I’ve always had good experiences here at NAPA, but today I spoke with Stretch, and he blew me away with his attention to detail in answering my questions. Give that guy a yeah buddy! I’ll keep coming back.

I was getting good service here but now I cant seem to get the right parts. Dont know whats going on but Im about to stop using them for my company.

Mixed paint to match my truck, it was on point had problems at other places even paint shops, and this was exactly the same!!

Guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the wrong parts one time but made it right, it didnt help that it was a split year vehicle model.

Myself and my son went to Napa. To buy auto parts the. Line of people were there do we started lookind car things a lady at to the Deck yelled at use com down she be with us in a minute. We did even no who was going to help us yet she acted like were being impatient. She gets a phone call and the person need alot on info. So we waited tell she done the thing is she made a costumer wait that was There at the store. Any parts place knows you put the caller on hold you help the people in store. So i asked another person to help so i told them all i needed but it had to be shiped my parts. Next day go in the guy order parts that would never work . And he gets mad at me in so the manger come over to make sure he put or orders the right parts. Next day all wrong parts. Agine the parts did not fit my truck. The sob tell another guy i dont no what i want wrong thing to say but i kept my cool . I get it all refunded and the said now tell us what you want slow. Made me mad o just want yo tell you all dont shop there they are so retarded. Because what i order was 2. 10 ft 3 in muffler pipe. And they could not get that tight. Plus they are so over priced. I got the right parts at O Rileys for $35 less

Amazing place! Sure, counter guys can be grumpy but listening to the amount of questions they have to answer in a day, I can see why. Saw one customer curse at the counter guy because they had installed the part, the car later broke down, and they wanted to return the part.Couple that with what looked like constant phone calls, and a knowledge of what retail is like, I wouldnt expect a customer service rep to spend 15 minutes answering my question about which wiper blade is better like some people do.That being said, they have a ton of parts, decent knowledge, and just not enough time in the day to impart it all.

Last 4 times I shoppes for parts there I had to listen to Alex Jones and/or some other fat blowhard on their stereo... Great service but poor choice in listening entertainment

Ive always been very happy with the NAPA parts store. Stretch and all the guys always take very good care of me. if I have a new product that Im trying to see if I want to use it theyll tell me the pros and cons of it. Theyre very knowledgeable theyre on what they sell. Thanks guys for always taken good care of me Ill be back

Good selection of parts, and the staff is willing to help, but at a cost.I avoid this place as much as I can, unless I know *exactly* what I need. By no means am I grand mechanic. Im the YouTube mechanic, who will need help from people to make sure Im not doing stupid stuff. I expect to go to a part store, be able to ask questions like Do you think I need new brakes best off of this info? and not get something to the extent of *sigh*Well...you NEED brakes, of course. Why dont you just have a mechanic look at it?. The staff talks down to people, and they are just a pain to get a decent answer from.Like I said, unless I have a part number in hand as I walk in, and I know they have it (either from calling earlier, or checking online) I stay away. I may pay more elsewhere, but I love being able to ask a question without the staff thinking Im an idiot.

Had a return and needed to grab some additional parts. Return went quick and the staff knew exactly where the other parts that I needed were located.

I love Napa generally. Unfortunately, this Napa in Great Falls is an embarrassment to the name. Poorly managed and poor customer service. Any time Ive dealt with them they act as if the customer is a hindrance. The service is generally rude and untrained. The manager will claim that Napa cannot order basic parts that ever Napa in America would carry due to his obvious lack of basic computer proficiency. In this case utilizing the competitors is your best option.

Worst NAPA IN THE COUNTRY! I call and ask if they deliver, as I am stranded and from out of state, they say yes. Lady puts me on hold comes back and tells me they only deliver to shops. I tell her I do this all the time all over the country and NAPA delivers. I ask to speak to the manager. He tells me he will deliver to customers only. Apparently the $100 bucks I was going to spend does not qualify me as a customer. I didnt get his name or I would call him out. It was Sunday July 1st. This guy is rude and should not be in a customer service position. I deal with NAPA nationwide and have never been refused delivery nor been treated so bad. I would give them negative stars if it would let me!

Used to love this place but something has changed and it had gone downhill recently. Out of things they should have like Chevy oil filters etc. I also dislike NAPA pricing. Different accounts pay different prices on the same product. Dont like that system.

Took 45 minutes to track down order. Then was never offered any help with carrying 2 30lb boxes to my car. And if youve been there... Its a jaunt to any parking spot. Ill stick to my locally owned ma & pa parts stores.

Stopped in here on the 3rd of July and Brian did an awesome job helping me get my truck running again. We would have been stuck waiting for a repair shop for days but the team at the Napa store got us up and running in just a few hours. Thanks for the great service, Brian!

-15 today. Headlight blew out when I started the car. Napa had four options of headlights, synthetic oil was on sale, friendly KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, Napa always delivers.

I came in with $1000 in my pocket and a need for some parts and information but the 4 employees seemed far more interested in closing their tills than answering my questions. Guess Ill spend my $ somewhere else.I mean, i told them i was a first time Jeep owner who had tweaked more than a couple things. I was practically begging them to take my money. Seriously confused.

My husband bought a water pump their and they were very informative, when he learned that that wasnt the issue in our van, he took it back with receipt and had no problems, we were on my way and had a good experience.

Terrible service. dont go here. I needed a part and they were supposed to call me back but never did until i went back. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent gotten the part. If you need any Auto parts, go to The Parts Store or ORieleys. the guys there wont treat you bad.

If you need parts for your car, truck, or any vehicle NAPA is the place to go. It has a great inventory of parts and the people there are always happy to help.
