They are extremely nice in there and when I have a question they answer it. They are very helpful and they have affordable prices in there too. And their store is always clean and organized and not even cluttered. I will always come back here for my mailing services.

Ill never use this store.They lost a phone I mailed. Apparently never even scanned it.-I suggest going up to the UPS service center off Loma Rica drive by the airport.

Every time Ive visited this UPS store the service has been excellent. Each staff member Ive encountered has been very helpful and, in some instances, has gone above and beyond. Id much rather visit this UPS store, than any of the local pack and ship retailers, for any office related services.

Garbage experience. They lost a firearm, and didnt put any effort into finding it, said it was out of their hands.

I would highly recommend this store to package and ship your items. My parents had a framed oil painting packed and shipped back to them in Oregon while they were on vacation down in California. They did an excellent job in packing the painting, and it arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent as well!

I had a valuable knife and case that I needed to ship to San Diego County from Grass Valley. I was very concerned as the case has a glass top, the wood case is in perfect condition and the knife was very sharp. I took a chance to send it UPS, via this store, and I waited on pins and needles till it arrived today to the destination. ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. No issues at all. The receiver said they packed it so well he thought eggs would have made it unbroken if we shipped those. I was so relieved nothing went wrong. I would use them again for UPS packing and shipping services.

I wouldnt use UPS at all unless you are using it for Amazon. If you need to print go to Staples. They charged me $20 to log in to the computer when it didnt even read my SD card. Absurd prices to print. Also they changed my packages tracking number twice and then wouldnt even deliver it to the address, but only to a carrier facility 40 miles away I had to drive to, and I paid top dollar for this shipping service. All in all, use Fed Ex or USPS for your personal use, UPS just exists for Amazon now.

Lazy, Rude Service here. I do not recommend anybody renting a mailbox here, unless you don’t mind your mail being lost and in transit for a very long time.

Had a client of mine needing to sign some documents and no access to internet or email. Mike and Christy were both super helpful assisting in us getting this done for my client. We had some issues getting the info to them to print off, but they were very patient and we finally got it done. Without their patience and professionalism it never would have happened, would give 5 stars twice if I could!

All I can say is WOW. I have never had a shipping store be so over the top helpful. The owner/opp stayed after close to help me ship an urgent overnight package. Very helpful, very nice, and even a follow up call the next day letting me know the package made it. Couldnt ask for a better experience and I will be using them again. Thanks UPS store

I was in UPS to ship a package today .I have an account and have been using UPS for 35 years but maybe no more as no one in the shop had on gloves or masks?It is supposed to be mandatory all the customers had theirs on .This is not good we are in the middle of a pandemic 80000 dead so far .Please wake up.Luke wilsom

When you have a dropoff and just want a receipt, why do you have to wait in a line that takes FOREVER! There should be an express line. Why is this so difficult!

People are very nice and helpful but never open on time in the morning says 8 am but here it is 845 and still not open and usually never opened at 8am. Really frustrating when one a time crunch

A huge thank you to Dave at UPS Grass Valley Store. With a hospital patient in ICCU at Sierra Nevada Memorial an emergency power of attorney document needed to be filled out and notarized. Stick with FedEx. This store is so corrupt they will leave you speachless when it comes to filing any kind of claim. They love to pawn the liability off onto the UPS corporation after saying that they will take care of it. By that time UPS Corp will deny the claim and leave you grappling for a clue as to whose responsible for paying out the insurance on a very valid claim where THIS UPS STORE MIS-PACKAGED MY SPEAKER, THE PARCEL WAS DROPPED AND THEY WARD OFF ALL LIABILITY FOR PAYING THE REPLACEMENT COST LEAVING YOU NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS OR GIVE UP BECAUSE THEY EXCELL AT THWARTING THEIR LIABILITY AND EMPLOY PEOPLE WHOSE SPECIFIC ROLE IS TO DRAW THE WHOLE PROCESS OUT AND LEAVE YOU WAITING FOR NOTHING!!!!
