We was looking to furnish our new home. Helen greeted us at the door, she asked us what we was looking to purchase and helped us with our selections. She’s the best salesperson I’ve had in a long time, believe me we went to many places! She’s knowledgeable about the furniture and very patient. We purchased 6 rooms of furniture that day with accessories.She even gave us her card to call her with any questions we would have about our furniture (delivery or anything)in the future. Anyone shopping at Rooms to go, I’ll recommend Helen!!!
Update, I received the response to send my order number and details, I did. At this time I have yet to hear from a manager or any staff and I am still waiting now 30 days for the electrical outlet for my couch that I paid for on 7/5/2021. Unacceptable. Clearly Rooms To go is very welcoming and friendly when you have to purchase an item, once purchased dont expect the same Service.Ive been dealing with Rooms to go for years (17+) moved to grapevine decided to refurnish and went to rooms to go Grapevine. I bought a living room set on 7/4/2021. The sales lady was wonderful. I waited 3 months for delivery of the couch to receive it with out the electrical cord. This was 10/2/2021 it is now 10/26/2021 and I cant get one person in the store to help me or anyone from customer service to return a call or email. Ive email once called customer service twice Ive been to the store and absolutely no help. Next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau and see if I can get some assistance. Worst customer Service ever at this location. Definitely lost a long time customer..

Helen Chong was extremely helpful in finding a couple items with me... no pressure. While the Grapevine location did not have both items she suggested I visit another store to see the item which I did. Helen was smart and provided her business card with one item I wanted... to make it easier for me to purchase later when I was ready. Once I was ready to place my order, all I did was call her and submit the order on the phone with her. She is very savy with todays technology and sent information via text and email as we placed the order. A wonderful experience with Helen Chong! BTW, Im a first time buyer at Rooms To Go!

I was very appreciative of the assistance I received with my online shopping experience on June 2, from Brian A. He came online as I was trying to make some final decisions. He was patient with my questions and responded to them very quickly. He was able to change my delivery date to a more suitable date for me and he was caring enough to walk me through the purchase process. Upon completion of the purchase he also provided me with his contact information if I needed assistance or had any questions after the purchase. Im technologically challenged so I was very appreciative of his patience and guidance through the technology maze. We had try to buy a couch back in November last year from another company but come March they still couldn’t give us an eta on delivery. So we were very pleased to find out delivery would be in about two weeks from now. We will be going back on the fall for more furniture and look forward to working with Jim again.

After being to 3 furniture stores, we decided to check Rooms to Go. Jim was great.. he welcomed and assisted us. He waited patiently as we browse through the store. I loved that he gave us space to check on the couches and rugs. On the other stores, the salesmen were following us around and seemed like pushing us to buy right away. Its my second time buying furniture here. It has always been a pleasant experience.

Do not ever buy from this company. I paid $3k for a couch that came in ripped. I called and asked for an exchange and they delivered an old, used couch with stains. I had to call their customer service line every time I had an issue and wasted 20-30 mins to get something done. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible, stressful, waste of money and time. Truly regret buying from here.Their policy states they can never refund you once an item is delivered. They can exchange or repair. They forgot to mention they can exchange with old, dirty items.

We had purchased a sofa with a chase back in March 2020. When we was in the market for new furniture it took awhile but the salesman we had kind of persuaded us in to this set, my wife wasn’t sure as the cushions was attached and she didn’t want them to be. The sales man talked us into as we could buy the warranty and it would be covered from rips, tears and stains. We had to have them come out in January as one of the back cushions ripped. Came out fixed it easy as pie. Then we have another one rip in June. We called them they said we had to get a approved from the warranty company. Called them sent pictures of the rip just to be told it was denied as it is coming apart from the seam, the wart doesn’t cover if the seam comes apart. So here we are with a sofa that was $1500 with a huge rip and they will do nothing. Don’t like the salesman reassured us that we was covered from ANYTHING we have kids and a grandson and wanted something durable. Hope we could of had a honest salesman.

Visited the store today, just to take a look, and well ended up buying my entire living room set, meaning dining table set and sofa set.I cant believe the customer service provided by HELEN, (SERIOUSLY ASK FOR HELEN SHE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!) I highly recommend you ask for her if you are ever here looking to purchase furniture.They had amazing Memorial Day discounts and deal and on top of that they had waived delivery fees for today so I almost felt like I was robbing them because the final price was so CHEAP, I mean I got much better quality furniture at almost half the price tag even compared to Ikea prices!!I also highly recommend signing up for their credit card and 60 months of no interest payment plan, that way you only pay sales tax upfront and your entire price is broken into super small monthly payments.All in all, I am beyond ecstatic about my purchase and this is officially my new go to store for all furniture needs and Helen is my all time sales person!!

Jim Milan was patient and helpful in making my decisions. I appreciate he customer service. Very kind man. However he did not tell me about the ad on charges of warranties on separate items. He just charged me for them. He also did not tell me about three separate trip charges that were going to be charged. And as I left the store there was one item I wanted that I paid cash for and he did not tell me that it was a non-returnable item. When I went back to the store to return the item because it was too big for my place I had to throw a fit to get my money back. And then because of the way this gentleman, and I use that term loosely, handled me without advising me or asking me if I wanted warranties on couches and chairs I canceled my complete order. He’s a great salesman. And that’s what I think he did to me. He used his personality and salesmanship qualities to sell me an up charge me and didn’t even advise me that he was adding these extra charges. I will not use him anymore. And even though I have been shopping at this store since the year 2000 I doubt they get my business again if this is how they train their sales people to act.

I walked in and said “I’m not buying today” when Patrick approached to help me out. I explained that I was here for my first look at a new sofa - test it out so to speak. I’d had a RTG one before and now I was back. I was at the store for 2.5 hours trying all kinds of furniture, pillows and rugs. Patrick would nicely check on me (but not too often) and then leave me alone, as he went to help other people. I am so appreciative- I knew what I was doing in my search and he just let me focus on that, helping but not over helping. When I was ready to find out delivery availability, I rattled off what I wanted to buy and he had it pulled up in about 3 minutes. I had my purchase completed 5 minutes later and this was honestly one of my best buying experiences. Oh and he gave me his contact info so I can reach out if I need any help in the delivery process etc. He’s the real deal and I’d work with him again in no time!
I bought the whole room set to give it back to my daughter. And 2 times they sent me the notification that they were coming to make the delivery; and they never came, they didnt even have the grace to ring the doorbell. After not receiving my purchase I had to go to cancel my order and as if they did not care.

Bad bad bad customer service with manager Sandra! I had an online purchase and paid in full but the mattress was not available! So I wanted a refund back to my credit card. Instead she told me that she will get back with me regarding the refund. She never did! I had to call her several times, was but on hold and hold. Finally she got on the phone to tell me that she’s waiting on financial support . Wow! And the end this problem never got resolved

We will NEVER go to Rooms To Go ever again!! Horrible experience!! We bought a bunk bed for our children and a recliner for our living room. After seeing how big the furniture really was in our apartment, we wanted to return it (way too big) and a bunch of scratch marks. Rooms To Go wont let us return it at all!! We can only do a one time exchange. And can only do it for at equal or greater value. If you have money left over from the exchange, you can only use it to get something in the same area you got the leftover money from. Like the kids section or main area section. Its my money, we didnt even have our furniture 24 hours, and I cant return it to get something that suits our needs better!! Our children need a bunk bed thats lower and on the floor and they dont even have that!! They need to have a sign on the front of the store that says ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Im surprised theyre still in business. Ill be doing my business with Pottery Barn or Ashleys from now on!! We spent a lot of money in their store and thats how they treat us!!? I want a full refund!!

I was in search of a sofa sleeper and Richard was so sweet. Compared to another sales rep that ignored us, we were glad we came across him. He was able to explain and show us all the sofa sleepers they had in display and did not rush us.

I had high hopes for this place. I ordered online, with stipulations that I could have my items arrive between a certain time period, even confirming these items were in stock. Most of the items were not in stock but I was not told this until very close to the requested delivery date. I had to continually follow-up with the salesman, and eventually ended up canceling 2/3 of the order because of this horrible experience. I would not recommend Rooms-To-Go to anyone and will never purchase from them again. Living Spaces was 200% easier and more pleasant to deal with.
When I walked in to Rooms to Go in Grapevine, TX, a few months ago my experience was horrible. We couldnt get anyone to help us and then when they finally did he walked off as he was answering my question to help a another customer. Today when I walked into the same store, It was completely different. I was immediately greeted at the door by Helen and was told if there was anything I needed to let her know. There were several other sales people in the store as well. Helen was amazing! She took the time to go over all of our options, helped me with color choices and also styles of sofas. That was the best customer service we have had in a very long time I am very appreciative, and will continue to shop at the store..

We got to store and no one attempted to help us for at least 20 min(thats the bad) Pam saw us and asked if we had been helped and she began to help us. She listened to what my wife and I were looking for and made several great suggestions. We ended up purchasing that day and a couple of days after we went back to purchase other items as well. She showed us ways to save money during our purchase which made us very happy. We had a great experience with Pam during our visits and will go back and see Pam for future products.

Soooo, I went in the store to buy a bed July 26th 2021. I bought 2 cooling therapeutic pillows that was delivered yo me on the 4th of August. I also purchased a mattress, a reclining base for the bed and a bed and media table. Helen . My sales person explained to me that she had to schedule a delivery for the bed which will arrive sometime around October, well when I got home to set up the app, it says that my bed wont be delivered until November 18th, mind you were at the end of July. My mattress and my base is to be delivered on the 30th of August, I explained to the lady that I would prefer to have everything delivered all at once because I have to pay a delivery fee.. She ignored everything that I said to make that sale. I called the store last Wednesday to explain to the people in the store that I dont want pieces delivered to me because Im getting my bed at the end of the year and I dont want to have to move stuff around twice, besides all of that, Im paying for something that I have to wait months to use. This is my first time making a big purchase like this, but had Id known that I was gonna have to wait months to use my bed, I would have just purchased from Ashley furniture. But I called last week and the store rep that I spoke with said that she would have Helen to contact me, guess what? I have yet to hear anything back from Helen, but I received a text message this morning saying that my base and mattress would be delivered on the 30th of August. I really wish that I could just cancel everything and get my items elsewhere. 3 deliveries?? Really??
Wish I could give a 0 to this company. The sales reps are sweet and we gave them our business but once that’s done, horrible delivery and customer service is pathetic. I received a broken table asked for an exchange waited days for the that to come which happened to be an even worse table than the first one. Now waiting for the exchange to happen again.On top of that, another delivery was scheduled for today, and literally has not arrived!!! Just when you think it can’t get worse than this, this company finds a way to..... where is my delivery??? Everyone keeps saying they don’t know and will call me back... when??? I paid for products to be delivered with extra fees for assembling... why can’t you provide the services you took my money for? Pathetic. Fingers crossed for what’s coming. The managers don’t even call back or want to do something about this consistently horrible service.

Buyer beware Customer Service is horriblePurchased a sofa in March, delivered in May and started breaking down. Called customer service to get a technician out to come out. Told they would call to give me a window. That didnt happen. I did find out had a window 1-5 today No show No call. Holding for almost an hour on phone to reach a person in Customer service . After spending another hour, No one knows where he is. Had ths scheduled for well over a month out. And now they want to reschedule. Wait weeks, stay home for more hours and hope someone show and call. Wont even give the techs name or supervisor name.I regret purchasing from Rooms to Go and I have another delivery of more furniture this month.All Im getting is excuses and no action.I would not buy from them in the future.

One of the few stores I can say i actually enjoyed the experience of being at. Great selection, and better pricing than those other companies are located next door. Its not my families first time here, but this time we got to work with Jim. Not only did he know the products and options, he was genuinely interested in our thoughts so as to show us exactly what we wanted, even if we werent sure exactly what that was!! After all was said and done, we did have a couple minor issues a couple days after purchase, but after talking to Caitlin, she had it all squared away almost instantly!! Thank you all so much!!

We ordered a dining room set but the delivery team could not finish assembling because he said they didn’t include the correct parts for our table in the box. Delivery was July 8 and we were promised the issue would be corrected within 2 days. We’ve called every day this week, today is Friday July 16. We were told someone would be here between 2 and 4 pm,. I called after 4:00 and was told someone would be here between 6:30 and 7:00 pm. It’s 7:29 pm and no surprise nobody showed up. I got my first statement today for a $1500 piece of trash. I have bedroom furniture in order and I’m planning to cancel it tomorrow. They’ve wasted my time and their product is trash

I had dressers and nightstands delivered on 8/9, the delivery drivers spilled something on my mattress and didnt inform me of it, instead they covered it up with a blanket. As of today, 8/24, Ive yet to hear back from claims. I filed the claim the SAME day! Also, they broke the mirror, it was supposed to redeliver today (8/24), the delivery drivers delivered to the wrong apartment, instead of the people refusing, because IT WASNT THEIRS, they kept it! Now Im being told it wont redeliver until the end of October! Dont bother calling Customer service unless you have at least an hour and a half to waste! You will be on hold for 90% of that time only to be told Ill see what I can do and call you back! This is my very last purchase with this company!

Had to follow up for 3 days to get sales agent to price match online. I looked up price online and had sales place order for me. Price was mysteriously $100 more than online. He said he would have manager adjust after I proved to him online price. Took 3 days of constant texting & emailing with him for him to deliver on his promise. His final response was if you have any other concerns you will need to follow up with somebody else.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is full of a bunch of people that do not care about the customer. Brian the supposed manager, today had no solution for this stores’ major screw up of my purchase and delivery of the purchase. I purchased a table with four chairs and a bench. The total of the purchase was paid in full. I was initially told that my delivery would be made on April 10. April 10 came and went only to find out my would not be delivered on that date. I was told my purchase would be delivered on April 21. April 21 came and the delivery showed up with the table and (three) of four dining’s chairs. Mind you the bench wasn’t delivered either.1st of all why deliver a family dining table with only three chairs?2nd I was told “well the bench is on back order until September 2021.” By the customer service.Again my entire order was paid in full before April 1, 2021.3rd the missing chair was supposed to then be delivered on May 1. Needless to say that was not fulfilled either. So on May 1, I’m now in the store having to create a scene to have the Grapevine police to come to the store for me because the SOFT General manager wanted to throw me out of the store for the screw up they made. No problem! I encourage anyone considering purchasing from here to not.Trust I will get a full refund on my purchase.
