Arrived at 7:30am for an oil change, was completely ignored by the staff there and had to go search out someone to help. Was told they had no record for the appointment we made, and was confirmed that the oil change would be covered by the dealership since we bought the car here, and was the only reason we drove 40min here to get it done, they gave us excuses saying we may have to pay. Was quoted an hour. It took over 2.5 hours to get done with no updates while we sat and waited and watched many people who showed up after us get theirs done and leave. The car was parked in front of the window and was done, and when questioned what was going on they just said they were waiting on paperwork, no sense of remorse. Horrible customer service, and uninterested employees. Choose your local mechanic please.

One of my tires exploded in front of this place and the guys in the service center came out and put a donut on it for free. I felt like the least I could do is leave a good review. Good people here.

We just moved to DFW area and called to get warranty work done. EVERYONE in service department took GREAT care of us. They knew what needed to be done, ordered necessary parts and contacted us when to return.

Went in there for oil change, they were really polite great customer service, but they only complete 50% of the job, did not check the pressure of my tires which they were all off and did not fill up the windshield cleaner container ets.

I purchased a 60+ truck with bumper to bumper warranty. Yet I had to wait for someone tofind me a loaner to use. I even have ext bumper to bumper with rental service.Not to add that once in the shop i am told they need to open the motor to repairs lifters at 7400 miles. Really, Now that the repairs are done, I will go get a real vehicle, TUNDRA

I was looking for an F150, I found the exact thing I wanted at the used lot of Freeman Buick. I made contact with Clay Webster who is one of the sales managers. I arranged with him to check it out abs test drive. Clay was professional, friendly and very communicative. I had limited time to do this abs Clay respected that. I needed to talk it over with my wife before we got really serious on a deal. I arranged another test drive so my wife could see it also which Clay was great about helping with. My wife agreed and we got to dealing. I have to say that Clay and the manager he worked with made it easy. We were able to agree on a great price and I think it was a great value. Long story short these guys were awesome to work with abs would do it again, totally recommend checking them out.

The issue has been resolved, I was happy with the follow-up and communication that occurred with the GM. It stinks to have to have had to come to this, but water under the bridge now. I can happily say I will shop here again.

It was a recall for seat belt adjustment on my 2019 truck. My appt. was with Cynthia at 8 am and she was right on time, took my information, and I also wanted an oil change and filter change and she suggested a tire rotation since it was 20,000miles. She took care of all that and I was gone in less than an hour. I felt that it was excellent service.

First off let me say April Palmer was amazing with getting me the vehicle I wanted and have been very happy with it.I am leaving 2 stars because of service or else it would be five stars. When I first bought my truck had an issue with it shifting and phone connection issues. brought it into the dealership 4 days later only to wait 2 weeks to find out that they re-flashed the computer and said no updates were available for phone.when I went to pick up my new truck that had 400 miles on it. it was scratched in multiple places on the driver fender, hood, and passenger fender that were not there when I dropped truck off. This is also after the truck was supposed to have just finished make ready and had water spots allover in addition. After an hour of trying to pick my truck up and having to talk to multiple people I decide to leave and address another day.Drove my truck home and nothing seemed to be different for the hard shifting. called back up to my service advisor Wray and he told me it took time to relearn roughly 100 miles. drove the truck 1000 miles and tried to reach out to Wray and did not ever get a response. month goes by and I reach out to Wray again asking what can be done about my scratches to my paint and that transmission is still not shifting properly.schedule time to drop off my vehicle with him the following Wednesday July 26, 2017 to have him look at the phone issues again, transmission, and talk about getting the paint fixed from where they scratched it. after I took Wray for test drive he comes out of his office saying there was service notice issued stating that first shift of day will be rough and that after vehicle sits for while same thing is possible to occur. to me the customer he tried to play it off as its just going to happen including telling me he owns same truck and his does it often. reminded him again its not only just when it starts up my vehicle has problems when I enter traffic and have to stop hard. proceed to drop truck off and informed it will be couple days before looks at it.Friday the 28th Wray called to inform me that new valve body for transmission was ordered and will arrive Tuesday. that was last communication I have heard from the dealership and will continue to update as things change. first time my truck was in shop went a week with out so much as phone call or email. seems to be a reoccurring event today is 08/10/2017I really wish It would allow me to leave more then one review or that service departs was separate, due to the fact that the sales staff was awesome. Ended up taking month and a half to decide on vehicle I wanted and April kept in constant communication and made the purchasing experience the best I have had to date. When arrived to purchase the vehicle. my truck was pulled inside of pick up bay which was great due to rain. all the paper work was ready to be done and got us in and out of there in roughly an hour. fastest I have ever bought a car

I purchased a Sierra from Freeman New Year’s Day. Christi Sawyer was my salesperson. I recommend if your reading this to ask for her. She gave the best customer service experience. I had a series of situations that made the buying process take a month. She never pressured me she just helped me accomplish exactly what I needed. The day I was finally able to purchase it was raining and cold. She was amazing against all the odds. In addition to Christi, Freeman GMC has to be the best GMC dealership in Texas. I’ve used there service department for 5 years give or take. I will never bring my trucks any where else. As long as I buy GMC trucks I will buy them from Christi at Freeman and bring them to Freeman’s service department.

Fast and efficient service

Went to Autozone and had the codes flashed in our 2019 GMC Terrain to show there was an O2 sensor that needed replacement. Took it to the dealership to see if it was under warranty (and if not how much replacement would be). They told us the code which we already knew and said it would be $350 to change an O2 sensor you can buy online for $40. When we decided to shop around, they charged us $120 for a “diagnostic” that we already knew. Terrible service.
