This service is a game changer! I first read about it in D Magazine earlier this year. I just received my first flip delivered by a delightfully informative car professional - directly to my home! I like cars but when I buy one, I get bored after a while and I always want to try something new. Park Place Select lets me try different cars without commitment and Im super into that!

I just completed my application online and then was told theres a waitlist and it would be over a month before I would be able to start my subscription. How do you expect this business model to work when youre really not making it easy on the consumer? How do I coordinate signing up and selling the vehicle I currently own if youre telling me you dont know when or if youre going to have more cars available to accept new members?Whoever is managing this mess needs to figure it out ASAP. You obviously havent thought things through. I was excited hearing about this service but its already disappointing.

For any who may be unsure of how this model might work out or question the responsiveness and just how tuned in thier customer service is, let me share my experience. First allow me to lay the ground work, Im not stranger to subscription services as I discovered early on that this particular type of service was something tailor made for people like me; what kind of people you ask? Well I am the guy that cant get enough of new tech and automotive advances. I am the guy that frequently flipped his cars every couple of years, often to a point of loss financialy just to stay in that shiney bleeding edge of automotive excellence.After moving to Fort Worth and discovering the subscription services that DFW had to offer I started investigating further. At the time I looked over Cadillacs, Audis and what was at the time known as Park Place Select. I ended up going with Audis offering at that time in light of the fact Cadillac had shuttered thier services and not being entirely sure that the Park Place model of operation and variety was what I really wanted. I stayed with the Audi Select program up until January of this year when the let us know that the Pilot was being discontinued. With this I decided to go with my original 2nd choice of Park Place to see how I like it - which I quickly found was no longer around under that name and had undergone a few transitations and refinements to become Avondale Select.I signed up with thier top tier offering and was immediate impressed with every aspect of the interactions. Where as many of the Audis we had gotten were 2 years old on average and higher mileage in some situations, the car I started with from Avondale was a 21 model with less than a couple thousand miles. Not only that but it was optioned exceptionally well! I decided I wanted a more specific type of vehcile that might be a litter wider in the seat and reached out, they immediate turned around the next day and drove out to swap me to another equally incredible vehicle without hesitation! I ended up flipping vehicles easily 4 times that month, something I could have never done with Audi due to limitations. Each time I flipped they had to make a 40 minute drive to the house, yet never hesitated. The required no interaction from me - they checked every cranny of the car I had and transferred everything to the flip that they delivered, moved the cars around to park it in the driveway and they off they went. The only thing I ever had to do was leave the key in the cupholder for them in the driveway when they were expected. INCREDIBLE service every time! To really make it great, twice I was flipped into 21 models that had less than 500 miles, one of which was actual just under 100 miles and still had the clear plastic covering over one of the clock gauges that I got to pull off - brand spanking new!So in short, I cannot rave enough about the cars, the service and support given (all super responsive regardless of App, Phone, Email, or Text interactions)! The one time I had a deep question that I really wanted some answer to regarding Avondales overall direction and mode of operation, I was able to discuss with the services Program Director directly, candidly and quite honestly without a shred of doubt regarding his genuine wish to meet my expectations at every end! Five stars is not enough... If you have the means, you have the same yearnings for the best as I do, and you love the idea of being able to have someone that takes care of every aspect of maintaining your dream vehicles from services to keeping that perfect shine - this is it! Thanks Brian and Team - you guys are fantastic!

The service is a game changer. Much better than BMW or Audi. Biggest issues is the availability of cars. You cannot just switch cars you like because there are no cars available. The service is great in concept but is not working. In theory you should be able to choose from any car type your service level. The issue is many days there is only a few actual cars available. Say you want Night Out car but they have only SUVs. What do you do. You joined the service thinking you could get the night out car but none are available. I understand this happens but when you have 11 vehicles available in your tier and none or one is available, the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. They are working on this issue but for the monies that you pay the service is not worth it yet.

Park Place Select has been a valuable service to us. We couldnt make our minds up to which car we wanted. So, we signed up with the program and have driven numerous cars. We finally figured out what we want to purchase or lease. Its tempting to stay in the program to continue switching when we so desire. Big Thumbs Up!!!!

Great line up of cars to fit every lifestyle. Concierges are friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the program so far.

I tried to signup and was blocked because I live in Murphy,TX. Google Maps has me about 13 miles away. Spoke with Sales Representative to confirm and Im outside the coverage area.Took my business to Book by Cadillac and have enjoyed my 2018 CT6 Platinum (WOW) for about a month. Cadillac doesnt offer a tiered program ($1,800) or a wide variety of cars.They waived the $500 deposit because I currently own a Cadillac. Cadillac provides a better mileage policy (2000 per month and .24 overage fee). I get to actually drive the car without being considered about mileage expense.I own several weekend only cars and like for my wife to commute in a dependable new car. I have used Avis Mini Lease program for several years and enjoyed great service at the Avis Plano location. Avis offers a better price that is locked for 11 months with unlimited mileage. Luxury cars arent priced as good compared to the subcription programs..I gave 1 STARS only because they couldnt provide service to a neighbor. I do like the tiered program and selection of cars available. A better mileage program will move Park Place Select program past the housewife market.

This program is awesome!I have to say this is a game changer for the industry. I was apprehensive to sign up in the beginning, but am extremely happy I did. The concierge services are exceptional; friendly and smiling team members are happy to assist at a moments notice. My first vehicle was delivered, and it was the most convenient experience I have ever had; it literally took 3 mins. Goodbye to the days of sitting in a dealership finance office for hours trying to haggle over lease or purchase prices, overly expensive maintenance costs, waiting on vehicle repairs, insurance costs, lease covenants, etc.! It is exciting to be part of this program, that sets a precedent for the future.Ben

I don’t think I’ll ever drive just one car again; I’m spoiled on the variety! I love this service; first of all it’s incredibly afforadable (big thumbs up there) I use the app, select what I Feel Like Driving whether that’s an suv for a road trip or a sports car for the weekend, and it gets delivered to me. No effort just fun; Thank you Park Place for making car buying and driving so enjoyable!!

Luxury cars, quality service, and convenience. I could go on and on with all the positive things about this amazing and fun service!But let me start with one of my favorite experiences so far...I have always held a slight grudge against two door cars.You see, when you grow up with a dad who is a “car guy” and your parents bless you with a nice car on your 16th birthday, it comes with strict rules. Rule 1: Never let your gas level get below a quarter of a tank. Rule 2: Do not eat inside your car. Rule 3: Choose your parking spot carefully and never, eveeerrr park next to a two door car. #DoorDingsSo there it is, rule #3.Well, two door cars, I need to ask for your forgiveness. I have avoided you and yet didn’t really know you. If you were on #Bumble, I would have quickly swiped left. I apologize.Last weekend, I opened up my Park Place Select app and let them know I needed a car for “Girl’s Night Out” that would compliment the outfit that I had planned (something super cute and high heels). The concierge arrived at my home with a brand new, freshly washed, fully loaded Mercedes Benz e400 Coupe. It was love at first sight. But I am not the girl who only goes for outward appearances, so I got in. And sitting in that drivers seat I fell more in love. Maybe it was the interior mood lighting that you can change through the touch screen on the steering wheel. Or maybe it was the Burmester surround sound speakers that sing so clearly you think you’re at a live show. Or maybe it was the 12.3-inch, high-resolution screen that nearly turns the car into an Imax theater. Or was it the brake-assist that pressed the brakes for me when merging in heavy traffic and noticing the car in front of me was braking hard.Elegance. Style. Safety. And so much more.Once again, Park Place Select knew exactly how to compliment my life with an added spark for a night out on the town - and a whole lot of spark getting to enjoy it all week! I am crushin’… not just on the e400 but also on Park Place Select.

False advertisement and poor execution. They dont have any cars and there is a 3 month waiting period which isnt advertised online.
