False promises and ignored phone calls... I got a lease from this dealership about 1 year ago. As part of the deal we were promised a Costco promotion that would provide $700 in costco credit ( which is as good as cash IMO ). We were told that we needed to be members, so we spend I think $120 for a membership JUST TO GET THE PROMOTION.The dealership was late to provide us with the leased car, and by the time they filed the paperwork they missed some promotional deadline that we were never made aware of. I have been calling weekly for the past 7-8 months, leaving messages and no one ever calls back. We were informed at some point of what happened, with the deadline passing, but they never tried to make it right. At best they just screen and avoid my calls ( I have never once received a return call, maybe 1 out of 8 calls actually gets me through to the dealer rep or the general manager, but nothing comes of it ).They made promises they failed to keep, and they wont even bother trying to make it right. Im even out of pocket the extra $120 for no reason, we never go to costco!

NO STAR really but couldnt post without giving one so I take it away here!So disappointed and upset...took my car for a warranty repair and was informed about an hour after drop off that IT was covered BUT do to bad gas they had to flush the system for a mere $300!!! Mind you the car never had any problem running before or since but they felt the need to take my $300! I have a local mechanic who I trust implicitly because he highly qualified and not out to rip me off! Shame on you North Bay!
Will not service GMC cars/trucks that are covered under the GMC warranty unless they were originally purchased at this location. (inconsistent with warranty coverage terms)
Excellent service and support. Problem with our car and a loaner was provided. Part was supposed to take a few weeks and was found in a few days and our car was back to us in no time. Really happy with the responsiveness and courtesy of the whole staff.
Arrived at 12:55 for a 1 oclock appointment, my car (and I) sat and waited until 1:40 when I was seen by an Service Adviser, Barry. Originally I asked for Amanda, I had dealt with her before but she was evidently unavailable. After discussing things with Barry including previous issue I had at the Service Dept. he got my car in and performed all the services I requested, everything went well after the initial wait. Alignment machine in the front was not working so they couldnt check the alignment, a source of an issue I previously had in a prior visit. Also the car wash was not working so no car wash or vacuum this time either, neither the car wash or alignment machine were working last time I was there. Other then those issues the visit went well and the car is fine.

Service Adviser Amanda was great, very helpful and accommodating, that was the (very) good. Now the bad, my previous adviser Brendan is gone (along with it seems many others), he also was great. The wheel alignment machine was broken (for a while as I understand it) so they couldnt check my alignment. The vacuum was broken (for a while as I understand it) so they couldnt complete the complimentary car wash. The technician I asked for is gone along with 2-3 other technicians so Im guessing they have an almost new staff which might signify something? They rotated my tires, after the rotation the car pulled terribly to the right when I test drove it, even Amanda who was with me saw the drift. Again, they couldnt check the alignment (which they had done just 3K miles ago) because the machine was broken. So their answer to the drift...un-rotate the tires, put them back where they were when I came in. I had complained about a rattle, its been ongoing since the car was new. The car came out and the technician said he couldnt hear anything, couldnt duplicate the rattle. Hence the test ride with Amanda, it took her all of about 2 minutes to hear the rattle, thank you Amanda. So now the car is going back in for the rattle, to hopefully check the alignment (if the machine is working) and drifting problem and to hopefully fix a LOUD grinding noise that occurs only on cold start-up. They had the car for 10 days last year for this same issue, they replaced the fuel pump and said that was the problem (it wasnt, took me 2 days to hear the noise again) so now they will try again to fix THAT problem again. During a previous service visit they damaged the driver side door, slight damage but still damage which necessitated a body repair, they also damaged the passenger side inside door panel which necessitated a return visit to the service dept. to replace the panel. I am VERY disappointed in the direction this Service Dept. has gone and it will DEFINITELY have an impact on my next lease and what Dealer I choose. I had a 2014 Acadia Denali before this, leased from the same dealer and the service was impeccable then, now not very good, I dont know what happened in such a short time but it is very disappointing.

Wasted my time going there, for an advertised special that was confirmed with the sales representative. I originally looked at the same car 3 months earlier and my circumstances remained the same. The sales rep contacted me to come down and look at the car again as new promotions were available. After we test drove and worked out some numbers, my wife and I were informed that the price of the car was an extra $2500 since we didnt qualify for a GMC rebate. No where on the website did it specify this particular rebate. The best is that they then berate you and tell you that its only an extra $40 per month. Its a matter of principle and not about the money. Wasted enough time with them.
Nice facility with friendly, professional staff. Service is by appointment, and work is done on time. It has a clean and comfy waiting area, but in my trips there I didnt need to wait a long while.

Mr. Marino was a gentlemen! The service he provided makes the difference. My wife brought the truck in for service and had my 5 year and baby with her at the time. Mr. Marino assisted her with the routine maintenance and did not try to sell her things not needed and made the vehicle accessible to my family. Great job!

Like every other dealer. They are only concerned about making a sale and once you leave with your purchase you are on your own. I received my registration from the dealer and its was all smudged, I was told Manager will call back and they will send replacement. I ended up getting a replacement through DMV.
