I have had Mike Vargas help me with mods and repairs. Super smart and willing to research what he is not familiar with! Honest,timely and an all around good person!

I have had suspension, engine, and all systems maintained by J&M Offroad. They have TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY for their work. Replacing a steering part that went bad after 11 months. Found, by them during a routine Mileage service appointment.! Im due for an oil change and check-up soon. Going to have a Front Trailer Hitch installed at the same time.

Asked 2 times for an estimate to a simple frame mounted rear recovery points but never got an answer.

My husband took his truck in for a lift and was told it would take a day and maybe 1 hour the following day, it ended up taking 4 days and they said the starter was seized up and then magically the next day it was working fine. They keep ordering the wrong parts and when they finally got all the right parts they increased the price $200 and even though alignment was included in the price they told us they really didnt have the right equipment to align it anyway. If I could give half a star I would. If you want a shop thats going to get it right the first time call anywhere but here.

I brought my 94 Toyota 4x4 and they fixed things that other shops have never gotten right. I am totally stoked to have found this shop for my truck.

Just terrible service, copying others wont get you ahead
