Car buying is usually a struggle at best, but not at Grapevine Lincoln. Michael provided the best customer service that I have ever seen. Extremely Knowledgeable in all areas of the sale. I felt no pressure to buy. He just presented the vehicle and the workings of it. I have bought several vehicles in my time but this was the first time that I didnt feel like I had been taken advantage of. Michael has already contacted me to see if I needed anything.

I was so impressed with the initial experience of leasing my Nautilus and the concierge description of services that I bought it all... hook line and sinker.I was told I they will get the car, leave a loaner, service, wash and bring it back to me. The Lincoln experience. I am a single mom so that was great to never be out of service for my 7 yr old and while its expensive, its worth the peace of mind and makes me feel like I have at least that part of my life taken care of for the extra price.So for a year every time i ask for a loaner they try to talk me out of it, they either dont wash the car or they tell me its extra to clean the interior but they will wash the exterior (like its a favor to me). In June I asked if they did the registration and inspection sticker for me since this is my first lease I wasnt sure if it was taken care of, they said sure we can take care of that. I called today to inquire because I have yet to receive my sticker.The service person I spoke with who is 52, made sure to educate me on how I am supposed to go to the courthouse or dmv and thats how its always been and they dont get tags for the customers.okie dokie then. So much for doing anything you told me on the sales floor or over the phone ever since. Shame on me for being so gullible.

Sandy Smith our sales rep was great! If it wasn’t for her and the fact my wife loves the new Aviator, I wouldn’t have bought from here. It was the most frustrating car buying experience I have ever experienced and I have purchased a new Ford Vehicle every year or two as well as buying multiple vehicles from Park Place. The Park Place experience blows this place out of the water. This by far was the most frustrating unorganized car buying process I have ever experienced. We didn’t even finance through them and had everything in that department taken care of before we even came in, but after waiting 1/2 a day and having to walk all the way to the dealership next door to fill out the title paperwork at 7:45 PM, We then find out they won’t have our car ready so they put us in a much lower lever “loaner” after asking us to just take the Jaguar we traded in for a few days. I even asked if my wife could go look at the new car I had just bought her. No, the service DEPT leaves at 7pm they told me and that wasn’t possible. Again, the Sales rep did her best to make the ridiculous, inefficient process her bosses have put in place more bearable. I just hope the Lincoln service they tout isn’t this horrible. It stinks spending 60-70K on a vehicle where you are regretting it the second you leave. Hopefully my wife loves the car and we can find a good Lincoln dealership if we happen to need service help in the future. Despite our experience in the actual buying process, I am very impressed with the newly designed Aviator as well as Sandy Smith the Sales Rep. I hope they take a look at their process and communication standards to help set up great employees like Sandy to succeed in the future.

I purchased a 2019 vehicle from GVL in December of 2018. I have had nothing with problems since day one. I have been promised things have been taken care of over and over again. After 3 years and now being out of warranty I still have no resolve. GVL blames Lincoln, Lincoln blames GVL, Lincoln blames Waze, Waze blames Lincoln. Lincoln IS the issue, mostly but the folks at GVL have not made it easy. A bunch of empty promises is all I have received from GVL except from the service advisor Heath and I hate all of the reviews I have made reflect negatively on him which shouldnt be the case when the issues are above his head and the people above him wont step up and do their jobs. Theyve had 3 years.

We just had our 5th kiddo and needed a bigger family car. So we decided to go with Grapevine Ford Lincoln and I did everything online, shopping, picking the vehicle, trade in, and credit app. I told these guys Everything I wanted and they meet it and more. Crazy thing is, I dont even have the best of credit. I showed up to the dealership and all I had to do was sign paperwork, everything was straight up, no hidden fees or hey your payment is higher than we wanted. They was honest through the hole process. Charlie was my salesman and Nick was the finance guru that made it all happen. I even got 17,000 bucks of my vehicle. These guys went to bat for me and my family we appreciate it. We are now the owner of a 2020 expedition, so much room, rides like a cadi and its featured out. Great buying experience!

We were very impressed with Grapevine Lincoln! We weren’t pressured by high pressure salesman salesman. Michael Massey was excellent! Friendly, professional, very informative and very patient explaining all of the details on the Lincoln continental we were interested in. We ended up buying the 2020 Lincoln Continental end it was a very pleasant experience. Again Michael Massey was very good, efficient, and knowledgeable! Even the business end of our deal with our business manager, Willie, went very smoothly! Willie is also an excellent asset to Grapevine Lincoln! Highly recommend! Our only disappointment was lack of coffee in all of the buildings LOL

Eric Beard my sales guy went above and beyond the call of duty! When my car wouldnt start and I had to wait for roadside assistance to pick it up,Eric offered to pick me up, so that I could see if I wanted to trade in my car for a newer model. He picked me up from home and took me to the dealership, and after i didnt see anything that I wanted he brought me back in his personal vehicle. Excellent customer service Sir!

From the moment I inquired about a vehicle, I had a prompt response from Robert Manning regarding my interest. (My aunt referred me to them after a happily recent purchase within less than a year.)Upon my appointment I discussed my wants, needs, etc. for my family in my next vehicle purchase. I have never been treated as poorly as I have over the last 6 months with this company. After a full lemon law on my vehicle from the corporate office, they refuse to give me my refund due to not having paper work that I was not instructed to bring. Doing business with this company is nothing but frustrating and a major loss of your time and money. After 13 weeks in their rental car they’re now leaving me stranded without the ability to just leave and get a new car due to providing false information that everything was good to close. 1 Star is still too many.

Horrible experience there. Sneaky! Went to purchase a truck but I got 2 different prices for a warranty by 2 different people for the same warranty. So many add ons and no explanation. 30k truck was 39k by the time they finished. Went to another dealer and purchased the same truck for 30k!

MKX 2017 Recent PRE-Certified 18k mileage in Mint Condition Fully Warranty! We just purchased our MKX Aug 4 th the car drove wonderful no issues until yesterday Aug27 barely put 600 miles on it and the car would NOT start was completely dead! No signs or anything. I’ve sent 2 emails to Nolan in Finance since he’s the person we dealt with over the Sale. Funny how they are Jonny on the spot when your interested in buying the car. We had a person on the phone every time but now after the purchase that there’s a problem... we can’t get any email responses nor anybody on the phone to call us back in regards to the issue. Called 3 times today since 8 am and not 1 call back still. I’m sorry but this is not good service! We eventually had to call another Lincoln Dealership who advised to have the car picked up towed to there Dealership to find out what’s draining the system . There was also a steering malfunction indicator lamp on it once the tow truck jumped it off to load it up. We love the car but certainly hope this isn’t a sign of what’s to come.. especially when someone puts 5k down on the car! It would be wonderful to be able to speak to someone when there’s a problem ..Also we’d like to know if the recalls have been serviced fixed on this vehicle. Didn’t see any on the carfax report. Service after the sale is just as Important if not more so than the service at the sale it’s self. Updating: Well we did finally get a call back from the Service Manager this evening and discussed the current issues. Service Manager was very kind & helpful. We do appreciate this and hopefully the Dealer near us will figure out what’s causing the drain on the system. Thank you kindly!

I’ve reached out to 3 different individuals at Grapevine Lincoln, in hope of purchasing an Aviator for my wife. Three different salesmen/manager and received repeatedly “I’ll call you back”. Thankfully I was able to secure a deal within three hours at Park Place Lexus to where they delivered the car to my home. I never leave reviews but this one disappoints me given the current economic state. Lincoln has a ways to go if they want to capture market share as a luxury brand.

Best buying experience ever. Great people and easy to work with. The pricing on the internet included all discounts that were available. Brad Moran the sales manager was great to work with, and you only dealt with him on pricing. We just gave him the guidelines we needed and he went from there. Shawn Baker was our Lincoln sales person, and again he was great to deal with. No high pressure from anybody at the dealership. We got there at 1:30 in the afternoon and were driving home with the new Aviator by 5:00 pm.

I just had my first oil change on my Lincoln (Dec 2019). This was an excellent experience. Christian Williams was my service advisor. He was very personable, explained everything and kept me updated during the process. The dealership provides a very comfortable waiting area - full service. Christian checked on me a couple of times while the service was being performed. I enjoyed visiting with Christian and would highly recommend Grapevine Lincoln - both for sales and service.

I purchased a vehicle on the 16th of September, by the 15th of October the vehicle had broken down twice and left me stranded. I had to have the vehicle towed to another dealership and found out today, the 21st of October, that the right key fob for the vehicle was never given to me when I originally purchased it! There is no other way to run the vehicle without it! I called Grapevine Ford Lincoln, to inform them of this and William informed me, because I didnt notify them that the vehicle had broken down within the 30 days (now 35 days) even though I showed proof of the exact day it was last towed (within the 30 days) he and the manager would not help in any way. They stated it should have been under warranty but how is a warranty supposed to cover a key fob that isnt made for that specific vehicle?! Now, I have to pay over $400 for a PROPER key fob to be made!! How can a dealership sell a vehicle to a person that doesnt even have 1 key to properly run it?!! I have yet to make even the first payment yet of this vehicle and already had to have the entire brain replaced and a proper key fob made! NEVER again will I purchase anything from this dealership!!!

Michael Massey was awesome. His persistence in working to get the car into the range I was looking for and calling me back is greatly appreciated. The floor staff at this dealer were great. I was able to look around without the constant interruption of a salesperson. The staff were all friendly and not in a fake I really want to sell you something so I am being nice to you way. The process was easy, Michael Massey did a great job describing the features without trying to sell the car. The features and car sell themselves if you have done your homework. New Car School, as I call it, was great and hit all of the right points and not overwhelming on an already long day. Michael set up the Lincoln Way app and made sure it worked and then set up Android Auto and made sure everything came up on the screen and navigation worked. Michael was awesome from his tone to the way he let me discover things and ask questions and he did not hoover or do the car salesman stalking thing. Overall different and nice experience for me.Inside the dealership there is a coffee/snack bar and nice relaxing waiting area while you are waiting on your appraisal and other stuff. If you are really hungry go next door to the other building for this dealership where they have a full and spacious cafe and a small kids area.If I had to nit pic I would ask that brochures were available. I looked around but did not see any vehicle brochures. That is one of the ways I show off my new car is by showing my friends the brochure.Highly recommend this dealership; I am sure you will be please with the experience and hopefully they can find you a great deal too.

OMG!! My extra experience at the Grapevine Lincoln was beyond exceptional! Mr. Massey was knowledgeable about the car that I wanted he left nothing undone or said about the 2020 Corsair. I had a wonderful experience at Grapevine Lincoln. Audrey was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. She told us and showed us all the bells and whistles. She stayed late to make sure we got what we wanted and answered all questions. She was great company while we waited and personable. This is my first Lincoln and I am in love. Except for length of time to finally get all paperwork completed, this was a great experience in car buying. Why does it take finance so long once you decide on price. The new lincoln is great. Salesman and sale manager great as well. Havent tried the service dept yet but I suspect they are outstanding there as well.

Bought Second Navigator in 18 months from them. Went from a 2018 Lease to buying a 2019. Numbers worked for my needs and they always make it easy! Mike Hall is the best and his manager Carl White is the most pleasant and easy going manager I have ever experience in 30 years of buying and selling cars! I probably will not be in the market for a new Lincoln anytime soon, but they will get my referrals!

Words cannot describe my experience at Grapevine Lincoln with Michael Massey. I had been to MULTIPLE dealerships looking to find the perfect SUV I wanted. Lincoln’s are known for their comfort and that landed it at the top of my list. Unfortunately, I had been to 3 other Lincoln dealers over the past 5 years(I lease vehicles) and every. single. time. was a horrible experience. The salesman were condescending, rushing me, and were NEVER educated on the vehicles. I honestly don’t even know how they were employed.The first time I wandered into the Grapevine location I had an incredible experience but decided to shop around as most people do. I ended up always coming back to Grapevine Lincoln though. Mr. Massey was extensively knowledgeable on every model, and even though I was set on one model he insisted I test drive multiple, which was fine by me. He took his time and was NEVER pushy. I consider that one of the worst habits a person in that industry can have and Michael was the absolute opposite, even though I went to other dealerships before deciding he was never blowing my phone or spamming my email. He did only as requested, but his customer service skills were above and beyond in every aspect. After shopping around, and talking myself out of impulse purchases, Ill be honest, I was ready to settle for less, less vehicle, less comfort, fewer features or conveniences...all due to the payment I was aiming for and the fact that I do not believe in dumping a large sum of money into a down-payment for a lease. I told Mike this and told him it probably wasnt going to work, and his response was something I had never heard come out of someones mouth at a dealership...He told me that he knew what it was like to have your heart set on something, a certain vehicle that you love, and explained that he did not want me leaving there feeling as if I had settled on a car. Mike assured me he would do his best to make it happen for me that night...Now I know that the deal going through is not all on him and multiple variables are at play, however, I did feel my request was far fetched based on numbers I had been given over a couple of weeks on every luxury SUV I looked at...Low and behold, Mr. Massey walked around the corner and came back within 5 minutes and had pulled it off!Michael Massey genuinely cared, not about how much he made...but about my happiness and how I would feel driving my new Nautilus off the lot that night.Every person I came in contact with at Grapevine Lincoln was kind, in addition to helpful, including the finance manager Zach Ziba. [side note, the finance and paperwork process here were extremely fast.]I could go on and on, but I think I made my point. :) .... if you want a Lincoln, contact Mike Massey at Grapevine Lincoln.
