I purchased a phone, and waited 3 hours for it to work.THERE WAS A CLEARLY SNIFFLING AND SICK EMPLOYEE WEARING NO MASK. Then the next day when i NEEDED it,the phone says it needs to sign in to the cell network. Im having to go back today to try and get this fixed,or Im asking for a full refund. The phone is so slow that it can barely run Maps to post this review. Waste of 200$, only go with them if you have no other option. There are better cheap carriers.

I know these guys have a hard job, dealing with complicated tech issues and helping people who may not always have time or patience, by themselves, but Ive never seen a cell phone store do it better. Everywhere I go I have great reception, and for a really good price. I am impressed with this store and the people working there, and cant recommend it highly enough.

I brought in an iPad that no one else could activate and Mike was able to do it for me! He is the very Best Tech person. I have ever encountered.. Mike is a valuable Staff person at Cricket!

I went into cricket and got told that the product i bought was outa its six day mark and that she wasnt going to help me she was rude and mean I asked her for her manager and she said she was the maneger other then her Ive had great experience with cricket as a company

I just had to switch networks due to a move. Went into the Sutton Way storefront for a SIM card and the switchover. Andrea was pleasant and helpful. That’s great but what is more important is she knew what she was doing and really that’s everything. Yes I had to pay an activation fee. Probably one of the very few times in my life it was worth it. You made a good hire there Cricket.

I checked out cricket it is one of the cheaper cell phone companys like virgin, traxphone ect ect and as far as these go they work quite well for my uses the nice thing about cricket is the have an office you can go into if your having a problem and get it fixed in most instances so Im leaning towards cricket myself but Im thinking of trying each out for a month and see what works best in my area also I have noticed sometimes phones make a difference up her in the mountains, I had one phone that would not work unless I went out side and down the driveway and another model worked inside the house so checking each one out or if you know someone with there services ask, unless you try them out ask Im sure youll get an answer

The ONLY reason I switched to Cricket Wireless is because of the coverage...WHEN, not IF, you need customer service...YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through HELL with our 2 Cricket Phones yesterday...spent 8 hours trying to get someone to help me...10 different phone numbers to call...yes, out of the country...Still not done with the problem, NOW I have to send one of these phones back..and its only 4 months old....the problems with Cricket never ends...before you buy anything, dont care what it is.....call that customer service FIRST...if you dont, guaranteed...YOU are going to get ripped off....!!!!
