Great grocery store. Has that small town vibe. Fresh meats and produce. Friendly staff.

I knocked on my watermelon and it knocked back. Color was great and it seemed firm. Continental breakfast awaits! Kitchen smelled like sewer gas the next morning... my watermelon had collapsed on itself leaving a puddle of sticky, stinking ooze dripping on the counter... and the floor... and the throw rug...! If I can bring myself to eat watermelon again, it wont be from the IGA!

I think IGA is a very good place to shop but they do have an employee there that is a little bit unethical I was standing in line the other day and now Im speaking of only one IGA the one in Great falls in the 9th Street North and I heard him tell One customer yet he probably dont want those though those are theyre old theyre out of date most people want they bring them back but you can get them so that being said this is the same employee that hes always got some kind of sarcastic smart comments to me now maybe because Im not from here I dont know but I definitely think that somebody needs to look into it they look into me all the time see what Im doing so somebody needs to check this man out hes great-headed hes like an assistant manager I dont know his name dont care

Pretty good place. Cheap prices, but seems no one there wears a mask. So keep that in mind.

To Me its very overpriced! The staff is extremely friendly and its always clean. Its a good place if you dont mind spending a little bit of extra cash for its convenience. 😁

Went to the 25th St. store on Sunday and the person at the deli was very rude to my husband. My husband asked if they had any Jojos He stated he just threw them away. My husband then asked if they were still open and he said yes you can have whatever has a spoon still in it. My husband asked if he could have potato salad and he said “does it look like that has a spoon in it?” Which it didn’t. My husband said use the other potato salad spoon in it. After my husband got the potato salad and baked beans my husband said have a nice day and got no response in return. I understand places are short staffed and stressed out but rudeness is never ok to a customer. Especially one that was not rude first.

Not a lot of Variety for an IGA, almost nothing in the whole necessities arena. Couldnt find my Vitamins there, or Allergy Medicine, need improvement there in the whole isle. Staff is very friendly and helpful as always.

But have an excellent staff its a great family owned business that theyre just trying to survive the price is a little high but they have to do that to compete with Walmart and people with their hand in the cookie jar that shouldnt be Im sorry for any wrong I ever did there Alice in Chains here by accident the other day I aint slow I got all my memory here I just felt like giving back I definitely would recommend that sort anyone

Very cute local grocery store. However it seems a little pricey but the staff is very nice and helpful.

For a locally owned store. This is a very friendly location. Plus the prices are decent. This place also has a fountain machine and coffee as well. So please stop in and experience this place for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

The positive aspects of this store include the convenient location and friendly staff.Negatives: Being a small neighborhood store, it is understood selection will naturally be limited, however it is so to an unreasonable extent when looking at the ratio of fresh foods to packaged foods. Often times when attempting to purchase fresh fruits or vegetables that should normally be a common item, this store is out of that item or does not carry it at all. Several attempts to purchase common produce from this store result in leaving empty handed which then makes the convenient location irrelevant.

They are all very friendly at the downtown location. Prices are good on most items some are steeper however Im willing to pay more to support local business. Overall a very pleasant quick trip shop in the heart of downtown. Great parking as well.

Good meat and produce. Prices very reasonable, especially since its the only grocery downtown. Quick and convenient. Friendly staff. They have limited hot food from lunch till evening. Sometimes panhandlers loiter but that is downtown.

This is a great local market. The staff are friendly. The meat department always has fresh cuts of meat at reasonable prices. I will continue to shop here for most of my grocery needs.

Cramped little store. Great prices on certain things but not on other things. Wont carry all you need. More a kin to a convenience store with a little bit more than a full on grocery store. Still very handy if you live in the area and need something for dinner really quick.

Higher prices but very convenient

Nice little grocery store!I tend to go here for quick things, as there is cheaper places to go. But if I dont want to go elsewhere, this is a nice place to do it! Store is well layed out, staff is quick to help, and it has basically everything one person would need for day-to-day life.Only real issue I have (and the biggest reason I dont go here too often) is its local. Ive had my bike stolen from here, and sadly, the cameras out front didnt catch it. Im a bit on edge about that still...but, thats probably a corporate discussion to not have cameras, so I really cant hold it against the staff!

Prices are meant to take advantage of the lower income tax bracket. A lot of Great Falls citizens who live paycheck to paycheck or are downright destitute live downtown and this store jacks up their prices to take advantage of that fact.

I do all my grocery shopping at IGA.

Store is run down, groceries over priced. Staff is good (store manager is a douche though), customers are a mix of low income and homeless for the most part.
