This is the second piece I have bought from the shop and I will continue to patron this biz for the great selection and amazing customer service. They always have a few epic pieces that I would love to own. Ellie was in the shop tonight and was super fun and helpful picking out the proper ash catcher and bowl to make this a winning show piece(we went through a bunch to find the right one). Came here to buy a pack of rolling papers and was charged $8.75, went to blazing Js two doors down and the same papers were $4.25, must be some kind of mistake, I said to myself. Nope the guy at the store said, I made my best effort to return the brand new pack of papers I bought moments before just to receive a big ol sorry bud*update*Went back ten minutes later and the door was locked... long before closing time.In my opinion I suggest the blazing js just two doors down, I also want to point out that this review is entirely out of spite, with that said this experience is true nonetheless

I come in every month to get my vape supplies. Vape juice and vape coils...vape juice is always in supply but you never have the coils that I need for the vape that I bought from you personally. It would be decent if you guys kept a supply of coils for the vapes you have on sell at the front counter considering it is a smoke shop! I own a nord one...so basically I have to take my business elsewhere or I have to buy a new vape pen just to get the appropriate coils? Makes no sense! Would be cool if you had everything in supply for your customers! I spend a lot of money in your shop! I do appreciate your workers for they do work hard and are very attentive! Good job to the hard working chick I met today! I did call your store to see if you can pre order 0.4 coils for me. Sweet lady said they will be in by next week! Fingers crossed!

I want to say how great your employee was today, helping me with a unique situation, calling her manager, working through a solution, and in the end finding a solution that worked well for me and for the store. Give that girl a raise, she is an asset to your business. Thank you. I needed a concentrate vape pen, so I went in and visited Ellie. Not only is she sweet and beautiful but she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be giving more of my money to Millennium and will be visiting Ellie on the regular!

Ive been to a number of smoke shops to feed my nicotine addiction and what makes this one stand above the rest and have 5 stars is Ellie. Ive never botherd to learn what coils I need for my device and often rely on the knowledge of the sales clerk, unfortunately this has resulted in me getting the wrong coil a few times from other shops and even other employees at this shop. I will also say that if you visit this shop frequently, or plan to, be sure to sign up with their membership. Its already saved me a few dollars and I didnt know about it until my 4th visit and was first helped by Elli. I dont normally take the time to review places or people and I usually buy from whatever store is closest when I need more product but Ellie gives me the confidence Im getting the appropriate equipment with a super friendly attitude so now I make sure Im stocked up here before I leave town.

Staff is very friendly. A comfortable environment conducive to purchasing. I enjoyed my visit, the conversation, and I left with exactly what I went for. The sales staff was not pushy at all, very informative, willing to help, and super knowledgeable. Prices were better than I have found at similar shops.

BUYER BEWAREThe girl said she was the MANAGER and said No refunds, thats on you when they sold me a roller and papers that didnt match size and I immediately noticed after money was exchanged and I received the items from behind the counter.Businesses with customer service this poor shouldnt exist.

This is my go-to spot in GV for smoking supplies. Ive made many purchases here and was told the pros and cons of each item I was considering. It is also nice that you dont feel pressured to buy more than you need or can afford.

I now remember why I dont go here, the girl at the counter was nice and somewhat helpful but when she ruined the item I was purchasing by trying to ser it up for me then didnt have any power to facilitate a exchange or credit. I get that they dont do refunds it is clearly posted but to not be able to issue a credit or basically do anything else but take your money with out the manager being on sute is ridiculous. I was sold a defective product that the sales girl ruined by trying to set it up for me and the only remedy I was given was to replace the defective item with the same deffective item is B.S. I wont be back.
