Ordered a bed for my cat directly from lifekind. They sent an email that I have to download a third party app shop, sign up on the app just to track the order which is pathetic and very inconvenient. After 23 days of zero tracking information and zero communication, I called them and spoke to a rude hostile admin and then eventually a team member. They had no idea when the item would ship, I cancelled and demanded a refund immediately. I would never do business with this company again and you should highly avoid it.

I have purchased 9 mattresses (for 2 homes) over the last dozen years and love them! I have also had great customer service over the years. A friend and also my mother-in-law also purchased mattresses at Lifekind after staying at my homes.

Customer service not friendly. Bought 2 King Wool Wrapped Shredded Rubber Pillows. They had a 30 day trial leaving the plastic on that puffed up with air. The pillows were lumpy, firm, caused neck pain & heavy even after removing a lot of the rubber. I have looked at other companies & found a lot of them offer 120 to 100 night trial. One company I talked to mentioned they have a huge amount of confidence in their pillows so they offer the 120 night trial.

Stay away from this place. They have no respect for your time. You place an order, and things appear to be in stock, but they dont ship it for 3 weeks without any communication. At the end, theyre just like sorry we wasted your time. I will never buy from this place again. Horrible customer service. Hard to get a hold of, and not helpful when you do get a hold of them. Very poor communication. Very frustrating experience.

I have own this mattress for almost 3 years. Its awful. The mattress constantly needs to be flipped but even with that being said, it dips and the dips do not leave. They are substantial dips. If you weigh over 170 this is not a commitment you want to make.

Weve been a long time customer. This month, we purchased four organic cotton towels. Towels arrived so we washed in Goat Milk Soap (GMS laundry soap is simply made with goat milk soap, borax, washing soda, and baking soda. It doesnt contain any nasty, unwanted chemicals and is not designed to bind to your clothing. Laundry soap is made with real goat milk soap and is a wonderful alternative to store bought laundry detergents that can be irritating to the skin and bad for the environment). After use, towels have terrible smell. Spoke with Sara at CS. Told to try baking soda (which is in the GMS). Rewashed with baking soda then with white vinegar. No change! Would NOT recommend these towels. Will not be purchasing anything else from LifeKind.

Ordered two Lifekind organic pillow-top mattresses and they were so uncomfortable we had to get a puff top. Very expensive and customer service would not stand behind the purchase to make it right . Do not recommend buying from Lifekind.

I must admit I was overly ecstatic when I first place my order with this company. Im quite sure that my friends and coworkers are over me talking about wool pillows. I had called beforehand and spoke with a very friendly person and ask them tons of questions about the pillows. He even asked me how I slept and recommended that I went with the full wool pillow. Even reassured me that I could always return or do an exchange. So I place my order for two standard full wool pillows, a toddler pillow, and a king size comforter. Throughout the order the shipping was $40 and as I was checking out it had jumped to $60. -_- Figuring that it must have just been a loading issue, I decided to just continue. I finally get my comforter in the mail. Alone. I was nervous because it was thin and barely draped over my bed, which is a QUEEN. But it was very warm and cozy. Again I choose to not complain. I wait a few days, still nothing. No email. I decided to check the box; inside was a slip that said the pillows were on BACK ORDER. That is something that should of been disclosed BEFORE I even completed the order. -_-Again, I choose to let it be. And I waited.... I finally receive my pillows. My toddler pillow is the size of a sheet of paper and is swimming in the toddler sized pillow case. -_- My full pillows are two different fill volumes. Again I decided to test it out before calling. I slept on it with the plastic. Woke up with the most intense neck pain and headache. Could be a coincidence. I give it a few more days. Still in pain and my pillow is FLAT! Thats right, selling these pillows for 100 a pop and its FLAT after a few days! No, Im done being fleeced. I called customer service and not only was she utterly unhelpful, she was very unsympathetic. I was told I could return them but I would have to pay for shipping again and that all three pillows would be thoroughly inspected before issuing me my refund. Mind you she must have reiterated thoroughly inspected at least three times. I (tried) to explain all the issues I had and that I wanted to speak with a Super. She became rude and talked over me and told me bye multiple times before hanging up on me. >:( I called back and had another rep. While I was trying to explain the whole situation start to finish, she interupted me and said if you would just let me finish MY sentence you would know that... at that point I bit down on tongue and let her finish and then very calmly asked to be transferred to a super. She scoffed loudly and said you need to leave a voicemail and just switched me over. No bye, no Im sorry, no Im transferring you. No nothing. Even the voicemail cut me off. -_- I barely got my name and number on it. Are you kidding me? I decide to choose an AMERICAN company, and choose a natural option. And this is what I get? Never in my 13 years of customers service have I ever seen such service, or lack of, I should say. Still waiting on the Super to call me back.The 2 stars are only because I enjoy my comforter. Or I would rate 0.

The pillow did not fit and did not support my neck. i returned it in a smaller box than the original packaging. Since you have to pay the return charge, the original packaging would have cost me half of the price. The refund takes up to 2 months, excuse they have their inventory. Since i send this pillow not back in the huge cardboard box they took $29.00 of my refund, which i have never experienced that you get not the full refund if you package it in a different box than it came in. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, They told me that i took the plastic cover off and stuffed it in a cat litter box, so they can not sell the pillow again. How should i test the pillow in a plastic wrap? This is the worst experience with a company i made. NEVER will buy again.
