Excellent! They did everything needed very quickly. Sometimes you can do it yourself, but if you don’t know where to start...could take forever. I would have spent two weeks trying/diagnosing everything and ordering parts and breaking my back to fix. They did it in two days and communicated the whole time with what was needed. Highly recommend and appreciate their expertise and time!

These days, it’s easy to find someone who knows how to do things, but it’s difficult to find someone you trust. After years of working with the people at Accelerated, there is no one I trust more with my vehicles.I took in my minivan before a long cross country trip, and asked them to check for potential problems. They kept the car for most of the day, ran thorough tests and told me there was nothing outstanding that needed work. I had essentially hand EF them a blank check, and I would have done anything they said, and they said ‘no work needed.’ Acts like that allow me to trust what they say. Great people here!

You were recommended by my sister Kristen Sloan. I thought it was the thermostat but it ended up being the water pump. It was a little bit spendy almost 500.They worked me into their busy schedule. It was done by 230 pm on a Tuesday considering I dropped it off on Monday morning.

After picking up my vehicle, had a problem with it running correctly so I called Greg he got it right in fixed within a few hours and no charge!! At a time when he could have charged me again for labor he didnt. Very honest and great work. I highly recommend this shop.

We have been a customer of Accelerated Automotive for almost 2 years. Prior to May if this year we had regular maintenance performed on our vehicles by the staff there. In May my husbands car was making a noise one morning. He called AA right away and they were able to pull it into their shop right away. The knowledgeable staff determined there was a major issue with the transmission and recommended my husband not drive the car to his work (Ft. Collins). They offered him a rental car and within 1 HOUR he was on his way to work. They contacted us later that morning to inform us our transmission needed to be replaced and he could have had an accident if he would have driven it any distance more. They continued to provide updates on the status of the transmission throughout the week following. All the while we continued to be able to use the rental car. We got our car back in a little over a week and it runs great! The owner of the business called my husband twice after the service to check on his satisfaction. We continue to use AA and will HIGHLY recommend them to our friend and family! Thank you Accelerated Automotive for your quality service and attention to detail!!

Im very happy with Accelerated Autos service. I had an ongoing issue with something on my car for years, not of their fault of course. It just needed to get fixed. The people at this company went above and beyond to fix the problem. I just got my car back so Im hoping it doesnt need to make another trip in unless I need an oil change. I was referred to Accelerated Auto by the owner of Auto Restorations in Greeley and have been extremely happy with everything! The office staff is honest, friendly and professional. The mechanics are out for one thing only and that is to get your vehicle fixed at a reasonable price. They offer coupons and great follow up. I have been to them for several things including a replacement transmission, oil changes, and fixing my cruise control and each time, they gave me a loaner to use so I could go about my life! I would recommend them without any hesitation and I continue to see them for all of my vehicle needs. Great shop - others can learn from these folks!

Had 60K maintenance done. Staff were very nice and the work was done quickly and for a good price. Only complaint would be that there were some grease smears on the inside of the driver side window and steering wheel.

Excellent service every time we take our cars there. Never a surprise with the ending bill as some mechanic shops in town are known for. Also the technicians seem to be very well knowledgeable of their work and what is needed with each different car.

Great people, the prices may be a tad but higher than some other places but the work for the most part comes with warranty which is always nice. The honesty there is a great thing and they work with you where they can. Had a fuel pump go bad once and they got me back on the road quick and a little over two years later it went bad again but by this time I was ready to get a newer car and one guy in there bought it from me and I was happy to sell it even if I took a small loss on it. Trust. My trust is what Accelerated Automotive has earned over several scheduled and emergency maintenance visits over the last couple of years. As a parent, my daughters old pickup truck is of particular concern to me. I always am left feeling that her truck was the main focus of the michaninc for that day, that the work was thoroughly and thoughtfully completed. You just cant get that feeling from the high volume get-er-in-and-out mentality of the larger big name outfits.

These guys are great. Tried them out with a few minor things on one car but before I left they told me about some item I needed to pay attention to a couple of things that were going to be a bit costly to fix. Took the car to another shop to verify and Accelerated was on the money as far as what was coming up and cost. Took my older truck in because the check engine light kept going on then off. They were able to diagnose it and were responsible on the cost to repair, which was fairly extensive. Now my kids take there vehicles there for anything. Good folks!

Always five star service!!!! If I ever have a problem they step up and take care of me. They recently put some ball joints in my vehicle, unfortunately the ball joints were bad and I had a lot of front end damage when the failed. They not only took care of replacing the ball joints but all the other damage for free!! I am very pleased with their work!!

Awesome customer service! My car had some electrical issues and they were able to get to it quickly and thought they had found the problem, gave us a couple options about fixing it, and kept us well-informed about how long things would take and cost. Unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed the first time, but they got it right back in, set me up with a loaner car so I didnt have to wait there, and repaired the chaffed wiring without any extra charge. 100% recommend!

I was very happy these guys were quick to get my car in. Under the assumption that the alternator needed replacement they promised the car within a day. On this car an alternator replacement takes far less than an hour, it was indeed the alternator and the new part was available locally. 3 days later after several calls from me I finally had to go there, express my displeasure in person and then they got busy and finished the car late that day. Even though it was clear the alternator was the problem they charged a $50+ diagnostic fee which was not disclosed up front then added insult-to-injury by presenting me with the results of a so called free multipoint inspection that I had not requested.To their credit, a week or so later I got a call from them asking my opinion about their service. I calmly told the gal same thing I wrote above. Her response was only an, ohhh and she got off the line as quickly as she could. That seems to be the best they could do for an unhappy customer.

A.A.S. has gone above and beyond what they are asked to do, without charging extra. I highly recommend these guys if you want a high quality job to be done on your vehicle.
