Flawless Auto Body is high on my list of recommendations. This is my second vehicle I have brought to the shop. The first one was a Nissan Altima that looked as if it came off the show room floor. My second car a 2016 Camaro is in the shop at the time of posting this review. I dont expect anything less than my first experience. The shop is friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say enough good about them. Dont take my word for it and go see them for yourself when in need or want a quote.

They had excellent customer service. They worked with me to bring the cost down as low as possible. They did the work fast (1 day). They even did a little extra painting on a fender without additional cost. Very good and professional. I highly recommend them.

Got a online quote taking pictures as they direct, the quote was good. So I went down there and they added 1,200 hundred dollars to the price. I also want a grille guard but I just couldnt see paying for 6 hours of labor to install it! Thats 420 dollars to install it.. So I went to TC Collision, say grille guard installed 2 hours labor 140 dollars. I save 900 dollars have my truck fix at TC Collision.

Aaron was the gentleman I was talking to about my vehicle. I hit a deer and they were able to get everything fixed in a timely manner and the end product was very well done. I can’t even tell I hit a deer! I would definitely recommend anyone going to them for any kind of body work.

Flawless repaired my bumper and trunk after an accident. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed that my trunk liner was missing, they had thrown my tarp and sand bags on top of my battery. The trunk also did not latch properly. I took it back only to be told theres no way our guys took that out for anything When I explained that my vehicle had it before the work was done by their technicians and did not now have it they stated well I am not arguing with you, but they would have had no reason to remove it. The next day they magically found it in their shop. Making the customer feel like they are a liar who is trying to get free parts is never okay. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEIR WORK IS AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!!!

My experience with flawless was exactly that...flawless. From estimate to work done everything was friendly, professional, and perfect. Aaron was the fella who handled my vehicle was accurate, straight forward, and friendly as well. My vehicle was done far before their projected turnaround time which benefitted me greatly. Hopefully I won’t have to have body work done again but if I do, it will be at flawless.

They did an amazing job repairing my truck after a drunk driver hit it. They didnt just simply do the body work either. They coordinated getting the tie rods and tires replaced, got an alignment done, and detailed it! I am a customer for life.

I was dropping off my vehicle after hours and happen to run into the owner who took the time after hours to look at my vehicle and go over any concerns I had. After we went over my vehicle I asked if he had time to look at some slight damage on another vehicle and asked if he could replace the windshield as well. Not only did he say he could do the work but since I was coming from out of town if I brought my second vehicle to him first thing in the morning and could wait for a bit he would fix it as well. So, I bought a new car for the first time in 14 years. Got all the bells and whistles. On the third day of picking it up, while backing out of our driveway I turned too sharply and clipped the edge of the bumper and front panel on landscaping rail ties, cracking the bumper. I was so disheartened! Took it to Flawless. In a few minutes they gave me an estimate. Mileage was just under 100 miles. Insurance claim was easy because Flawless is a preferred auto body shop. A few days later I have my car back looking and feeling better than when I picked it up from the dealer. I’ve been to a lot of different shops around the country. This was by far the nicest and most efficient shop I’ve ever used. Fist impressions matter. The shop feels and looks more like a showroom then a random repair shop. Sat down with Aaron who got me through the paperwork and out the door in under 15 minutes. Dropped off the car the next week and they had my car back to me in perfect condition the next day. My 19 year old daughter was in a car accident while in Montana. We live in Wyoming. They were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us deal with towing and insurance. They went above and beyond to make sure we didnt feel pressured by the insurance explaining our options.When the insurance totalled her car they offered to inspect my daughters new car so she didnt end up with a lemon.I cannot recommend them enough!

I was in an auto accident in my 2017 BMW 540. I live out of state in Colorado. Aaron Roberts and the Flawless crew were a marvel to work with. They were in touch with me every step of the way. They handled all of the details in getting the car repaired, including all insurance dealings and getting the car shipped to a BMW dealer in Denver for final calibrations.Their work was stellar. And it was a massive job. The final tally was approximately $33K for parts, labor, paint, etc. After I got the car back I couldnt tell at all that I had been in an accident at all. I was very fortunate to be able to find Flawless.I would recommend Flawless, without reservation, to everybody who needs car work done.
