Advanced auto parts are the best for price by far. The key is to set account with Mr Rebates or similar sight. Log on to Advanced through rebate app. Be sure to call your store to confirm part numbers are correct on any part on web sight as they can be wrong which will cause do over. Then when checking out be sure to use Retail Me Not discount code and any speed perk coupon. The total savings is 30% on average. Be careful to price check big items. Some items are priced higher on Web. Goodluck and be safe.

Try to see if the customer really wants your feed back on the job they are doing. If they come asking for help thats different. When someone comes in and already knows the part number why all the questions we already know what we want. Just mho.

Placed an order online, website quoted me incorrect parts. I did a VIN specific check to ensure correct vehicle options. Took the parts back, was not able just to switch them out since it was online. Carlos was very helpful in getting me the correct parts and matching the price since the online order was a little cheaper. For now 4 stars, well see how long it takes to get the money back on my card.*Edit*Only took a couple days to get the refund, up to five stars

I had searched everywhere in town for a rear tail light socket and, while most places said they couldnt help me because my car was foreign and not domestic, Jed and Susan did what they could to find a solution even though they didnt have the exact part I needed and gave me advice if it didnt end up working like we planned. Very nice staff. Usually well supplied, however the parking is horrible. If you try to go out the wrong side of the parking lot youll never make a left turn.

First, i am not a car guy. A fellow driver told me a taillight was out so i stopped to get a bulb. So i waited to get to the counter to get the part number, and was directed to headlights, so wait in line again. Then had the wrong part number given the second time. If you cant listen, and cant find the correct part number toy spent be behind the counter. Be ready for time wasting, bad info, and eye rolls. That was my experience.

Scott was a wealth of information and was kind enough to change my bulbs out and found another that needed replaced! Hes a keeper👍👍👍👍👍

Fairly fast and they know there parts. If other places dont have them. They do and match price, nice.

Customer service is good no doubt there. What is disconcerting is the person I delt with treated me like I was stupid (because I am a girl .. ???) when I knew what I was after. I was quizzed on the are you sure that is what you want? .. like I dont know power steering fluid goes in the power steering pump.

Nationwide their customer service lacking. Still competitive pricing just a hassle as fewer employees know the industry.

The Guys working tonight were great. Very Knowledgeable.

Gave me the wrong part and refused to come outside to help make sure I had the engine that matched the part. Almost blew out my engine. Lucky for them I dont live in that state, and was just passing through.

They are very helpful and they have just about everything you need for your vehicles.

Ryan at Advanced Auto Parts on 23rd ave. spent an hour in the cold replacing my battery and replaced a very bad eroded piece. He was so kind and patient even tho he was struggling with an impossible bolt that I feared wasn’t going to come off. I’m so grateful for him! Thanks Ryan!!
