Terrible customer service. My hitch pin that I purchased there is seized and I cant get it open I drove up there asking for 5 minutes of there time to help me get it open. The man at the counter refused to help me said he doesnt have time. I even offered to pay him cash to help me. While his employee was standing in the parking lot hands in pockets talking for 20 min while I waited. Pretty sad the way you treated me a customer of yours for last 15 years.
