Ashley Resendes at this store was the most helpful, patient, and professional associate!!!! She spent four hours with us the other day resolving a major “screw-up” that was made by an AT&T store in Nevada. She went above and beyond spending hours on the phone with tech support, firstnet support, and many other management support folks to resolve the problem!! We came in to add two lines of service to an existing plan. Shantel helped us seamlessly transfer two numbers to AT&T mobile, including a landline. She was able to offer us the same deal we saw advertised online. We were very pleased with her professional and friendly customer service!
Terrible unprofessional customer service - 4 times over the past few years. I have learned my lesson and I wont go back. There are so many good ATT Stores, do not waste your time at this one. Actually 1 star is too good for them.
My daughter went into this store with a broken Iphone. The individual that assisted her started off by telling her that her account had been suspended and that the phone number would need to be changed. Additionally they told her that she would have to pay off the balance on her broken phone and buy a new one as well. We had the insurance coverage, what should have been a simple discussion about the insurance coverage and how to file a claim turned into a total play for them to earn some commission dollars by taking advantage of my daughter by not telling her the truth and selling her a new phone. After talking with my daughter about this experience, I did research and learned that they had lied to her about what needed to be done. I promptly called the store and they told me that they could do nothing for me over the phone and we would have to go back to the store to talk to someone. My daughter then drove back and spent two hours working to get them to correct their mistake. Even now, we still dont have it resolved. (two days later) She gave back the new phone (that she didnt need to buy) but the store still charged her for the full balance of her current phone and the sales tax on the new phone. The great news is the insurance company is sending her a new one but that does not take away from the fact that this stores unscrupulous business practices. I would caution anyone with phone issues to go to a real ATT store and not an authorized dealer like this store.
I went in to change my watch and upgrade it. My wait time was less than five minutes. The lady at the Grass Valley store went above and beyond to check my account to see how she could save me money. She was able to get a decrease in my phone bill which is always above $400. Dollars. Please let her know how much it meant for her to go that extra mile
I am so happy with the service AT&T provides me. Usually, when I come in Brenda helps me and she is so knowledgeable, welcoming and very nice. She has so much patience and she is very helpful. When I was having an emergency due to mistakes by AT&T corporate, this store lied about why they couldnt help me in an attempt to convince me the only solution was buying a new phone, and wouldnt give an honest explanation until I proved I understood tower technology too well to be fooled by the lie.
I went today to talk to the manager about a problem she (stephine)was great to the steps to fix. I feel she went above & beyond to take care of this 5 stars if if there was a higher review she would get it very very happy with results thank you stephine
Absolutely the WORST AT&T store I have ever been to! They can’t do their simple jobs right and are so heartless!If you want to schedule a service here the AT&T website doesn’t even have them as an option! It’s like the company knows this one shouldn’t be around still.Don’t waste your time here. Go to Roseville like the AT&T website says. They will better serve you or just call AT&T.

AT&T store is helpful, but limited on servicing. They provide servicing for phones and activation, but the Store will have you call customer care for contract and billing issues. This is no fault of folks at the AT&T store, but due to how AT&T runs their business. My over all experience was good.

I had the privilege of meeting and working with Stephanie Quintina, General manager of the AT&T Store, here in Grass Valley, California. We have had AT&T for 40 years now. We have always bought our cell phones at the store here, and I recently purchased an iPad. Stephanie was so kind and patient, while she was showing me about the workings of the iPad. The store was not busy at the time, so Stephanie was able to transfer all of the contacts and apps from my iPhone, to the iPad. I don’t remember ever being as impressed, ever. Her knowledge and intelligence are off the charts. She seemed to enjoy her work, and helping others. The clerks can be moody. The one I was upgrading with offered no social dynamic. It felt like she hated me, the job, just everything. It’s not too bad since there was one worker noticing and being overtly social to compensate, but I can understand. Everyone has a bad day.
Never had a good experience here. Management doesnt schedule enough people and staff has lied about services offered in the past. Only reason I gave extra star was because Brian was helpful with tech support

I recently purchased a new iPhone 12 pro from this At&t store and Im currently locked out of my phone because I forgot the passcode. They were unable to unlock my passcode and I was told that you have to go straight to the apple store in Auburn to resolve the issue. I would advise going straight to Apple to purchase their products.

The staff of this store is the best. It took a week to get my phone ported from another carrier to AT&T, and I dont know how long it would have taken without the dedication and excellent customer service from the staff. In particular, Theresa, Bryan and Karina. I highly recommend you have them help you with any of your cell phones.

AT&T any day over Verizon. AT&T has honest, knowledgeable staff. They will go above and beyond to take care of you.October 2020... Update, watch out for hidden fees such as their $55 restocking fee. I was told I had 14 days to return the phone if I wasnt happy with it. I returned it the next day to choose a different phone and was then told that there was a $55 restocking fee. Not cool!
Stephanie was the best, after loosing 14 hours with the call center, which they just f... up my line, charge me money, after give me back (suppose in a few days), and without my line to make calls and internet. She took the time, almost 1:20 hours, talked with 4 different representatives from att and we don get the solution for what we spect, but she figured out and give me the best attention5 stars to Stephanie0 stars to att, they just want your money and in the call center they just fight each other for different information.I didn’t make a mistake, they make a mistake and I paid for that, I must to change my line, sucks.
My wife and I went to purchase a smart phone for her. She had not previously used a smart phone. Karina, the sales representative who assisted us, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, as well as very friendly. Her advice enabled us not only to purchase the exact right phone, but she also guided us in selecting the proper cell phone protective cover and the best Bluetooth to meet my wifes requirements. She was also very patient as she explained to my wife in detail how to use the phone.I also want to thank Stephanie, the store manager, for helping me when I went back to the store an hour later for assistance in using the phone.I highly recommend this store, and especially Karina, to everyone.

Good luck getting any customer service. First you got to talk to a machine you cant understand because it keeps cutting in and out and trying to figure it out. I got to talk to someone and said they couldnt help, I need to return the equipment I got so they can send me new equipment ( nothing wrong with the equipment I got)then call to set up a new account. Then they would send new equipment. that I needed to call back tomorrow and they close at 7. I call back next day about 6:05. Got the machine again. Finally get to a real person, but hard to understand with the Strong accent. I kindly ask to speak to someone I can better understand. I get put on hold 17 minutes. Get to a person and was told to call back tomorrow morning. That it was 7:00 Central Time and it was too late.
They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. They had patience to resolve all of my issues without sending me away. I appreciated all of their help.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Easiest and quickest in and out of an AT&T store for me ever. Granted I live in Los Angeles, and everything in LA is a pain, Grass Valley seemed like a dream compared to LA. If my phone had to break, Im glad it was in Grass Valley and not at home.
Was lied to about my plan and my bill is much higher than what the person told me it would be. They told me it would be around $90/month but its consistently $110-115. Service around nevada county is pretty much nil with at&t and I switched because from what they told me at&t sounded cheaper than Verizon, but after seeing my first bill thats not true. I would go back to Verizon in a heartbeat because Verizons actually cheaper and has 10x better service in this area.

The people at the AT&T store were absolutely great. They resolved a botched account transfer of my own doing with Verizon... for which Im very grateful.
Went into the store to upgrade my phone and received very little help or information. The woman that assisted me was rude and could not answer my questions as to why my upgrade had been claimed by another account user stating, there are ways around it if you know what youre doing. long story short I called customer service and found out that someone not associated with my account had claimed my upgrade and had it shipped to another part of the country and I have been paying for it. To top it all off there was no mention of the insurance I have been paying for two plus years that would have allowed me to replace my damaged phone. I believe the staff is not well trained and was not able to identify that something was amiss on my account or did not want to deal with it so they withheld information from me and turned me away.
Tanner went beyond what I thought anyone would go. So easy to understand and and talk to. As I was going in and dealing with the other staff they were all just as kind. Tanner is still my favorite but I just love working with them all.

T-Mobile also offers contract buyouts

Celestial was AMAMZING. She was efficient, effective and had impeccable customer service skills. She knew exactly which questions to ask and when to ask them, and went above and beyond all the service i have ever received from AT&T.
Slower than the DMV. They dont answer the phone. I watched them silence multiple phone calls once I got there. I waited almost an hour for being 1st person in line on the sign in sheet once I got here....However, they got what I needed done once I was helped. 3stars for that?
The customer service was pretty good. It took forever and I had to leave and come back about 4 times, but I dont have high Hopes for AT&T, so anytime I leave and Im not ridiculously mad, its a good visit.

ATT is the WORST service ever! I have the cellphone, internet and tv. Its not even really ATT, Cingular bought them out years ago. I used to work for Cingular and theyre STILL pulling the same scams they taught me years ago that made me quit! Get out of contract ASAP!

I’m sure the rest of the staff is delightful, but if you want a smooth experience setting up your phone/internet/etc. it’s probably worth requesting to work with her! Seriously, so nice, patient and a ‘get it done’ experience here. I’ve been procrastinating coming in, fearing it might be more like a DMV long line/etc. situation, and so relieved it was painless. Recently I purchased two iPhone 8s for my 11 year old granddaughter and my wife. Both needed to replace their iPhones. Both live with me. The 11 year old is ok but the wife can be a problem particularly when asking questions about her iPhone. I am 3 years from a flip phone and have a $50.00 prepaid Tracfone.Fortunately the salesperson was the store manager, Celestial. She patiently explained the options and I was able to understand almost all she told me. We went back two days later and she explained the rest. Celestial was very knowledgeable even knowing more than the 11 year old.If you can’t convince your granddaughter and wife to buy a Tracfone WHICH IS ALL THEY NEED, I recommend consulting Celestial.

Service was slow. You sign in when you arrive, & 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. A nice young man who was off the clock & headed home agreed to tell me how to get my phone unlocked. I did not know that ATT could lock up a Samsung phone that I purchased at COSTCO! I had to call 611 multiple times & wait 2 days while the unlock notice failed to materialize, before a nice lady got it done. Beware of carriers that overcharge & try to control your phone & your phone service!

AT&T Home Internet one of the worst companies ever to have internet with every month since getting an account and internet with AT&T my due date keeps changing causing late fees not only that after paying my bill it says that I didnt pay my bill and rolls over to the next month I spent hours three to four days in a row every month trying to correct it but of course they cant they want me to pay it on the date set and all the fees in order for them to change the due date to what it was agreed upon in the beginning I do so and once again it changes and late fees the worst internet providers ever known AT&T
1 sales associate who was not real enthusiastic about helping me achieve my goal of obtaining the internet in my rural area.
The employees at the store go above and beyond for customers. They dont technically even work for AT&T and they dont technically have to do half the things they do when people come in needing help with their phones but they always do anyway and they always smile about it.
