ORDERED A PART ON 8/19/19 AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. ITS NOW 8/23/19 AND PART STILL NOT RECEIVED, TRACKING NUMBER STILL NOT SENT OUT. MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF BANK ACCOUNT ON 8/19/19. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL OR CALLS YOU BACK. NO ONE EMAILS BACK EITHER. WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN.

Pretty sure this company doesnt even exist. I purchased an item electronically over a week ago and they havent even begun to ship the item. When I tried calling... nothing. After 50 seconds of ringing, it went to vm. Emailed. No response. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE AND DONT EVEN TRY.

Does not deserve even one star. Spent at least 3 hours on phone trying to catch a human. Emails not responded to. Messages not returned. I wonder if the company really exists. Their website should be taken down to save people time and stress.

Been on the phone now for over an hour trying to see why only one part arrived when I paid and ordered 2. Been placed on hold 4 times and then disconnected. No answer to chat. Left several messages on voice mail. Still no answer. Sent emails. Still no reply. The part that arrived is great. But try to get an issue resolved? Impossible to contact them and correct.

I ordered 4 break springs from these guys over a month ago, and have yet to receive them. I have emailed and left many messages and still have not heard a word from these guys. The money was taken out of my account the day that I ordered and I have nothing to show for it. I ordered the part from a different business and got it 3 days later. What a bunch of B.S. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS..........

WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered 2 parts. Car King charged my credit card instantly for the 2 parts then called me claiming 1 part was not in stock. 3 days later my order still listed both parts and claimed a shipping label was created. 2 days later they said order was shipped and both ordered parts shipped even the one they said was not available one box one tracking code. I receive the package and on the outside of the box it stated only one part was in the box with the said tracking code. I opened up the box and I find a small box inside with the part number of the part I was told was not available. I opened up the part box and I find a wrong part with a different part number. I called and got a rep and he confirmed only one box was shipped. At the same time he claimed the other part that that I did not receive and was suppose to be available was not in stock or available. As far as the wrong part he said They will ship me another one direct from factory and when I said for him to send me a return label for the wrong part sent he said the 14.11 part was not worth them to get back because shipping cost more than it was worth. He also said my credit card will be refunded for the part I did not receive. At this time my account with them still says both parts were shipped and order complete. My credit card has not been refunded and e-mails or phone calls have not been returned. I did a internal e-mail on their website asking where is my refund for the part not received and where is the replacement correct part I was told I would receive for the boxed wrong one I got. OH, I got a response from that and all it said was for me to send it back on my Dollars. Nothing about any refund on crooked charging of my card for Items the website said many were available then none available or received much less about any parts being shipped.PEOPLE if you read this Google for complaints and also read BBB complaints on this company. You will see this is not a sole problem and also if you get a wrong part Carpartsking will not honor the free return for parts shipped that are faulty, the wrong part shipped at their mistake.

Wow, just Wow!Never doing business again.If you expect your parts to arrive quickly, or if you want the correct parts, then go somewhere else.Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, promised dates mean nothing.

I purchased a part that was incorrectly represented by the manufacturer to be the exact replacement for my old part. Even though it wasnt Car Part Kings fault, they were more than happy to make it right quickly and easily. Next time I need auto parts, Ill be looking here first.

Ordered 2 parts, one showed up in 2 days the other hasnt shown up and it has been a month. charged my credit card immediately for both items. I called the manufacture of the part i ordered and they are not even manufacturing it anymore (cardone a1). These guys wont answer the phone or emails and they have $138 of my money.Horrible service!!!

Can I give a negative star review? DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! its been about 6 moths and I still have not received my refund have called over and over with no answer and no call back have sent multiple emails with no response. Part has been delivered to them will th tracking # and signature so they cant say they didnt receive it.

I called this place 25 times already, left 10 v-messages, and e-mailed them 5 times. They dont care about costumers and their service is crap. To make things worse it took 2 weeks for an alternator to come to Chicago from this guys when I could have gotten one form my local AutoZone (dont ask why I did not). Now that the alternator has finally arrived 2 weeks later guess what they are not answering e-mail or phone, so I can ask about core discount. I dont write reviews often, matter of fact this like the first one on 6 years, but this guys are plain old disrespectful. BE WARNED, CAR PART KINGS IS A SCUM BUSINESS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS!!!

Ordered 4 ignition coils from them on Saturday the 8th and received them Friday the 14th of August, shipped from New York to California. Well packaged and as expected, excellent service and price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, also will mention to everyone on the forums I frequent. Would like to mention I was going to originally order my parts from Autohausaz but had a bad experience with them instead I discovered this company which I plan to use moving forward.

1 Star was the least i could give other it would be a negative 10. I saw a vacuum pump on here for sale Robinaire 2 stage at a good price thought i should order it right? WRONG when i received the package it was a knock off no name brand probably put together by my fellow chinese cousins in china. wasnt the same CFM or Stage as the robinaire and when i tried to return it they screened my emails. Paypal would of refunded me if i sent it back but return shipping itself was over $50 which would set me back on making another order for what i need. in the end i definitely go against you making an order from this company unless you want to buy a tire and receive a rubber duck. Good day.

I placed the following Order #100233048 (placed on April 6, 2015 11:18:01 PM EDT Denso Upstream Oxygen Sensor 234-4457), along with Order #100233035 (placed on April 6, 2015 10:41:53 PM EDT Denso Downstream Oxygen Sensor 234-4488). both orders was place with Next Business Day Express shipping. I did receive order#100233035 (Denso Downstream Oxygen Sensor 234-4488) two days later however I did not receive order #100233048 (Denso Upstream Oxygen Sensor 234-4457), I waited until April 9th 2015 and still didnt receive the order after numerous attempts via phone (waiting 10 -15 minutes listening to a recording and then being disconnected) I was able to talk to a Car Part King Sales Rep. The Order was never shipped, so I canceled my order and was told by the Car Part King Sales Rep. that they was going to refund my money. Here its 21 April and I have yet to receive my refund. Im going through the same thing I went through earlier this trying to contact Car Part Kings via phone (waiting 10 -15 minutes listening to a recording and then being disconnected). Now as far as getting the part to you once its actually shipped the service is outstanding, However if you have a problem with your order or need to be refunded on an order getting hold of customer service good luck their customer service is seriously seriously lacking.

Sent me the wrong ECM for my car. Been asking for return instructions for 5 days now., filed a complaint with pay pal, the only response so far from them, they denied my request and told me to return the item. how do I do that if they wont give me instructions how to.

Ordered a Catalytic Converter $165 incl. shipping-received an old backpack, called and complainednever returned my money would not take my phone calls, out $165. Do not use this company!!!!!
