Ive been shopping at Bealls for 22 years I started with my husbands suits and now that hes passed have been purchasing all my grand kids clothes, shoes, frames, and bedding, customer service has always been a great experience for me. Im sorry I wont find another place like Bealls .. love you all.

They have signs everywhere boasting 40% off store wide; however, when I tried to buy a pair of pants, they were full priced. The cashier said items ending in 98 arent on sale. I guess they expect people to be clairvoyant and look at barcodes. The 98 thing wasnt written on their signs. Plus, Ive seen shoes there that Ive purchased elsewhere for $20 less. Their plus size section is microscopic.

Going out of business and they had a really good sale going on. I only visited for some walking shoes but couldnt find my size.

Over prices. Employees can careless to help you. Clothes seem to be for the older crowd and a poor selection

Couldnt return a product/gift I got here for my baby, and was told use another store. The other stores wont return anything even with an receipt because theyre closing down for good. I totally see why its closing down for good. Wal-Mart returns has less time and effort to exchange a product. An hour three employees later I finally get a no. Products say and have their store name on it. Treated as a criminal in front of my kid and this is why they should close down 100%

Took my granddaughters to try on dresses. They did not put 3 of the dresses back on the hangars. They lady working their chased me down across the store and started chewing me out, shaking her finger at me and demanding that we put the dresses on hangers. At first it caught me off guard and I didnt know what to say. My granddaughters apologized and started to go put the dresses back. The woman stomped off, tossed her hands in the air and said, I will do it. I went to the counter and asked for a manager. Where I met back up with the rude woman. I told her maybe she should get a job unrelated to customer service. And asked if she treated all customers this way. After she started trying to scold me, I very loudly to her that she better back off. The manager walked up at that time and I asked him if this is how they treat their customers now. He shrugged his shoulders while giving a very weak apology. I asked him in front of her if it was her job to put the clothing back on the racks, he shook his head. Then the 2 of them walked away whispering. I could hear the woman still complaining about the 2 dresses left on the bench in the fitting room. Another woman working there came up to me and told me that she does this all the time and that she has anger issues. Evidently since they know she is rude and they do nothing about it, this behavior is what they endorse. Bealls just lost another long time customer.

The merchandise is of good quality and desirable. This is a nice store, but there is room for improvement in the sales associates, and the atmosphere of the store. No bad experiences, just lack of basic knowledge concerning cash register and how to resolve unanticipated issues.

Very clean store. The music is not loud over the speakers. Things are orderly. Prices are decent. You can find some items on the cheaper side and some moderately priced.

This is a great store. Great prices and nice sales people. I bought something online and they let me return it to the store...this saved me shipping return costs. Its a hidden store (hidden in a strip mall) but it is worth checking out...a very nice store with a nice selection of clothes.

I mostly shop online and pickup at store. The lines are always fast. The ladies there are always so cheerful.

Grandma buys the kids some clothes and gets the wrong size so drive 30 mins to the store but they dont have the sizes I need for the kids, so with receipt in hand Bealls doesnt allow anything but store credit on the items that couldnt be exchanged?? Also after waiting dont start my transaction on one register then tell me you cant complete it and I have to move to another line...might be why they are closing their stores!

A pair of pants and a belt is all I came in for. Why were there no womens belts to be found? And where were the Cosmetics Sales people? There were none of them to be found either.

I found everything I needed, for Christmas.My service was great and the cashiers were friendly.

The quality of the material in the clothing is very high end and they always have the best discounts and clearance.

Came in happy & left irritated. Clerk in Origins department & the clerk that check me out were not Customer focused at all. I wont be back. There are too many place to shop to spend my money with clerks with an attitude.
