I had to take my car in to replace the wheel bearings. I dropped it off Friday morning and my car was able to be picked up that night, however another bearing was needing to be replaced, so I opted to have it replaced as well. My car was ready to go by Saturday night and the gentlemen was able to let me come a little after closing to pick my car up. Everyone who helped me with this stressful ordeal was super professional and very friendly/helpful. If ever I need something done on my car that I can’t do, I’ll gladly come back.Thank you guys for everything!

This company is great. Needed serpentine belt replaced. A/C serviced and tune up done. They have reasonable prices, had car done in one day, and when check engine light came on after i picked the car up, they checked it over and fixed it at no additional cost. Definitely recommend and will return for any future service needs. Thanks guys!

I first went to 15th Street Service Station when I moved to Great Falls. Ive now had 3 different cars serviced there. Ive always found them to be honest and reasonable price. I have recommended them to all my friends!

I’ve taken my vehicle to this auto shop 4 different times and they have done an excellent job every time. Diagnostics have been accurate and they never sell or do any work unless needed. Very professional and the pricing in my opinion is better than anywhere else in town, and I know this because I shop around. I’ve had oil changes there, electric problems calibrated, new brakes, and other diagnostics done. Satisfied every time!

We pulled into town at 5:45pm on a Saturday. Earlier in the day we had a flat and had been unable to find someplace to repair the tire for us. We still had 400 miles to go and weren’t very excited to drive that in the dark without a spare. When we pulled in they were getting ready to close for the evening, but the stopped what they were doing, fixed our tire and got us back on the road. They were friendly and their prices were very reasonable. We aren’t from Great Falls, but If we were they would have won some new loyal customers! Thank you for saving the day.

Great service center!! Absolutely! They fixed my broken, drivers side, door handle. It works perfectly! & I am sooo grateful for how quickly they fixed it!! .. I was surely in need, to care for horses in an extreme cold (-30°) & they made it possible for me to get the much needed care to my animals. Im forever grateful & will use them in the future for sure 👍😁 I just love 15th Street Service Center!!

Known this guy 30 some years. Has done a ton of work for me in that time with only one return. Full serve gas for your wife so she doesnt smell like unleaded instead of Chanel. Gary Acts grumpy but honest as all get out. Great Falls version of Walter. I send my kids there.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with a low tire pressure light. Turns out there was a large hole in the tire. The gentleman working said he could fix it right away. We were out of there in 15 minutes and on our way back to Billings. Such great service and a super nice guy!

Family run shop with awesome morals and customer service in mind! No fast ones being pulled here! I took my wife’s vehicle here for a snow tire change over and they were quick and fair on pricing. Several weeks later her battery went out and I swung by to grab a top of the line Interstate battery for a VERY fair price. I snag my propane fill ups here because the crew is just so friendly! I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles here for repair if something happened to them that was over my head and I couldn’t repair myself. Look no further than 15th Street Service Center, you won’t be disappointed!

Your facility is the best in town with now hidden prices or surprises when you say what a charge is you stick to it, you are also very good on your labor cost not like others care centers in town who charge a arm and a leg for labor, you beat the dealerships by a mile, thank you for being down to earth for the working man for once in a while.

We came all the way to Great Falls, Montana from Calgary, Alberta and something happened to the tire. We constantly tried fixing it. It was a very hot day and my siblings and I had to sit on the grass under a tree. We called their shop and the came within a couple of minutes. They didnt have a tire, so they told us to come to their shop where they fixed our tire. Not only did they fix our tire but they cleaned the windows of our car, free of cost. They offered a great price and everyone was very polite and caring. They also gave us directions back to Calgary! Best service in Great Falls!

My wife went there to have her car checked out. She called stating that they were a little rude and somewhat condescending, and really just wanted my name and phone number to contact after the mechanic looked at the car she stated that they did not seem very inclined to deal with her.
