Mat was quick to come out, measure and promptly got me a quote the next day. The crew did do a nice job, they worked quickly.Just know before hand, the gas, electric etc companies will come out to mark where lines are so that the crew doesnt hit those lines with your fencing. And should they hit a line that wasnt marked, they are not responsible for the repair. It will be on you. Also Note that their flyer has 10% off...however read the size 2 fine print. It is ONLY on DIYs and the supplies they provide to you. NOT if you hire them to do the install.

Wanted a quote and explained earlier in the week I resided 100 miles north of gt falls. No problem I was told. So I got drawing, measurements etc and drove down on a Saturday morning. Got there and was told, oh we dont have time for out of town work. Been nice if they would have explained that when I called. Wasted time and money thinking I was going to find a service we need. I guess gt falls can do without our hi.line business. Ill let everyone I know north of town to not waste their time with this outfit.

My husband was hired here and not only did the managers LEE and Matt give him a job- they helped up find a place to live, doctors, services, and even bought him lunch when we couldn’t afford food.That aside, they use top quality materials, are fast and efficient, and have excellent prices. My experience started off strong but ended badly. They showed up when they said they would and quoted within 2 days. I was quoted 3 weeks but they showed up a few days later ( small job of fixing an existing fence). Their guys busted an irrigation line while digging a hole. They did tell me about it and told me to tell my sprinkler guys to fix. I felt like it would be there responsibility to fix the issue. I emailed letting them know what happened and asked if they are sending someone to fix it. 2 emails and almost a week and no answer. Use with caution ⚠️

From the time I called Matt, the estimator (job manager) among other titles, he was focused on one thing. My satisfaction. He cares about my thoughts and wants of the project and wants it done right. He got all the ducks in line so there were no glitches for the installation crew. Which there wasn’t any. Next the post installation crew came in and had all old fence out and posts planted in one day. Panel crew came in and finished job in one day. To both crews all my wife and I can say is FABULOUS OVER THE TOP JOB.If you are looking for a new fence and are sitting on it...fall over to Great Falls Fence. You won’t regret it. Went in and put down 50% worth of the fence down back in August, didnt come out to even start on the fence until after a month later...even though they said it would be 2 weeks. Didnt even finish the fence and got an email saying they had another job that needed done because cows were coming in. Im sorry, but I am a paying customer and just because I dont have cows doesnt mean you dont finish the job...said it would be a couple days and they would be back, well we are now going on the THIRD week and the fence is not done and materials are still in a pile on the property. No communication from Great Falls Fence, we have always been the first to contact and no updates since Lee pulled the workers from the property. Last time we ever use this company, just be honest and say what the timeline is. If you say 3 months then fine I get it, but done beat around the bush and keep putting the job off.

Great Falls fence installed a 6 chain link fence for us 3 years ago. It has held up incredibly well. They were professional and gave us the best value for our dollar. Not only did they install our fence in a timely manner but actually had it in before the deadline. I would use them again in a heart beat.

I have used GFF on multiple projects. Matt, their project estimator is polite, informative and easy to work with and the GFF crew that came out to my place to fix damage from a hail storm went above and beyond. I had a great experience with Great Falls Fence. At first we werent quite sure what we wanted. Through multiple conversations and suggestions from the Manager Lee, we came up with exactly what fit our property. Lee was patient throughout the process and made sure every detail was addressed. The Foreman on the work crewJohnny was wonderful. He worked around my dogs, my neighbors dogs, my geese, ducks, the deer and my kids. They were always on time and finished the project in a quick time frame. Thank you for your great customer service!

After doing my research I went with great falls fencing. never regretted it! never doing it before but I decided to install the 6 fencing myself to save money and these guys walked me through the whole process! We were looking for a fencing company to put up a fence for our dog. We wanted one large enough for him to have plenty of room to roam. We also wanted the fence to look like our neighbors so it would be pleasing to the eye.We contacted 4 companies and they all came out to give us estimates, 2 of the companies never sent us estimates and the other 2 got us estimates that day, Lee from Great Falls Fencing was one of them and both estimates were pretty close in price Great Falls Fence was about 500 dollars more expensive. So why did we go with GFF you ask, well there were a couple reasons that led us that way first Lee was quick to respond to any questions we had and the second being the time frame he gave us on completing the work after they started. He told us that his crew could finish in about 3 days weather permitting. We did have a delay on the start date by 1 day but we got hit hard by snow on that day and the electric company didn’t get out to flag the electricity going into the house. The following day it was snowing again but at 8:30am I got a call from the crew telling me they were on their way, I was SHOCKED I figured they would come out maybe drop off some materials and leave but nope the guys worked all day in the snow, yeah weather didn’t keep this crew away it didn’t even faze them. The next day they showed up and told me the plan was to finish up that day, well I didn’t think that would happen these guys stayed until they were done. UNBELIEVABLE!!So would I hire GFF again....heck yes not a question I would happily hire this company again, do I think you would be happy with the work they might do for you, the answer is the same heck yes! So stop looking for a fencing company give Lee at GFF a call you won’t be disappointed!!!

Reviewing on how I got a flat tire from rocks and mud drug out on the highway. It is a common thing that most businesses on the highway on the close end to town do. They dont take into account that people are going 70 mph. Just bad business practices

In the beginning the customer service was prompt . I called on a Wednesday and by Friday I had my estimate ... so I went with this great falls fence . thinking that would be prompt service .From there it went downhill. the lack of communication from anybody the lack of returned calls and lack of communication when the job was completed or when a crew would put post or the fence up . the lack of communication to the point I contacted Matt and joe and other managers it was full of excuses and finger pointing if I was able to reach either one or anybody at great falls fence .lack of communication and excuses and getting told its in the contract. for leaving dirt piled in the alley to the brand new sod completely destroyed in various areas. to the privacy slots put in sloppy as I see it and not delivered on time . each time I brought a concern or a question it was told to me its in the contract or excuses after excusesfinally 10 weeks later from initial contact my fence is up and I would not recommend this company and I am not a happy customer and getting mad isnt worth it .. so I am posting on here don t use great falls fence .. it took less time with other fencing companies that we used in the past .. so prime example of poor customer service here and glad to know i am not the only one
