Very nice! Id love to see a bigger Halloween section, because yall already have Christmas stuff out and it aint even October. Not to mention Thanksgiving hasnt come around yet. Other then that. Friendly staff, good prices, and over all neat stuff. ^^

My family and I got in the store about 12 minutes before closing. The main guy (so sorry, Brandon or Brendon) was so nice and polite. We live out of town so being able to shop quickly meant so much to us even though it was almost closed. We werent hounded, we were given space to get what we needed. I really appreciate that. I always have loved Big Lots, but this made me love the store even more.

Look, this place is a no thrills no gimmicks. BUT cheap booze and bad singing. Whats not to love. Yeah Karen I know it takes a lot of courage to sing but that chick was terrible.

I Love This Store. Its A Good Place To Go If Youre Looking For Pretty Cheaply Priced Items. Every Time I Go There The workers Are Nice And Helpful And When I Get To The Check Out, They Always Ask Me If I Had Any Problems Finding What I Was Looking For.

Came to look at couches and was annoyed to learn that several on the floors were no longer available or out of stock. Why have them on display if they cant be purchased?

I live 2 hours away bought a table and rented a truck to pick it up when I got home and opened the box I noticed a huge crack in the table. Now I have to rent another truck to to return the broken table 70 dollars in gas both times and 100$ truck rental both times Big lots said that the wont compensate me for gas or the truck rental this was a huge waste of time and money. They do not take care of their customers

The gentleman that was working at the cash register was belching non-stop and very loudly. At one point I was in the back of the store and could hear him.

Thank God there are other stores in thus city! Some things are at a good value. Overpriced on furniture,cannot buy outright from the store for furniture. Very disappointing! Put it this way, I have not spent $5 in 2 years at this store. Just not worth it.

The store is pretty nice, it has a decent amount of stock and some specialty items that I didnt expect. The furniture selection is ok . The restrooms were really clean just missing some small items. Overall things were pretty good. The register lines got backed up pretty bad but the wait wasnt very long.

Went to buy a recliner, only to be told that we couldnt buy any furniture item tonight. Asked why? Because they do not do furniture carryouts after 7:30pm, that it is corporate policy. The male who helped my husband was snotty and rude about it.Ive looked for this so called policy, not able to find it online. We will go somewhere else and give them business.

Great store for Food when your on a budget.Other things cost more at that store than anywhere else, including online as well.If they had all the items for cheaper I feel they would sell more.

Customer service was great, unfortunately there was a customer walking around without a mask and no employee asked her to put a mask on.

This is a place where alot of things are great priced but other things you can get cheaper at other places. However its nice to be able to go there and get the things I want in one place without the hassle of big crowds like at Walmart. People here are always nice.

I can usually get something or nothing here. Its a good place to get in & out quickly (usually) and now that they have some refrigerated food in addition to dry goods its very convenient. I sometimes like to just stroll through the store and take a looksee so I know what I want to pick up later. Fun stuff here. Nice affordable furniture also for purchase or rent to own

Great place to find household needs at a good price

Ive been evicted at Sunshine Village during a pandemic by 3 witches and a warlock over some one who cant take care of himself and evacuated himself in his pants for days and in the hall then had the management wash them in their machines and cover it up. When I caught them I was evicted! Sorry not in the store,sounds wonderful.

Recently reopened from Covid. Lots of bare shelves and empty racks. One of the staff assured me they will be getting more stock soon. Sure Hope so. Wasnt worth stopping in today.

Parking is limited and its in the dying Holiday Village mall, so theres two strikes. They need security or someone this place. Peoples children were literally bouncing off the walls, it was a zoo. Disgusting. I have 6 kids and they wouldnt dream of it. The employees were not addressing that behavior nor offering to help me. I definitely wont be back and I recommend you go elsewhere too.

LOTS OF REAL GOOD DEALS AT THE HOLIDAYS. SHELVES WERE FULL AND KEPT ORDERLY. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND KIND.

Apparently they suspended returns and exchanges until the 16th of May that is the stupidest thing Ive heard maybe we should suspend shopping there until the 16th of may

I Like Big Lots store you get really good deals and snacks house where toys they carry of different weird variety usually at really good prices

Lots of different food stuffs like imported organic pickles and beets.Bargain pricing on snack food like crackers and dark chocolate or mixed nuts.Changing selection of household goods even furniture.
