Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I called to ask a question about replacing my shower handle. I talked to Misty Davey, she gave me a number to text over a few pictures to see if my mixing valve was compatible with my new shower handle that I plan to purchase from amazon. It is a great place they are always there to help. They are such amazing listeners. They always know what I need when I need it. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We lost heat in the middle of winter on a Saturday. After finding out Furgusons is open until 1 we drove the 90 miles to get our part. Because it was nip and tuck on timing, they assured us they would make sure they were around if the roads were bad and we ran a little late. We got there 1 minute to 1pm, got the part and got the heat back on. Nice people to work with. Thank you!

Too long of a wait to get serviced

Customer service is terrible... These guys never have what I need. Id suggest googling other suppliers in town. I avoid these guys at all cost...
