession. Try them out, you wont regret it.

I asked them to check my brakes, they came back and told me that all of my brakes would need to be replaced soon as well as my rotors, and a wheel bearing (knowing I had slid into a curb a few months ago). They quoted me for ridiculously over priced dealership parts, yet all of my friends who had been to this location found this odd because they never paid for dealership parts. I also found it odd that they had heard a noise from my wheel bearing when I know what it sounds like when a bearing is bad and wasnt hearing anything. Well thankfully I had someone else look at it who also thought what they were telling me was odd because my front brakes were close to needing replaced, but my rear brakes, rotors, and wheel bearing were all completely fine. In fact my rear brakes have a good 25k miles left on them. This shop tried to swindle nearly $1000 from me.You guys are also being reported to the BBB.

Stay away from this place! We had 2009 BMW 335i towed to have them diagnose an issue. They told my wife it needed a new motor and it would be at least $9000 but depending what they find more, also they had (lots of experience with 335 bmws).That was from the owners mouth, lol. We promptly picked up the car and took it an actual BMW dealership(cos in loveland). Cos diagnosed that the serpentine belt slipped and was pulled into engine. Cos fixed our car by dropping oil pan, cleaning oil pick up and removing belt debris. Car compression tested 1% less than brand new and the best thing, it cost $1500 for the bmw dealership to fix it. Plus cos replaced our battery for free and did warranty replacement for our fuel pump and air bags. They laughed when I said that autotailor said our car needed a new motor.Go to a real and honest repair shop, not these dishonest liars.
