PRO TIPS for OTR driver 1st time deliveries.GOOGLE maps and GARMIN had difficulties finding this location.If traveling WEST on highway 89 (aka 10th Ave S) you will make a LEFT onOVERLOOK DR. Drive about 1.5 miles & then you will make a RIGHT on BROADWATER DR.When leaving this facility DO NOT make a right on RIVER DRIVE SOUTH! There is a 13’4 LOW CLEARANCE bridge. Facility does allow over night delivery on their property BUT they will ask you to leave once unloaded. You will see plenty of spaces to park before arriving at this facility should you need to wait for your next load. Aside from that, good people here. Fast unload & they don’t hassle you should you arrive late to an appointment.
