Mickell was great! He helped my wife and I choose the perfect mattress. He knew every detail about each of the mattresses we were interested in. He didnt put any pressure on us and let us take our time. He made the entire process super easy and enjoyable.

Ray and Kyle are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly associates, they showed me how to properly fit a pillow to myself in the sleeping positions I like, as well as making me realise how much I needed an adjustable base for my bed. My husband and I decided we needed a new mattress and set out to purchase one on Saturday. We stopped at a mattress store in our town and the young man was clueless on what we needed, a split top king. All other mattress stores were closed in town.We ended up in Denver Mattress and met Ray, he knew exactly what we needed, unfortunately unable to help us with the mattress we wanted. After talking with him for about 10-15 minutes I was convinced if they had what we needed I would definitely purchase from them just bc Ray was so knowledgeable in what we wanted and understood our separate needs in a mattress.We decided to try out their beds just to see if there was one we could agree on after finding out we were not going to be able to get a split top king with everything we wanted for under $3,500. (We have a split king now) The first mattress we tried we got in it and got comfortable, while laying on it we chatted with Ray about all of our needs in a mattress. We tried 3 more laying on them testing them out, sat on a few only to go back to the first one.We had left our information and got Ray’s, went to lunch and decided to actually go back and purchase our mattress of choice.When walking back in and Ray welcomed us again and I jokingly said “we need pillows to take a nap and test this mattress.” Ray actually got us two pillows (one for a side sleeper one one for a back sleeper) and we laid on this mattress just like we would if we were at home. Ray told us what time they closed and told us to take our time. We chatted some more and we purchased the first one we tried, two pillows and sheet set.I was convinced we were going to purchase from Denver Mattress the first time we walked in and met Ray only because he knew what he was talking about and what we were looking for in our different needs.It was not a split top king but I’m sure the mattress we purchased will serve both our needs. I want to say thank you to Ray for being such a good sport and making a Saturday afternoon fun for us.

Went to Denver Mattress looking for a new mattress. Our current mattress has served us well for many years but reached the end of its lifespan and was becoming uncomfortable to sleep on. James showed us various mattresses including the Purple mattress which we had done some research on ahead of time. Being able to test out the mattresses was really helpful in our decision. I went to Denver Mattress to replace a mattress I had purchased online. There I met James and he told me about the Purple brand and how it is uniquely made. I was sleeping poorly every night due to shoulder pain and the online mattress being to firm . I compared the purple mattress to many others they had. There was no pressure from James the salesman and I took my time as I made my decision. Covid has disrupted supply chains in almost everything we buy. He checked to see if the one I selected was available in the Denver center for earlier delivery. He also explained the extended warranty that Denver Mattress stands behind it’s products .
