Terrible customer service! Staff was very rude to a customer. I wanted to step in on behalf of the other customer when the guy behind the register was continuing to escalate the situation for the lady simply questioning the price of the items she was buying. I was appalled that they allow people to talk to customers like that.I think I’ll stick to Hobby Lobby going forward, better prices, quality and customer service.

Generally have good sales, be sure to compare sales prices with other local stores. Many times the sales price is the regular price at competitor stores, and they almost always have the same type of items on sale.They have a great selection on almost all items. Not to mention Really cute home decor, fun kids activities, all the craft items you could need.

Michaels had exactly what I was looking for, a specialty picture frame. AND it was on sale for almost exactly the amount of my gift card. I splurged and added a lip balm, that is badly needed this time of year.

This Michaels is always clean and well organized when I’ve shopped there. Their selection of paintbrushes and acrylic paints is better than other local craft stores, in my opinion. The curbside pickup option is always great and prompt.

It was awesome. The cashier was great help with helping me find my online coupon. Lol there was another associate that stopped to play with my grandson. ❤

Place is amazing when it comes to arts and crafts, frames for pictures, scents, decorations, glass case for jersey,, you name it ! 😁 its amazing

The Michaels store in Greeley is an exceptional Michaels. They have a current inventory and the staff is more than helpful in assisting the customer with finding exactly what they need/want. The facility is clean and not cluttered. The staff is not only helpful but they are also courteous.

Perfect arts and crafts store for the hobbyist. Aisles are a little narrow, so bumping into people is commonplace. This is in fact the case in every Michaels Ive ever been to. Prices arent too bad. Selection of everything is abundant. Regular half off sales on frames. The only thing that could make this place better, widen the aisles.

I found much more than I needed at Michaels today. That however is Not Unusual. What was unusual is that the items I did find or either on sale or on clearance it was a very wonderful day shopping at Michaels.

I Loved This Place, because I was Just Window shopping, and Not looking for Anything in Particular. But they do have A few Halloween/Fall Clearance Items, for Sale. But I Loved the Stores Appearance, and the way it looked. It was Decorated, with all kinds of Christmas items: Christmass-y Bows, plaid black n red bows, & Ribbon, Plaid Black n White Bows & Ribbon. 🎄🎄🎄🎄The Store was all Decorated & Ready for Christmas. The Store even had their Fake Christmas Trees, on Display!! And, its Not even Thanksgiving Yet!!😊😊🐔🐔🐔

Worst experience EVER! A few (6) friends and I went in maskless...a few on general principles, a few for Medical Exemption reasons. We were met with the most HOSTILE staff and manager!! We were advised to not enter any aisle that a masked customer was in...we were to leave the aisle!! We were then followed while we shopped. The front door (automatic) was shut down and an employee stationed there to not let anyone in who didnt have a mask. Bit discriminatory dont you think? Other stores have corporate policies, and Ive been asked if I want a mask, but when I say no, Im allowed to shop without the being followed, front door shut down and all the other things I had to endure last night. I will NEVER, EVER set foot in a Michaels store again, and I spent a lot of money in there prior. I will take care of my health, and I dont need an organization telling me what I have to do in regards to my health. Goodbye, Michaels!!!

Worked with Jeff in framing and he was amazing. I wasnt exactly sure how I wanted to frame my item and he took the time and helped to provide me with options, we worked through pricing and I cant wait to see how the finished product looks.

Terrible. this place is for karen’s trying to find a place to get there crafts, i ask for help form one of the workers and they pushed me on the ground leaving a scratch on my knee and skin mark mark on the floor. after being pushed on the ground because of the color my shirt i went to bathroom to go clean myself up, as walks to the bathroom i can smell a terrible oder of fish. do not send you dancer here if you not skinny. DONT GO HERE

I love Michaels coupons and great sales. And I especially appreciate the fantastic women who work in the custom framing department. They always deliver a beautiful product, and the process of designing and choosing frames and mats, etc, is so fun!

So many great things at wonderful low prices. Staff is always very helpful. Store is very well organized. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because they didnt have any Christmas letter paper, which is what I went in to buy. Did get some 1/2 price small 🎄 ornaments for the downstairs 🎄!

Really unfriendly and rude staff. I was unaware that their hours had changed so I was surprised when the lights shut off mid shop, no message over the intercom. So no big deal, I ended my shopping trip early and hurried to the register to check out. I had a sizable order as I hadnt been to Michaels since before Covid hit and the employee at the register was more than annoyed. She was rude, rolled her eyes more than once, and was just overall unfriendly. I wouldnt be leaving this review if she wasnt overtly rude, like the was no room for interpretation. This was a few weeks ago and every time I think I should stop by to grab something I feel seriously deterred by this very unpleasant experience.

Joining the rewards program gets you some amazing coupons on non sale items. Often times you can get holiday decorations for up to 70% of BEFORE the holiday. My daughters and I can spend hours here. They also have wonderful kids and adults craft days that are scheduled and handed out on a flier monthly so you dont miss any awesome techniques on the crafts you love and/or want to learn.

Pretty disappointed that Michaels doesnt care enough about its employees and customers not to enforce the state wide mask mandate. We are in a major pandemic and to not enforce this is just telling me that Michaels just cares about the bottom dollar and not its customers.

Ive been in different Michaels stores over the years and this one is a little shabby. You may or may not find what your looking for. The selection is a bit limited. Staff didnt know if they carried stabilizer for sewing and pointed me to a few corner and said you can check back there. I prefer Hobby Lobby these days.

2 lil things of flowers and that was there 40% off and they wanted $13.00 dollars $4.00 dollars of no i dont think so i can go buy real flowers at Walmart for that price outrageous

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed an online order for in store pick-up.After waiting in line at the framing counter behind several long frame orders to pick-up a paid for )and filled) order, I get home to find an item missing from my order.Called the store. On hold up front, transferred to framing department. Talk to framing department. Their plan is to go find my missing item out on the shelves. So I can come back in to the store, wait in lines, and retrieve my missing but paid for item. I say, I’d prefer not to have to come back to the store again. They cannot process a refund for my missing item. Store policy. But I can call an 800# for my refund. They are also not very apologetic about the inconvenience of my missing item.I call the 800#, they tell me to call the store. At this point I tell the customer service person I need my refund, the store won’t do it, and I let them know I’m not happy about the circles they’re sending me in.Okay, now 800# can do my refund. They say they’ve refunded me for my missing item. But, they have no way to email me confirmation of the forthcoming refund. If I don’t see it in a few days I’m welcome to call back, traverse the 800# again, explain it all again and hope to get my refund?No thanks. I’ll stick with my usual favorites: Hobby Lobby and Amazon.Buy online and pick-up in store at Michaels could not be less convenient!!

Well stocked, very clean and with great customer service. Bathrooms were very well kept. I go here to buy my floral arrangements and craft supplies.

This Michaels is always clean and well stocked, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would advise, for any Michaels location, to be weary of purchasing anything full price. They run a lot of sales and dispense a lot of coupons because much of what they sell is overpriced. If you catch a sale, or have a coupon though, most items are reasonable. I especially love getting the scrapbooking paper on sale. The big books are normally $20, but I have gotten them for as little as $5 dollars on sale!

Always finding what I came there for and about $75 worth of stuff I absolutely didn’t need.Also - Great picture frames!

No matter what time of day you go theres always a smile on the workers faces. Being disabled they are my legs for shopping without a moon and a grown and they honor so many coupons. My only wish is that there was another store closer to me but then again I would spend so much more money.

Great place to get your supplies

Walking around the store with a mask on, getting over heated and winded. No place to sit and catch my breath. Put a lousy bench out front!!

Love this location. Everyone is helpful but they dont hover and pester. Good selection, good prices, especially if you use the app.

I took a large painting in to have the glass replaced and was told it would take one week. I got a phone call that it would take one more week. I did not hear back, and three weeks later, I went into the store and was told that the corner of the frame had separated and the glass could not be replaced. I thought this is what they did! I was handed the painting covered with paper, but I opened it before I left and saw that the back was in pieces. I asked to have the painting put back to the same condition as when I brought it. They never put the hangers on the back of the painting. I now have it sitting on my fireplace mantle without glass. That is the first and last time I use their framing services.

Went for some drawing supplies and a sketch book. Only gave 4 stars because they were out of a few items and couldnt find even an empty peg for blending stump. Also, prices are pretty high.

The people who work here should really be more kind to the customers. I love this store, but I he people dont seem happy to work here or happy to help.. Id rather drive to one far away than go back to this one..

Big store very well stocked. Parking lot is a little tough to get in and out of. When leaving, drive between Petco and sprouts then turn left. Much easier to get out this way.

A very nice place to shop for all things camping, fitness, shooting and so on.I found the attending staff members all to be quite pleasant and helpful.
