Had a40000 miles service on 13 streetglide Jesse, Hobert along with rest of staff treated us like family while we were waited for the bike to be done. Awesome experience will keep going bsck gor more awesome times

An amazing experience from start to finish. Pre-ordered a bike back in the beginning of February that didnt arrive until the end of July. I was provided updates along the way, pricing was very transparent. Wild West is not the closest dealer to my location but they are honest and great people that I am more than happy to travel to for any of my Motorsports needs. Im sure I will see you all soon. I had a positive experience at Wild West Motorsports. Delivery guy Al was great and very helpful going over the features of the ATV. No high pressure salesman, which was great in itself.

They have had my bike for over 6 weeks.Not ready yet.Poor customer service.Had to call over 3 times to get updates. Can not keep you updated. Thinking this is a premiere Harley shop they could get things done in a timely manner. Kept getting the ol smoke up your rear.

Had a great experience picking up a new dirt bike for the summer. John, Cody, and Janet made the whole process easy and fun (despite some snags we ran into on my end), and were all around the most friendly and helpful crew. Thanks guys!

We bought a 2021 Polaris ranger crew 1000 premium. The customer service and friendly attitude of everyone that we dealt with was outstanding. Wild West Motorsports is an excellent dealership and I highly recommend them. The sales and service teams at Wild West are both outstanding. We have purchased two machines from Taylor, he is great to work with and both transactions were seamless and easy. DJ in the service department is top-notch, he stands behind his work and makes sure the quality of work leaving his shop is up to par. If you are looking for a great all around experience, Wild West is the place to go.

My entire motorcycle buying experience here was great. Their prices were more competitive than other dealerships I visited and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I wasnt pressured to buy anything by John who helped me pick a bike. The purchasing process with Cody was straight forward and painless.

This company is dangerous for its customers and fraudulent. Today there employee decided to do burnout while screaming they were using a customers bike. My two year old granddaughter was exposed to toxic fumes endangering a minor. We were trying to conduct business. They will be tagged on D.O.D website as toxic business Do Not use! If you read the response they gave to my wifes post they admit to trying to bribe federal employee, I will bring this to attention of bbb,epa, Colorado attorney s office. Deleting my wifes post was a mistake we already tookscreen shot as soon as it was written. GUILTY!

I was impressed! Things didn’t go as so well when they worked on my bike. We talked about it and they made it right. Honorable business with great customer service in my experience.

After calling another bike shop in Loveland who told me my repair would be $400+ without even listening to the fact it’s under warranty and no way stress could’ve caused it, we took my bike into Wild West.Without questioning anything Wild West had my bike scheduled for the 7th to repair my fork seal. Super easy and they were quick too considering parts are hard to get right now.They truly take care of their people. Thank you Wild West!

Concerning the overall buying experience at Mr. Risdals dealership, I would consider it one of my best buying experiences, in relation to a vehicle/bike purchases. Cody was very professional, consonant to my needs and my pace of purchase. Hes a keeper. Phillip in Parts is a wizard of all things Harley and custom build/accessories. Extremely knowledgeable and forth coming with information.If I had a complaint, it would be the time duration of the sell. I stated last week I would put the down payment on said purchase, via credit card, until my trade was complete from repairs, to facilitate the build for my bike before Sturgis. I was told this would not be a problem. I know this is not probably possible, (build out) concerning storages of textiles, raw materials and transportation issue in our great country, but it would of been easier to swallow if not the case, for delay. This regarding completion of work order/parts, Etc.But seriously, we lost seven days fumbling around with that. With that said, this was by far the best bike purchase experience, second only to Rickenbaugh when we bought our Escalade. Maybe when you folks finish my bike, you can throw in a hat and tee shirt for my bride and I. We will be back in a year to buy a Fat Boy for the babe.Respectfully, Blaine Salazar

Well. it didnt start to well, got the bike back and it was bad. went back to the shop and was fixed and it seems fine. there was no arugment about the bike and Iam fine about the final.
