A special shout out to parts guy Ty, thank you for you’re kindness, generosity and willingness to help. Came in needing a turbo, he led me to Acquire all the Necessary parts to for a proper install the next morning. Where he went above and beyond was helping me find a hotel, a shuttle service and leading me to find a proper meal for the evening. All around a true gem to deal with and quite rare from the traditional dogma in the Industry.

Thank you Team I-State for all your hard work. I came in to have my truck tuned up from 400hp to 455hp. Due to lack of communication on both parts this almost wasnt accomplished. The tech stayed late to fine tune the upgrade. He explained everything and was very professional and understanding that i was under a load. I also had a PM Service, thank you for making sure everything was tight and not leaking. A new motor was bought a mechanic couldnt seal a motor up properly and leaked everywhere.

TOP NOTCH..... customer service and mechanic.......After 3 tows and in 3 shops they found the problem with our truck shutting down. Only took a little over an hour for the Mechanic to find the problem, mud dopper nest plugging the fuel vent. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road, ASAP. Highly recommend this place...

Very poor service. Would NOT recommend. Got Full service oil changed done in March they charged $369.00 which is ok but the worst thing is truck started smoking white smoke clouds and no power after 2500 mi of oil change and took it to Peterbilt Cheyenne WY they found the fuel filter was clogged and was never replaced and had to spent money again plus headache.Seems like unexperienced mechanic were working on the truck. Kenworth is lot better than these guys but the were busy that day.

Because they should make them more in the united states in the state of Montana they should make one in havre Montana
