We hired Pam/Aspen Catering for our office Christmas party. From our initial visit (she came to our Frisco office to allow us to sample her appetizers), to the planning, and finally, to the actual event, we received 5 star service. Our bartender and waiter arrived early, even helping me with some last minute agenda items for my team. They were incredibly attentive, and cleaned everything at the end of the evening. The appetizers were a hit!! Highly, highly recommend!!

I hired Aspen to cater a zoo-themed birthday party for my son and I wanted fair themed food. Pam was super helpful, worked well with my assistant, and came up with a great menu. When they came to deliver they were right on time and very nice. The kids loved the mini corndogs and the adults loved the brisket tacos. Great experience all around!

Pam was fantastic to work with for our wedding! She checked in on us frequently to offer to answer any questions we might have, went over every detail - including details we didn’t even think about, and was very flexible on giving options to fit our budget and the value couldn’t be beat. We opted for an Italian cuisine for our wedding, and the food was delicious! The team got there early to prepare, made sure everything was hot, and had plenty of food for everyone. Pam and her team helped make our special night perfect and will definitely recommend them to our friends!

THE FOOD IS SPECTACULAR. Every dish was a hit at our event. Pam, Valerie and the whole Aspen crew exceeded our expectations and created a great atmosphere for our guests. Hands down, the best caterer Ive ever booked.

WOW! All I can say about Aspen Catering is that they are one of the most accommodating catering companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. My own Atlanta-based company organized an ice cream party for a very big client of ours, and we went back and forth with two catering companies until we found Aspen. Pam was quick to reply, compared the rates of the other catering company we were speaking to, and was able to give us the best bang for our buck without sacrificing any of the amenities we wanted for our event. Pam is extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating to any special requests you might have for the menu. We couldnt have picked a better catering service for our wedding reception!Pam and her team are exceptional and their service is impeccable.The initial anxiety we had about our reception at a museum disappeared the first time we met with them since they were able to provide pretty much everything for our entire reception (food, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, cutlery, bartenders, servers, etc).Pam is super responsive and communicative to the LAST detail. She was happy to meet with us multiple times to discuss food menu, cocktails, tastings, and gave us so many great suggestions. They adjusted really well to our requests and our budget!Our food menu consisted of multiple appetizers and tapas which were to DIE for (our guests raved about it). The almond/bacon crostinis, mushroom pockets, and salmon oscars were a hit.
