I called to see if they had a 40/5 uf run around capacitor for my AC unit. They said they had it after they checked in the back. I drove down and went inside to get it. Once I got inside and asked for the capacitor, they said they didn’t have it. I said I had just called and confirmed that they had it before I came. They said well we don’t sell to homeowners, only to contractors. The lady was not very nice, and fairly dismissive. I think even if I were a contractor for this particular line of work I would probably go somewhere else.

Called to see if they had a part to fix my broken furnace, in the dead of winter, and was told that they wouldn’t help me because they only work with contractors. What a joke.
