Gal I spoke to in the evening at customer service was very nice and helpful. I was also able to be checked out by a cashier and he was rather friendly. However Im against jobs being taken away from people especially since I work in retail. I was treated rudely by a worker when I asked a question about the self checkout.

Dillon in the electronics dept. is my hero. i bought an unlocked phone went to atnt store on (th they lied to me charged me double than what they said then when i contested the charge with my credit card they locked my phone then jacked me around for a month. had to pay the bill w anyway to get an unlock code that didnt work. brought it to Dillon and he fixed it and signed me up for affordable service from cellular one. thanks again

Great Falls Target just stole $40.00 form my credit card! I provided the digital receipt from my phone, The store manager still refused me a refund!!!Ill be seeking legal counsel and advising all to be careful shopping there!

I bought a headset for 60$ and couldnt even get it to me working it was the Astro A10 headset.

I really like the pick up option to order and pick up the same day and the friendly staff makes me want tor return shopping as a customer on a regular basis again. It would make it better if there was a pharmacy. Target has good clearance, but it is not always organized or sometimes not in the same area. Look around at and enjoy shopping there

Love their kids clothing, beddding, bath. Primary place I use to shop for my husband and kids. Their online portion of Target has improved tremendously over the years, and I love using in store pick up.

Who doesnt love Target? Our Great Falls store is always clean and usually well stocked. There is a fun variety here you cant find at some of the other stores. The clothing is always on trend and home goods changing. The staff could be a little more helpful at times.

Cleanliness and how the store is organized.

I went to the store to find some new paints, they had the style I was looking for but not in my size and they only had one color on display. I went home to order what I wanted online and found out the store did have the size I wanted and two colors to choose from. That is why I give it an 8, because I had to go to the store twice to get what I wanted. I do love the paints!

Little run down, but its the only Target in town and you can still find good deals here. This is a general goods Target so it DOES NOT have a fresh grocery section like the photo indicates. Staff is friendly and seems to do well maintaining store cleanliness.

Normally have good experiences here, but was not impressed by a team member (Tracey) in electronics today. I saw on Saturday that a deal was starting on Sunday for a specific item so I came in to purchase it. When I came in, the price could not be found, but I had taken a screenshot of the sale. When they said the price was incorrect, I pulled up the weekly add to find a very similarly named item had taken its place. The employee told me unfortunately that was a sale from the day before so they could not honor it. I thought this was incorrect, so after coming home I looked into it on a few sales forums . Apparently Targets advertising realized the mistake, and had changed it to the correct sale item overnight. Understandable that mistakes are made, but not acceptable for an employee to lie to a customer to explain your companys mistake.

Target is newly remodeled which is a bonus. They always have what I need. Their friendly staff is always happy to help. Only downfall, it is rather small, it is not a Super Target.

They rearranged the store had a hard time finding certain items. There is no one really around to help you if you have a question. The cashiers have always been nice and polite to me.

Today was the second day in a row that I have been to the Great Falls,MT store. Both days the Tech in the Electronics Dept. (Angela),was obnoxious and rude. The first day I gave her the benefit of doubt that perhaps she was having a bad day. Not the case at all! Today was the same if not worse. My return today was because of an error she had made setting up my wifes new phone. Her attitude was deplorable.

I love Target itself, but Ive had several not so great experiences with the staff at this Target. There is usually only one person at checkout, and the managers dont seem very happy with you if you dont go through self checkout because you prefer having a person check you out. I know that the service at this Target is not meeting the standard that Target has set (which I have seen at other Targets).

Hard to believe this is Target. I have visited Targets in many different states. This is by far the worst. If I had to choose a word to describe this branch, it would be sad. A small selection of a small selection of items. Employees could use some training. The conversation and laughters the Starbucks employees were having when I was there could be heard from the other end of the building. In brief, a horrible experience.

Target is still convenient. Some of the prices are a little hi, but anything is better than walmart. Decently clean place. Starbucks is always good too.

The quality of the products offered.

How is this even called a Target? This is not a truly Target this is such a small store and the selection is horrible. This store is not a Target this is so poor in selection. The staff can be much more nicer and happier.

Have never had a bad experience shopping here and the staff have always been very polite and helpful and recently allowed me to have a discount from the Cartwheel/Target app because their internet was down so I couldnt get the app to download.

I have found excellent sales and customer service. and to mention that the Starbucks Coffee in this store is awesome. they listen and they rock it.

More expensive than walmart but more modern. Great selection but could have more id they used available space better. Staff is uaually friendly

Love Target in general but the womens bathroom at this particular location is NEVER CLEAN. Even immediately after the remodel the floors are gross, with bits of TP and paper towels everywhere, the garbage can is always overflowing, and has an overall feeling of being unsanitary. Not what you expect when the rest of the store is so nice.

This target store is smaller then other target stores. Still a nice store. They just dont have all the things a regular target store has.

I hate Target. This store is located in a very busy area that makes it difficult to maneuver in the parking lot. Prices are not great either. But, service is decent and walmart is not any better so, there you go.

The store looks like an old K-mart. Desperately needs a facelift. Had employees around me several times during my visit and never got asked if I needed help, nor was greeted in any fashion. Got to the check out stand and obviously interrupted my cashier and her coworker talking about the cashier totaling her boyfriends car. They never stopped talking to each other long enough to even say hi to me! The customer! Wow. Please do some customer service training. Please.I am a loyal Target customer, but after today may reconsider.
