We had to replace our stove and refrigerator, and they offered the best deal for our minimal budget. Customer service was top-notch. We witnessed how they handled a customer who returned an appliance because it didnt fit and got upset about the restock charge.He was an older gentleman and a return customer, the manager quickly made concessions for him and he left happy as well.It pays to read the fine print and actively listen to the salesperson about delivery and return fees. We measured to make sure ours would fit! Delivery was done with incredible care!

Staff (Kacey) was very nice., and helpful. Took the time we needed, and are pleased with our purchase (Speed Queen Washer/Dryer.But they screw you big time with various made up fees. $40 to deliver appliances. Oh you want them to bring the appliances into your house? Another $40!They automatically charge for new venting and electric cords. Oh your electric cord is still in prime shape? They are not qualified to remove you existing cord, but who attaches the new cord to the new dryer?Also, packing strips left in driveway.Friendly group, but the price gouging with various fees is a bit much. Why go all that way to gain a customers trust, then treat them like you do at the end.

They call the night before delivery and give you a TWO HOUR window. Best Buy was SIX, this required taking nearly an entire day off. Way to go factory appliance!

The attitude of the delivery guy brought this rating way down. Customer Service is a thing of the past. I know what it means to go above and beyond for a customer, and this man doesnt. When he couldnt get the old fridge through a space in the garage, he left it sit in the middle of the pathway making it my problem; no apology, no hey lets try to figure something out- NOTHING. He and they other man could easily have lifted it and made it through, but instead he showed zero concern for his customer. I was pretty livid, and he made no effort toward a resolution. The only reason they get 2 stars out of me is because the salesman was pretty awesome, and the fridge seems to be in great shape (it was sold out of the box), otherwise it would be one star. I dont recommend you use this company unless you plan to pick up the appliance yourself.

Stopped in to find out how to disinfect the washer, dryer, and dishwasher (you can’t be too careful these days!!!). I was surprised to see they sell beds. My mattress is very old, so I figured I’d just take a quick look, everyone was so friendly, they told me about the different brands, how the adjustable bases can help with back pain, and they gave me time to lay in the beds without hovering so I didn’t feel like a weirdo! KC helped me the most but everyone was so friendly!

Last week we were in desperate need of a new mattress for my son’s bunk bed, we went into Appliance Factory and Mattress, Kasey was so helpful in helping us find what would work with the bunk bed set we had, the store was extra clean and we were very happy to see the staff sanitizing the counters and computer after the customer before us left. I went in last Thursday to get a washer and dryer because mine were old and the washer is broken and a man named James (or maybe Jesse I think) asked me what I was looking for. He had a very rude tone with me and acted like I was stupid and wasting his time so I went to another store. I heard good things about appliance factory, but I will never shop here again!

Sales are professional, identifying products that meet our needs and able to answer questions. We bought a scratch and dent appliance in an effort to save money. On getting the stove hooked up the oven didnt worked. After contacting Appliance factory we were informed to go through the manufacturer.Contacted GE and received an appointment with A&K Appliance but they never showed or called on the scheduled service date. We called A&K Appliance again only to be told that our appointment was rescheduled. A&K Appliance told us that they would call 2 hours prior to the technician showing up. We never received that call and when I contacted A&K I was told that the technician was no longer in the area . We shared our service experiences with Tim at Appliance Factory and was instrumental in providing us with a replacement appliance, delivered, installed and working great.Highly recommend Tim and Appliance Factory for their customer service, prices, and selection of appliances.

I buy appliances at a few Appliance Factory stores, and this is one of my favorites. Ask about their out of box pieces and mattresses if you want a REALLY good deal. They are always friendly, and get me what I want at the price I need.

James and Sarah have been the absolute best to work with at the appliance factory, they pay attention to detail, always make sure the products are ready and the correct brand and color. They know what they are doing and will do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied. Only problem is the computer system they have going is complete s***!

We were needing a heating element for our dryer, not only did he have the part, but it was $20 cheaper than a major parts store, and he was open Saturday. Matt was very helpful, great customer service. He will definitely be our go to person for parts now.

He really took the time to listen to what I truly wanted. The delivery guys were on time and were very quick and efficient with removing my old washer and dryer, and setting up my new ones.

Got our dryer for almost half price when we purchased a very comfortable bed set. They even price matched the competition. Nicole was also very helpful. I went in today with my wife to look for a new fridge and maybe some other appliances and a tall hispanic employee asked what we were looking for and we just wanted to see what they had to offer before talking to anybody. we also wanted to also look at used stuff for one of our rental properties and on the way out we asked the same hispanic fellow who i didnt cacht his name but he was had a very rude tone to my wife but the younger man at the used appiances building was much nicer. he didnt have what we were looking for so we went to lows and got friendlier service and a great price for a fridge and dish washer. we may go back to the used applaince building for our rental stuff but i will never shop with this company in there main buiding

He talked through all of our options and got us a deal on some very nice appliances, he didn’t feel pushy, and he helped my dad load the machines up into our pickup without question. It was definitely a good experience, and they seem like very good appliances.

THE place in Greeley for appliances. Lots of inventory, good prices, good people. The other stores in Greeley never have the item I want in inventory. We own a few rentals in Greeley, and I can always get what I need, and get it now, at Appliance Factory. And the prices are very competitive.
