This store is one of my favorite places in town. They have a great selection of books and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee isnt bad either.

Love this store! Nice selection of books and gifts. I always forget that they have lots of unique toys and Legos too. The guy that was working in the cafe (10/05/21) was really unfriendly. Didn’t say hi or ask what we would like to order, literally said nothing.

Its a book store where you can still find books made out of paper. The workers are pretty helpful and the store is clean and quiet. What more do you want? Nothing. Go buy a book.

I also enjoy trips to Barnes and Nobles, but today I got buy one get one book 50%off. When you read as much as I do, you appreciate sales. I also picked up a beautiful, sturdy gift bag to take my purchase home in. It was originally priced at 5.99, but I got it for a dollar. Also my location includes a Starbucks. I love browsing the new releases and staff picks as well. I highly recommend it!

The store was clean, books were extremelt easy to find, and the staff was more than incredible and willing to work through the weird ways i ask questions. Ten out of ten.

Helpful and sweet employees. The store has reduced hours for Covid related reasons and they do require a mask. It was great to go in and wander around the store. Excellent deals and value sections as well.

It is a great place to browse even if you dont buy anything. Great atmosphere.

The political leanings of the company and/or store manager are very obvious in the selection, displays, and placement of their products. This detracts from the overall experience of shopping there, but its the only large bookstore in town so run in, get what you need, and run out. But check out the smaller shops first, like Cassiopeia Books downtown.

I love browsing in their calm atmosphere. I hope there will always be a place for bookstores in our world!

I specifically went there to visit the coffee shop. My quiche had cold spots. My coffee seemed to be tea instead of coffee. I repeated my order which was not complicated but it was disappointing. Interestingly, I ordered the same thing last Saturday. It was excellent.

They had four of the five books I was looking for. The fifth was shipped. B&N reminds me of the library you buy the books you need for study. Great selection!

Its literally the only bookstore in town. You and I dont have any other choice but to like it.The staff are very courteous and cheerful. They try to be helpful however theres not a lot of employees and if you do find one away from the register theyre usually completing a task such as restocking the shelves. If I were the owner is be very proud of my staffIts incredibly clean and well organized. Competitive prices with online stores such as Amazon.The Starbucks team is also efficient and very clean.

This location of B&N is okay. The staff is generally friendly. The -2 Stars comes from purchasing a book online, that was in-stock which I selected for pick up from my correct store in Great Falls. I received an email later stating the book was not there. End of story. Order has been canceled.I was very upset by this because I had truly wanted the book but no option was provided to get it shipped instead. I also had applied promotional dollars so I was getting it cheaper. Needless to say I did not get to use the promo dollars again, nor got a response from B&N regarding the cancellation of that order.Sad to say it because I like supporting more local stores-yes I know they are a corporation but they have local employees.

Its nice to see some big book stores still around. This is a nice size store with a lot of merchandise to choose from. They have a very nice cafe with Starbucks coffee available. It is a nice place to relax and shop.

I love this Barnes & Noble. The organization is very logical and clean. The Starbucks is great and the staff there are really friendly. I love the local section. There and many great books about the state and a good selection of local authors. Even the toy section, which has a tendency in other Barnes & Noble stores to become a mine field was very clean. If you are in the area it is worth a trip.

It was our first time stopping in there.never new they also had alot of books on native American culture thats something awesome to know as I am a native American!!!

I could spend hours and millions in here!

We took our classes to buy books as part of our field trip experience and it was perfect. The staff was so helpful and patient the kids were able to browse and choose their favorite book. Happy children in a book store = WIN!

As always, a real brick and mortar book store is a special treat. The kids loved getting to pick out a book each, a good reminder when I normally just one click on my kindle that browsing a book store is fun.

The last bastion of the book store. After Hastings closed a few years back, Barnes and Noble is the only place left in town to buy books, magazines, and other little toys/trinkets in town. I love coming here to buy books for our daughter as the selection is amazing. Plus, the kids book area is so cool. It looks like a cross between Dr. Seuss and Sesame Street :)

They had just what I needed.

The store is very clean, service is great. Website it TERRIBLE... when looking for a book it states new and used AT MY STORE ... when I get there...NONE ARE AVAILABLE IN STORE....Website is only for online orders...with that being said... why should I shop locally if your website is not accurate. This is why local stores are closing.... nothing available MUST order it in. Really!!!!!

B & N has a large variety of interesting books and magazines to suit most any taste. Nice comfy chairs are available if you choose to stay and read.They even carry some vinyl, albeit a limited stock, but its there.

Great place to find any book you may want or need. If they dont have it in store then any one of their friendly sales clerks will order it for you. Then when dine just go over with your find and have a great treat with a good cup of coffe. The baristas are friendly and some of the quickest.

Really cozy place to shop for books. Comfy sitting area, nice coffee shop, fun open kids area. Well lit and comfy at the same time. Huge seasonal and gift area. Wi-Fi and cafe area great for laptop space. Our favorite for down time is the fireplace nook.

Came in near closing time but no one rushed us - really appreciate that. Then found just what we were looking for... It was a good evening!

Not enough workers in the store at any given time to effectively assist shoppers. Otherwise its more or less what you expect when you go into a bookstore that tends to be 6 months to a year behind by any current trend.

Only reason its not a 5 is they cant order a book in that isnt in their B&N inventory. I guess Amazon gets my cash this time. Otherwise, beautiful store, great employees!

Store was clean and staff were helpful. Lacking for books on farming, blacksmithing and car repair. If you are looking for fiction, magna and comic books they have a huge selection. Just wish there was more books on interesting topics. I could have ordered the books I was looking for but since I was traveling through it was not worth it. I will just order them when I return home.

Anytime I need to get a book, I go straight to Barnes and Noble. Even if they do not have what I am looking for, they go out of their way to order it for me. And if my book comes in in-between my pay days, they hold it for me!
