What an incredible experience the Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Family is! Frustrated with the entire modern car buying experience, I reluctantly responded to an ad for the dealership.With warmth, patience & incredible knowledge, I was greeted & helped by Cullen. This young man took the time to hear my needs & fears & help me find the right ride for me. Once the process began, it was like Cullen was holding my hand (figuratively) & keeping me informed & calm the whole way. Once everything was done ✔️ he took me for a test drive and helped me hook up my phone and other systems! I left on Tuesday with great satisfaction.On Thursday I came back through because I wasn’t understanding my navigation & a few other items. Went to get a new jeep L class for my growing family. We spoke with Adam in sales and he was beyond lovely. Super helpful, HONEST. We shared a lot of common goals for vehicles since he also has a family. He was with us from start to finish and walked us through everything. Wasn’t pushy, let us take our time with the process and talk it out. We will be back in the future! Can’t say enough positive things about him & the way he handled us with our kids being with us!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I’ve had terrible service from my first and now my last time being serviced here. From being promised to be “taken care of” from the poor and unprofessional service I received to the sales manager Chris out right lying and promising to detail my car and assist me with my a warranty on my truck to acting completely clueless about what was promised to me when I came to be serviced, extremely long wait times, cancelled my warranty appt without my knowledge after having waited almost 2 months, having to do double time in commuting to the very dealership every time they “FORGET” to reset all my sensors, to not checking my tire pressure, not resetting the oil change sensors.. wasting my time and money having to come back when they haven’t been taking care of my concerns from the jump or even trying to see it through. I got an oil change a week ago and before I left the manager gave me a hard time for being upset about them not checking their work before they let me leave and today low and behold my oil change light is still on and my tire pressure is still off. I wish to warn others to seek other places to service your vehicle. Had I read the reviews first I would have NEVER gone here. And the issues I’ve had have gon on for too long with no resolve or assistance from anyone higher than Chris

Went in to look. Found a new wagoneer on the floor with msrp and dealer add-on sticker. Liked the sun, so decided to purchase. It was AFTER we agreed to purchase, they added $5000 to purchase price, stating MSRP is just a suggestion. I understand Market adjusted pricing and how some dealers are screwing people over by adding to msrp price, but it was NOT on the dealers add-on sticker. And if that is not enough, they lied about my trade value. Stated it was xx, when I saw the paperwork it was yy. They included my States Sales Tax Credit as value. Thats not at all correct....the trade has its own value. They tried to sneak in an inflated price to make you think its higher. The final straw was when I said I would purchase without my trade. They said no trade, no deal. I buy vehicles all the time, first time here at Grapevine Jeep..Unethical, unprofessional dealer. Do not buy from here.

First off if you want to get lied too then do business with them. I understand it’s a car dealership.Secondly, wish I would’ve known everything about them that I do now prior to purchasing a vehicle at their dealership & I would’ve never purchased from them.McKinney dodge offers a lifetime powertrain warranty free of additional cost I would’ve went there.When I purchased I tried to get leather seats ordered never could even get a phone call back. I also ordered a red key for my challenger supposed to be there the following week & 3 weeks later I finally received that after them not even calling to give me an update on this.And finally when I purchased my challenger I was told my first payment wouldn’t be due for 90 days & now I’m getting a call from finance company on the first month telling me payment is due because they sent in the contract with first payment due in 30 days instead of 90 as they told me!I definitely wouldn’t do business with this place again

I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again nor will I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. Car buying is already a hassle and takes a lot of your day. When I purchased a truck from here, I made them aware of the display screen being cracked and that we wouldn’t get the vehicle unless fixed. Wade let me know that the truck was under warranty and that it would be taken care of. When I called to schedule the appointment to have it done I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty and that I would need to leave my vehicle 5 days with no loaner vehicle to use. The vehicle is in my wife’s name but yet registered to me and I’m nowhere to be found on the loan. Seems sneaky. Not once has anyone reached out to check and see if we are enjoying our purchase and actually been avoiding me for a month now. The worse dodge dealership I’ve ever been to. Please enjoy the car buying experience elsewhere. This is an additional headache I don’t want anybody else to have

Was looking for a 4x4 Limited and found they were hard to come by. Live in the Tyler area and drove to several places within the Dallas Metroplex with little success in finding what I wanted. Grapevine Dodge had exactly what I wanted and my sales associate Kurt went above and beyond to get the deal I wanted. Everyone was nice and helpful and highly recommend this dealership.

I called to ask if they were still doing the buy 3 tires get one for $1. I called PARTS and he transferred me to SERVICE. To which SERVICE did not answer. I called back to SERVICE, and they transferred me to PARTS. PARTS said that’s a SERVICE question and transferred me back to SERVICE. SERVICE answered and tried to transfer me back to PARTS. I told the lady in SERVICE that PARTS said it was a SERVICE question. She put me on hold, and about 3 different people picked up and kept putting me back on hold to find an answer. It was comical actually, but disorganized on their part.

Very shady. We had an appointment with a guy, but we were greeted by a different guy (forgot his name, said hes a new guy) even before entering the building. He took us to his office in the corner and told me to fill the form without explaining the purpose of it. Later he comes and asks if I have any financing to which I said I have financing with Capital One with x% APR, but if I can get a good deal, I will pay cash. For that, I kept asking him the total cost of the vehicle, but he would not tell me. I explicitly told him couple of times not to run my credit inquiry but he ran it anyway (thanks a lot for 3 new hard inquiries in my credit report). Later, he came up with a sheet with payment structure. I looked at the sheet and surprise surprise!, there was additional ~3k cost for features and protection that I dont even need! Initially I asked him if there were any hidden costs, he said no. But now he said that I had to buy those additional packages in order to get the car! I asked the total price before because I wanted to prevent this but he did not want to share! This is ridiculous, you see a good deal on the internet and take time out of your busy day and spend hours at the dealership just to know that they have hidden cost. The car was market roughly 15k online but the guy came up with a total price of over 20k.This place deceives their customer and are not very transparent upfront about what the vehicle. Based on my experience, they focus only on making money for them instead of helping the customer. I am beyond disappointed. Im glad I did not do business with them. Please stay away from them and save your time and money.BTW, any way you could help be wipe out the credit inquiries from my report?

This place is so shady. The price online is only available if you finance through this dealership. They offered me a horrible interest rate when I was already pre-approved for financing through USAA at HALF the rate they were offering! My credit score is above 750 there is literally no reason my rate should have been as high as they were trying to push on me. They refused to listen to me when I told them I did not want to finance through them. They made me wait around for an hour while they did 4 hard pulls on my credit to come back and not listen to a word I said. They will do all they can do to get that sale and even offer some magic math to tell you the money comes out to the same. It doesnt. You would be better off buying from literally anywhere else and I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time at this place. Cars are NOT investments, they are an expense. Do NOT make a horrible financial decision because they pressure or trick you into it. I was shaking by the end of my appointment out of frustration and anxiety.

We were a long distance apart on the trade-in and I sold to another dealership. I did buy the 5 yr maintenance agreement because of all the technology so well see how it goes. Pick it up tomorrow.

The service department was getting ready to close of the night and I needed my car in 1st thing in the morning and if I did not get a new battery, I would not be able to make it to work. Chris was awesome and really showed that he cared about my situation and went above and beyond to help me get a new battery. The service guys stayed late to help out and they were awesome as well! Although it took a while for my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to come in due to shortages, once it arrived it was in beautiful condition. Adam Gloria, my salesman, was great and very helpful.

Take your business elsewhere. Typical salesmen experience where they try to get the absolute most money out of you, building the exact same car with MORE features from the factory was several thousand dollars cheaper. Pretty much ran an inquiry check on my credit for no reason.

Dont bother making an appointment for service unless you have all day to wait! My appointment for an oil change was 7:15am. I was told when making the appointment that I would be the first one there and out within the hour to head to work. Checking in at 7:10 and waiting an hour I was told my car had not gone back and it would be another hour, at best! After driving 45 minutes to get there on time and waiting an hour I decided to get my car and head to work. I will pay to get my oil change going forward. My time is more valuable than waiting 2-3 hours for an oil change. And yes, I did ask about the shuttle and was told it would depend on how many they had to drop off before me so they could not give me an estimate on time. As I already stated, having your oil changed with the dealership is an all day event.

We are looking for a dodge charger. We found one car that my son loves, and we accepted the salesmans offer price. When we meet the Finance guy, everything turned around.This dealer is the worst car dealer I have ever deal with in my life. Particularly with the guy in the Finance department.They offer you a low price, but they jack up/unknown fee/ highest interest in the finance step.I dont know why this business with that worse service still exists in this decade.Stay away from this place. Do not buy a car here. Period

Getting a new car is very exciting but researching and purchasing Is extremely frustrating no matter what dealership you go to. One thing to help make things go smooth is a knowledgeable sales person that really enjoys what they do and Connects with the client. This was not my experience. The sales person never introduced himself to me, (I only found out his name was Jim after he handed me his card while I was leaving)never bothered to ask me what kind of payments I was comfortable with, never really listened or bothered to know what I was looking for in a car. i’m not sure he even really liked his job. Google only gives me so many characters to leave my review so I can’t go into full detail as to my experience, but I will say I test drove the jeep, I really loved it, but the deciding factor would have been how much they were going to give me for a trade-in on my car. This would determine if I was able to get the jeep within my affordable means. He refused to have the dealership evaluate my car and offer me a trade-in value if I was not willing to take the first steps of actually purchasing the vehicle. The sad thing is, had they just taken 20 minutes to look at my vehicle and offer me a competitive trade in value on my car, I would’ve drove away in that jeep that very day. There is one other thing though… The Online price was actually $2000 cheaper than the price when I got to the car lot because they added more options to the vehicle after It arrived at the dealership.

They would not sell me a vehicle at the price discussed unless i financed through them. They would not accept the offer if I financed through Navy Federal Credit Union. They apparently dont like to sell to veterans of the U.S. Military.

Had brake done at this place. Had a clunking noise on drivers side so i brought it back. Service tech took it for a ride and heard the noise and told me to bring it back in the morning and would have to leave it for 24 to 48 hours. Brought the truck home and checked left front wheel and found 3 of 5 lug nuts were on hand tight!!!! Two lug nuts on the 3 remaining wheels were also hand tight. I tightened (torqued) all lug nuts and noise went away....Call service department an was given lip service by service advisor!!....THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

2015 Jeep renegades motor failed the oil test was told by Terry our service associate that a new motor will be coming in a few short weeks 3 weeks later the motor came in, I had a few other repairs done everything was great Terry did a outstanding job the mechanics did a great job putting her back together again and I highly recommend the serviceThanks Ken & Mary Modelski

Do not waste your time on this dealership. They do not practice transparent pricing. When they realize you wont play by their manipulate lending practices, they will completely ignore you.. Ill save my entire review for the BBB.

It’s rare to find a car “sales men” who is very genuine and easy going, but we found one !!! Adam!! He did such an amazing job meeting our families needs not only in finding us the perfect truck but also with being patient with us during the whole process!!!

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. The window had a small crack in it. I was told that the window company they use would fix this for me in two weeks. That they would come to my house. After a month with no call, I called to follow up. Jeep had not sent this service request in for the window repair. When they finally sent it in, I had the car for close to two months. The window was cracked, running most of the length of the window now. When I finally got an appointment scheduled and cleared my work schedule, the window company called me back. They did not have the window in stock, and an appointment should have never been set without the window being in stock. Also, I have to go to them they will not come to my house as communicated by the Jeep team. I live in Mckinney I have to go to Forth Worth for the window. The car is excellent, but service wise from the Jeep dealership, this was a challenge that should not have taken this long to deal with.
