Needed a tap-off for my Audi. Staff were great, helpful, in and out took less than 5 minutes 👈👍

I was recently at Biener Audi for a last minute service. The entire staff from from the front desk to the Audi experts were very professional and accommodating! They fit me in last minute, were very quick with the service provided...most importantly they got all the waiting customers fresh coffee (machine there was out of order). Shout out to Jacqueline!

Excellent customer service

Can only speak current situation will update after vehicle returns. Story- left work start having electric issues notification pop up on my dash. Called biener service advise me not to drive and would get it towed in to them. Being that I was already on the road and I needed the car for work that wasnt going to happen and no appointments was available till the following week. Didnt know if it was going to run for that long do I was worried. Jacqueline from service was a sweetheart and was able to squeeze me in asap which was the following day so thanks. However didnt even make it that far. 10mins after hanging up car lost steering and everything stopped working. Good think was able to pull over safely. Called again and they walked me through the whole toll process. Once I got to the service center. I was in and out with a loaner in less the. 15mins. Great job biener.At the moment all I can say is A++++ service.
