I had pleasant experience dealing with this location buying Flak 2.0 prescription. I live in South Carolina and visit my family in Dallas area few times a year. During my last visit I decided to shop at this location. Shomari was very helpful as he was juggling through few other customers at the store. Shipping my glasses to South Carolina was not in the deal but Cecil went out of his way and made sure I recieved them. I am planning my next visit around Thanksgiving and certainly stopping by them.
Visited this branch as my old glasses snapped on me. Cassandra was very professional and knowledgeable answering every question and go extra mile to help us to search for the exact model we wanted from other stores. Look for her whenever you are in the shop, this helpful and friendly girl will definitely make your day

It was pretty easy to just walk in, find what I was looking for, pay using the Google thing, and then leave. A brief experience makes for a good experience. Oh, and they have a lot of nice stuff there if youre into their clothing, footwear, backpacks, etc.
As I have mentioned previously, I’ve alway had great experiences dealing with folks at the Oakley store. Worker are very helpful plus knowledgeable. I’ve always had great customer service experience.
I would definitely leave no stars if I could! The guy that works there is so rude and when you ask for help he acts as if we are an inconvenience for him! I did buy some items but he was to busy chatting up with another worker as if he didnt see a line of customers and someone that was clocking in checked us out.

I went in at lunch just to look, as I had a lot of specific ideas I didntthink could be combined, but Cecil immediately walked up, patiently listened, confirmed, and my prescription glasses was placed right then and there! I kept expecting him to say, oh we cant do this or that, but he got it all done.

Vaults are the best. This vault is no exception. The employees are great, super helpful and friendly. I stopped here while on vacation and will definitely stop by next time Im in Dallas.

This store is my go to store. But today theres a young lady that acts like a real smarta55. The kind that is like the airline counter clerk in the movie Meet the Fockers. Theres a sign that says buy two and get the other 50% off. So we got two pairs as gifts. At the counter, she had to explain that since they are already marked down, they dont qualify. I said its okay but my wife had to ask that the cabinet sign is a little bit misleading. She quickly answered No, it doesnt! It was all written in there. If I was feeling petty today I would have dragged my lawyer and have her manager explain to us why their sign was written that way and why does she had to explain it to every customer. I didnt care much about the price but this lady really got in my nerves. She definitely needs some social skills. I will rell my friends not to buy here and I will also stop going here just to show that people persons are the key to physical stores beating online retailers.

Everytime Im in a new city I stop at an Oakley Vault. I usually walk out with clothes and/or a new pair of sunglasses (Currently own around 20 pairs). However, this location has some serious issues with customer service that can be chalked up to basic employee training. This is the first location Ive been to where I havent been greeted at the door or ask if theres anything they can help me with (usually isnt a big deal as Im just browsing to see if theres anything I like for a good price but its nice to know they actually care). I grabbed a couple shirts and was eyeing a pair of Sunglasses that were in a locked glass looked around for an employee but they were either all in the back or huddled in the corner on their phones and talking. Decided I would go try on some stuff and try again after. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask someone if they could open up a dressing room while I stood there staring at the powow till someone noticed me and got sure as a response. After I went back to the sunglass case and interrupted their gathering again to ask to see the pair of sunglasses in the display case. The guy didnt say a word and stood there as a I looked at them and didnt say a word I quickly gave them back and decided I wasnt going to be purchasing them there and I would go to another location that at least acts like they care. I went to purchase a shirt on sale and after waiting at the register for 10 minutes with 2 other costumers while 4 employees were standing in the middle of the store talking I put the shirt down and left. If they were slammed with customers it wouldnt be a big issue but there were only 8 people in the store and only 1 of them was being helped with sunglasses because she too had to ask for help.This may be a petty thing to bring up but out of the many locations Ive been too I have never had this problem and enjoy the products I get as a result of the experience. I will make a note to not return to this place but decided to leave this as a note to properly train your employees at this location.
The man who greeted us (my mother and me) became extremely sarcastic and rude when my mother, who has trouble hearing, did not respond to him as she didnt hear him. He ignored us after I politely stated that we needed to return something and yelled at another employee to help us. That employee was busy, which caused him to visibly roll his eyes and grabbed our receipt. He then told us that it was over 90 days, threw the receipt down, and left to go to the back. We flagged down another employee who kindly helped us with the return, as it was clearly within 90 days. While we have had wonderful service at this store before, we are now hesitant to return based on this mans blatant lack of respect and poor customer service.
I called this location 16 times in attempt to find out if they had the Holbrook dark ink fade Oakley’s. Nobody answered so I felt it be best to drive in. I just thought there may have only had one employee tending the store and too busy to answer the phone. When my wife and I walked into this store front we saw not only one employee but 3. Just standing there with not much emotion. I didn’t waste time telling them that I called 16 times and nobody took my call. It was obvious that they had the man power. They weren’t apologetic, they didn’t show any sympathy at all. They had the shades I was looking for and even had a sale going. $45 off polarized shades, and 50% off of the second pair. I couldn’t get passed the customer service so I walked around the corner to Sunglass hut. Before walking out I heard an elderly lady tell the team that they looked like they didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t the only feeling that this Oakley team needed training lessons on customer service. As I walked into Sunglass Hut not only were we greeted but we felt appreciated. I told them the deal Oakley was offering and they matched it. I am now the proud owner of 2 Oakley shades thanks to Sunglass Hut!
Didnt have polarized lenses for the frames so I reluctantly ordered the glasses from them to be delivered to my home. Over a week later I call to find out where my order is and they never placed the order. Im paying for Oakleys and Im expecting Oakley service. Never again. I would avoid this store. Im currently fighting to even get my money back.
