A true gem for foodies and chefs. Lots of great cookware and knives. They also have a market with some hard to find (at least in Great Falls) Asian and European food items. To top it off, the people that work there are absolutely amazing. I will surely be back for some of the cooking classes!

We just took a cooking class and it was the best ever. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The food was excellent and chef is amazing. Thank you for making date nite exceptional.

Always a pleasure. Pizazz is my go to gourmet foods and kitchenware spot. Friendly, well stocked, knowledgeable.... AND their infused oils and vinegars are better than candy.

The products are expansive including ethnic foods that Ive been trying to find and the staff are wonderful and knowledgeable about their products.

What a life saver !The girls at Pizzaz are so helpful, accommodating, and kind! I had purchased a charcuterie “board” from another place in town to go. It was... just a bit subpar. Although it was Christmas eve eve and they were beyond busy, Rhonda stepped up without question to embellish my sad board. In the end she presented me with a beautiful, thoughtful, visually pleasing, DELICIOUS BOARD! I also have to mention that Veronica and another gal in the food area were so helpful in finding the perfect wine to go with !Thank you all for adding some cheer into this season!

I love this store & went shopping to spend stimulus money & found staff very courteous. Perhaps owner should follow her staff interactions w/customers. She never cracked a smile, didnt attempt to stike conversation, or thank me for my business. Due to her chosen behavior, returning to on-line shopping. Possess no desire to shop in stores where owners display unprofessional attitudes. Do these owners of downtown high-end stores realize life will go on without them? What is on line shopping w/o shipping cost?

This is the kind of store that keeps a town alive and thriving. We need more of them! Veronica puts an amazing amount of energy into keeping the look fresh and inviting. I love their Tuesday lunches. Im always surprised at some of the finds that youd never expect in our small city.

Pizazz is a fabulous store. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They have an amazing selection of kitchen items, wine and other goodies. If you are in need of a gift, or just something for yourself, this is a go-to store. We have done several small dinner parties there and it is hands down the best experience and most delicious meal you will have in a Great Falls.

My husband and I always go in and we have a great experience here. The gals are always very friendly and the prices for the stuff are great. Coffee selection is amazing my husband really enjoys the coffee here. Great store and I would give it 20 stars if I could. Thank you.

Pretty good place and is the only cooking store in Great Falls. Attended the cooking class held on Tuesday at lunch time and was pleasantly surprised with simply made yet complex flavored food.Good atmosphere and staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable.Prices for items sold a slightly on the higher side, but that is understandable because it is a small business in a premium location. If you are looking for cooking things that are of a higher quality than BBnB then this is the right place for you.

Its too bad you had this experience. Ive shopped at Pizazz many times and have had excellent customer service not to mention a wonderful experience. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of quality, kitchenware. As for the pricing, I have found them to be very much in line with the brands of the items they have in stock. You mentioned being issued a store credit. Ive had other stores issue me the same which I didnt think was unreasonable. The times I received a store credit at these other merchants was due to the item being a gift I was returning which made sense. Pizazz has my vote of approval!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!Ive shopped at this store previously and had no issues (but Ive never tried to return anything)l. I was warned by various people to beware of this retailer because they do not honor their return policy. I have not experienced this until now. I received a gift that did not work and was broken in the box. I attempted to return it and waited over 20 minutes for staff to debate about the item. A staff member yelled at me accusing me of breaking the item and said it definitely worked. She shoved the manufacturers information across the desk and told me to deal with the manufacturer myself. I mentioned this was not best practice as I was the customer not the retailer. The retailer should have a relationship with their manufacturers! I was also told they are a small retailer so can not offer refunds- yet they have the policy taped to their counter!!! I had the receipt and the item was in the original packaging. The return policy states they will accept returns within 30 days with the receipt and I was within the return period. I received a call from the owner 4 days later stating the item was indeed defective and that I could receive store credit or the manufacturer had approved an exchange. So after being yelled at that I broke the item, the item turned out to be defective. We went back to get our money back and they absolutely would not offer a refund, and again accused me of breaking the item! So I am left with store credit for a store I will NEVER step foot in again. Also their items are way overpriced. Most items are 4x more than on Amazon, and Amazon actually takes responsibility for damaged items. I found out they are going to put my broken item back on the shelf so the next unsuspecting customer can buy it and try to return only to be given a store credit. This store should be blacklisted for scamming customers! BEWARE!!!!

I came in Saturday morning when they first opened with my son. The gal that was there was extemely sweet and kind to him. People can get easily irritated with toddlers, but I love having him with me and teaching him how to be in public. So I appreciate the patience. The balsamic vinegar selection is amazing and so tasty! If you are looking for all things kitchen this is the place to go. I even went back for wine tonight, and it seems the customer service is infectious among everyone there. Such a treat!
