I put in a call on a Monday to request service on my trailer from Demartini RV sales and service. We bought our trailer from Demartini. It is now Friday and have not received a call back from the service manager Tony. I was told by the parts person that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a phone call back. I called at the 48 hour mark and was told basically to wait. Apparently Tony has insulated himself from a customer call’s and responsibility by only corresponding using email.Must be nice if you can get it. I wonder if that has anything to do with his volatile personality.By contrast I called a repair shop in Auburn talked to the owner and scheduled an appointment within one week. Needless to say Demartini service and sales in the future is off my list.
Very clean very caring people that work there. Great prices would recommend people to go there.
