I never have a problem shopping in store. It’s never busy when I’ve been in there, never busy at the cutting table. Well I decided I’d do a pick up order over the app. I picked 6 things, all were listed as available in the store, I did this at 3:30pm. I got an email stating not to go to the store, and that I’d get a separate confirmation email when my order was ready. Well I waited 6 and a half hours till the closed and didn’t get a single thing. I understand it might be a little busier due to the holidays, but come on, it was a 6 item order and still wasn’t done in 6.5 hours? Okay whatever. So I call this morning at 9:30, no one can tell me anything. A gal at the cutting table takes my name and Order number, and phone number and is supposed to call me back in a few minutes. I’ve been waiting 2 hours now for that call back. I called again to see what was going on, but they’re busy at the cutting table and would only take my name and number again. So if you need something I do not recommend doing a pick up order. Because you’ll more than likely be waiting over a day and a half for a small order. Good luck!

Joanns is the first place I go to pick up supplies for crafts. They are friendly and always ready to answer any questions you might have. I feel like family when I walk through the door.

Customer satisfaction unacceptable. The unwillingness two workers showed one customer with a simple request doesnt sit well with me. Not one but two employees with no integrity will forever change my mind about customer service satisfaction.

They give you a 50% off coupon to use on an item when you make a purchase, but when you go back to use it all the items in the store seem to be on sale even though they arent marked on sale. So you wait 20 minutes in line to find out the item is 20% on sale so you cant use the coupon and its still more expensive than if you were able to use the coupon. Scammy.

She was really helpful I think she was owner or boss she gave use a discount for r items but the cashier had a bad attitude didnt seem like she wanted to b there but I think its a great store will b back again.

Denise at JoAnn Fabrics went out of her way to help me find some more trim for a project in my RV - all by phone so I did not have to go inside the store since they do not supply motorized carts, only a wheelchair.Then she kindly brought it out to my car!! Great service!!

Joanns has a small section with a variety of how to books. I like the cookbooks that I bought. They are Mug Shots Desserts, Waffle Iron Genius, and The Christmas Table. I bought the later for myself and the former for gifts.

I was just in on the first buying fleece fabric for two different blankets (so alot of fabric) the lady who cut my fabric did not know how to measure or cut a straight line so when I got home I had to cut the lines straight and then re-measure and just deal with smaller than what it was supposed to be even though I paid for more .. I have tried to a complain online and by phone both turned into a waste of time, the website will not quit crashing. I have always gone to Joanne for all my fabric purchases but I think Im going to start going somewhere else thoroughly unimpressed!

Unwilling to get you in and out in a timely manner. If your in a hurry, or need something they can only do so much, unsatisfying, poor customer service.

Absolutely love this store! From top notch friendly staff that is always willing to help, to great discounts and a wide variety for a smaller store. The manger is wonderful, i have 0 complaints!

It seems like most of the help dont really want to be there but there are a couple that are wonderful and very helpful. They do not keep up on their reordering of paints and always changing where to find several of their art crafts around.

Typical burger King menu. Often dont provide napkins, forks, straws or other take out related things.

Decent selection of fabrics and accessories. They fabric section isnt as big as some of the other larger stores (expected) but overall we get what we need. Coupons are a win with this store chain. We usually only shop here when we do have a coupon. The staff is very friendly, and helpful when needed. Doing a great job. Ensure this store stays open! We need it!

Unfortunately this is a very small store with a limited selection. The lighting is poor. The front entrance that faces 10th Ave south is blocked. Several times I have purchased fabric and once had it home under good lighting it wasnt the color that I thought it was. Staff are friends and helpful, however.

Its a good place to go to for fabric and other hobby making supplies. They seemed a little out of it this last time. Stocking and moving things mostly so no one was really at the register. Overall their a really good place to go to.

Fun place to find those specific items you can only find in a fabric store. People that work there definitely live the life and know the sewing scene well. Prices can be extremely cheap if you follow their coupons online and employees arent afraid to show you the best deals.

Standard JOANNs with an amazing staff! Ive gone in a total newbie on sewing projects to get fabric, and the staff has been great! Helping me find what I need, cutting it, making sure I have everything else I might need. Prices are fair, and there always seems to be a sale going on.The location is a bit odd, and it always seems a tiny bit disorganized there. But not horrid! Just kind of a feeling they never quite get caught up putting stuff on the shelves.

Im in there on a regular basis they know me by name. The manager is awesome. If I ever have a problem he makes it right. Love it.

This location is consistently clean, organized and stocked with all kinds of goods. Be it fabric, floral or decor, its there and its usually on sale, too! Management is kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

Employees there are working their best and the store looks very organized! But the front door entrance could have a bigger note to let you know to go to the back instead, the road to the left of the building is a one way, and made it take a longer route to get to the back to park and enter.

I love fabric. So I have a soft spot for any fabric store JoAnns has a reasonable selection of fabric. I wish they had more fine fabrics (linens wools silks etc​.) The have huge selection of poler fleece which I know a lot of people love. Im not a fan of it so I find it over powers the other fabrics. They are very customer oriented and have great sales

My daughters and I used to love going to JoAnn for holiday shopping, from beads fabrics all of it. But since the store started stocking boxes of cinnamon covered pinecone from October on weve almost completely stopped going inOur allergic reactions to all the cinnamon is just to much to deal with, and the migraines associated with it...to painful. We miss shopping there, but we have no choice

Prices too high. Staff few and far between. Long wait line at check out. My previous visit I was overcharged and had to return to store. The recent visit I purchased a package of Beauty and the Beast accessories. When I removed the characters at home, the Belle piece lost her face and I wasnt able to find it. Im finished with that store and will not return.

They did not have a very good selection of crochet thread and they charged 3.99 for cotton yarn at Wal-Mart it is 1.50. My sister said to the cashier, you dont have a very good selection on yarn. The cashier said quote ( what do you want me to do about) very unprofessional. I left and went to Michaels.
