Our shower doors look AMAZING!! We recently had 3 bathrooms renovated and needed new doors to complete the look. We initially contacted another vendor, had confirmed an appointment, but on the actual appointment day, that vendor was a no show. When we called them to see what happened, the response was Your paperwork got lost in the shuffle. 😕With that, we moved on and found Lone Star Shower and Glass!! 🙌🏽 They responded to my email within an hour; came by within a day or 2 to take the measurements, and when I made an error in not noticing the size of glass, not only did they respond during a holiday weekend, but by the following Tuesday we had a new contract and ultimately, we got our beautiful Starphire shower glass ordered!Expectations were clearly communicated that there may be delays due to the pandemic. We truly appreciated the communication from Tara and the team throughout every step in this process. They even came out twice to do installs because one part of our order was delayed.Lone Star is the BEST!! We are so thankful to have found them and partnered with them for our remodeling project.

I am so happy with the shower door that I purchased from Lone Star.The design aspect with Courtney was super smooth. I had a few questions about design and installation; she made recommendations that are a great fit for my bathroom. She gave me a realistic timeline, and set expectations for installation well.The day of the appointment had a 3 hour window. Eric called me during our timeframe and gave me 30 minutes notice.He did a great job of installation. It is apparent he has done many of these! He made it look easy.I wish that a had a wide angle camera to show the shower door in a photo.I will be using this company on our guest bathroom soon and I recommend that other use them as well.

Lone Star was amazing to work with for our shower surround. Their price was competitive, but their turn around time was most impressive. I was recommended to Adam at Lone Star and I am glad I was. They were courteous and prompt from the start getting my new shower measured and the process started. The timeline they set was accurate and all the communication expectations they set were met. The installers followed that same level of service, I received a very polite phone call from Eric 30 mins out and within the scheduled time. It was raining that day and he even asked for me to have a mat or towel ready so they did not track in mud or water. Once completed I received a run down of the new glass including maintenance tips and cleaning recommendations to keep it looking great. Lone Star Shower was able to turn around a request for two bathroom shower doors very quickly as I was planning to travel out of town very soon. The doors were absolutely beautiful. They both have oil rubbed bronzed accents, including either a robe hook or towel bar. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting new shower doors. I consider the pricing to be very reasonable.

Eric is one of the owners of this very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable company. He went above and beyond to help us out when another glass company we utilized (Specialized Glass Services of Fortworth) improperly installed our glass shower doors. The resulting damage to our newly installed shower happened within weeks. It was very upsetting financially and emotionally as we had just spent thousands on our remodel and Specialized Glass refused to admit their error. Eric was very kind and helpful. So we were doing some bathroom fixture updating and decided it would not be complete without the shower doors being replaced. So we called the local keller glass company who we had worked in the past with. Folks had no time to help. I would also like to add that we had a power outage in the area a few minutes before he arrived so there was no electricity the entire time he was here . Its an odd thing to say, but its the small details that make the money worth it. Its not just the glass, its the service while being installed. I had a plumber over recently, first job of the day, and i couldnt even be in the same general area. It was terrible. So I appreciate the small stuff, even the smell of a person whos doing an install. 😂 My wife told me not to say anything, but to me, the small stuff is what will set you apart from other people.Appreciate it!

Awesome experience! We recently had our master bathroom renovated, tearing out our bathtub to create a large walk-in shower. This required a special order glass “wall”, 3/4 inch thick and weighing approximately 300 lbs. We were told it would be 7-10 days and they did not disappoint, even with the week of sub zero temps and snow across North Texas. Our new shower glass was delivered and installed today and the new shower looks amazing! Thanks Lone Star Shower and Glass!

Our shower frameless door has expanded so much it was making a horrible noise. Lone Star came out figured out the problem and fixed quickly. I did not actually buy anything from them. In my case I was searching for a small (about 1ft sq) square or rectangular tile of thick glass to use for labolatory purposes. Quite frankly they dont sell anything that small in the thickens I was looking for. To solve my problem, I was given a glass sample piece. That was super nice of them.
