The folks that answer the phone are very friendly, thats where in my opinion the cool stuff ends. I feel their service writers are just reading a paper on the findings that they get from their techs in the shop. they do not know the product they service. Getting them to call back is a challenge. When I called for updates I was told their tech didnt know what he was doing when it came to the exhaust codes. When they said our machine was repaired we picked it up and delivered to the job site. Our transport truck never even made it our of town and the machine had failed again with the same issues. We took it to a different dealer and they rocked it!! the machine runs great and they communicated very well. The extra mileage and transport costs were well worth it to get our machine repaired correctly. We should have done this to start with.

Really helpful staff. Easy to find store. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they were unable to help me this time but that was my fault because I didnt have all the information they needed to do their job. Highly recommend we shop there in lieu of huge box stores like Wal-Marx, Target.

I do not recommend working with Hoven Equipment. I have had too many bad experiences in using them. I dont mind paying for good service. Paying top dollar for incompetence is unacceptable. This is the 3rd time I have had to take my machine in to get the same leak repaired. They have failed to put bolts back into my machine causing the skin on the bottom of my cab/undercarriage to get ripped off. They serviced my excavator and left a grease zerk loose which made my tracks come off. We paid them to fix the wiring on an equipment trailer. When we came to pick it up, the trailer lights and brakes were still not working. My crew waited there for over an hour for them to make a repair on the new wiring and plug they had just installed. The next day we had more issues with the wiring. We ended up taking the trailer somewhere else to get repaired. I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

My baler broke down on a Saturday morning Jim and Candice search for the parts. Jim and Zach work diligently till late in the night to get me back up and running Sunday. They had all the parts needed to fix my Baler. The price they charge to fix it I thought was very fair thanks again Hoven equipment Jim Zach Candace for doing a great job for me.

Went in to get some service work done on a warranty itemand they did an excellent job and theyre going to handle it and get back. Great service from the desk.
