Too many dead phone calls, not enough clear coverage for me. Not the right carrier for me. But I will try another carrier, like AT&T next!SICK OF PAYING VERIZON ALL THE BIG FEES! Been with them 30 years+, and complete stranger goes in and gets better plan, less dollar than a devoted carrier. Definitely a number to Verizon not a LOYAL customer as I was! Too greedy!

The absolute worst provider I have ever dealt with. I ported my number from RedPocket Mobile this last Sunday 10-3-21. The port would not go through it took four days. I bought the newest BLU G91 Pro smartphone where Cricket IS LISTED ON THE BLU WEBSITE as a compatible provider. My phone finally started working properly yesterday 10/5/21. I call a family member this morrning. Right after I hung up I receive a text from Cricket saying the phone was not compatible and service had been terminated. Ok, so I go to the store in Great Falls, MT I am mad at this point, but was not just rude. The guy basically tell me the phone is NOT compatible and cannot be reactivated on their network. Really??? So, I said ok I want a full refund for the service seeing how I have not had any. I was told I would have to call. I call Cricket and am pretty much told they do not GIVE REFUNDS Really? That guy needs to find him another job, and AT&T needs to shut cricket down. I worked at AT&T OK, and have forgotten more about phones than you will ever know. I also own a business. T-Mobile had it handled in thirty minutes. THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ZERO STARS. Oh, and my credit card company has already initiated a chargeback Cricket. STAY FAR AWAY! My new T-Mobile business line works just fine.

Was excellent frist month then got bad

Love the service n company but if its the last half hour of your shift n the phone rings in the store you answer it not just let it ring n close the doors when there are paying customers tht still need to pay there bills. This just happened to me today at 6:30 I have called 5 times n no answer

Tyson and I go back along ways. He has always treated me great. Always takes time to answer questions and help me pick out the right phones for my needs and my wifes. I will continue to bring Tyson and Cricket my business in any way I can because Tyson plain and simple knows his stuff and always is professional in every dealing. Thanks Tyson ...keep it up.

If you want knowledgeable, well trained, helpful associates THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. They are essentially a box store that can only accept pmts, and read whats on the computer. If you have a complex problem, they will direct you to Customer Care where theyll each play ping pong with your issue, blame each other then reiterate conflicting information.Tbh youre better off with Straight Talk, at least you wont be charged to death with fees that neither side can explain.

Wow what a great experience Ive been a Cricket customer care 5 years and never had any problems I bought two new phones and neither one would work. Less than an hour all my problems were solved Tyson what a great job thank you so much

The staff there are very very friendly. They are knowledgeable about their plans they dont beat around the bush. They their phone knowledge is by far way better than other ones that Ive been to and the durability and what you need the phone for they will connect you to the right phone. And the accessories that you buy Outlast anything else even if you buy it online they do not they last longer than the ones that I bought online.

Why do people not use cricket? My bill is a 1/3 of what I was paying with Verizon Wireless, and I have unlimited data. The speed is literally no different. Great customer service too!

Been with Cricket over 1 year. I enjoy their service, and relish being a customer. Sean and a few of the other employees are outstanding! However, there are a few raunchy salesmen that stink up the place. Upon entering the store I cant even look at the ground without these dudes begging and yipping at your heels,like a puppy dog..they are swindlers who only care about their dollar, and not a cent about the product they sell you. Unfortunately, due to this I will likely never buy a phone in this store again...Ill Still get my service through Cricket though...good company! Be a perfect store too!! If only the few greedy rotten apples got chucked!

I have been with Cricket Wireless for the last few years. Great company, local staff is friendly. Only reasob i did not give a 5 star is they need a more reliable data network. Spotty at best in some places in town.

The tech there is wonderful and knowledgeable. Makes shopping there fun.

Easy, nice people, set my new phone up transferred everything for me.Cricket plans are a bit expensive. But the service was great.

Been with cricket over a year now and love it there is not a better cell phone plan out there. We have 5 phones and it cost us $100 per month thats $20 per phone. We each get 2.5 gigs of full speed data per month which is plenty for me. Highly recommend cricket.
