You cant find worse service. We were sold one product, delivered another… and it took them almost a full year to fully install the POS, while still not configuring it correctly. Being that we had purchased the same Catapult product from them before, they essentially had us at the knees, as we had nowhere else to go. These folks are in the business of selling legacy software, and closed out hardware at a premium. Buyer beware. Can you say Breach of Contract? Even what would be expected to be the easiest of tasks, like configuring pin pads, was something they couldnt figure out and took numerous returns on our part, and time, before we had one that worked some of the time.
