They have amazing service! The moment I walked in I was automatically greeted and helped me find exactly what I was searching for!!!!! They were super patient with me and helped until I finally decided what I wanted... they were all so friendly I felt very comfortable spending my time there . Thank you so much Champs team !!

Supposed Store Manager Keyana is a joke. She needs more management training on how to speak and interact with customers. Especially if the store made a mistake. Honor the mistake or be able to articulate to the customer why its against store policy. What manager goes in the back and refuses to come out instead of addressing the paying customer.

Chick that works the door with blonde hair on Easter weekend is rude and should do customer service training . She talked to me like I was somebody off the street and not a customer lol maybe cause she was busy speaking with a friend not a co worker. Neither of them were wearing a mask. I won’t be back, decided to go to another store in the mall.
