Great shop for European cars, they sure know their Bimmers & Mercedes. Had a differential bushing replaced on my 535i, excellent quality work, reasonable price and they were able to deliver the car on the estimated time.To make it more convenient for customers, they could improve their hours (Start earlier on the day and/or open weekends).Increase staff to have more availability since Ive had difficulty in finding appointment for same or next day.

They are a great resource for euro vehicles. Dony is one of the best service advisers I have come across. They will let you know up front of what work is needed on the vehicle and will communicate with you through the process. We have 3 cars they take care of and everything is done right the first time. Wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Donnie was very professional from the moment I called to get my brake rotors and pads replaced. They were $200 cheaper than the Jaquar dealership where I bought and service my vehicle regularly. Donnie made me feel very well taken care of and during the service performed Donnie kept me up to date. I was able to pick up my car the same day. My car was cleaned and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend Import Car Center.

I brought my VW back to ICC to have my APR stage 1+ tune upgraded from stage 1. Once again ICC came through and went so far overboard with servicing my car that as a customer I failed to realize it! Without my asking they performed an overall vehicle inspection that my VW dealership had done for me the day before which ended in a charge. Jason at ICC sent me an email with a similar list of issues my car had. As most customers would expect, I assumed (never assume) that there was going to be a fee for those services afterwards. Well I contacted Jason and stated that I didnt request a full check up and was aware of the other issues. Plus I said I didnt want to be charged for it. Jason explained that at ICC, that they check every vehicle for every customer at no additional cost! In 2021 in America who does that? Well ICC does! I apologize for assuming that all businesses are in business to rip consumers of their funds. In the future I will go to ICC for my auto service and advice! Thank you Jason for all you do! Very helpful expensive but very knowledgeable with bmw

I thought my check engine light was on, turned out it was just a “service due” light, so they skipped the diagnostic that was quoted at $149 and backed out that charge. So thankful for their honesty and courtesy!

These guys went above and beyond! I just needed routine maintenance, state inspection, and my battery had died and was corroded. They did all that and cleaned the battery up. They were honest with me and said I did NOT need a new battery, and they werent going to try to sell me something I didnt need. (Meanwhile down at the dealership they try to sell you kinds of stuff you dont need!!) These guys are honest and truly care about their customers. He even gave me tips on how to take care of my battery in the future, and they actually washed my car for me!!

I purchased a single-owner ML320 from a retired gentleman with just 70K miles on it and obviously was looking for an honest and skilled mechanic to maintain it. The prior owner, and his daughter, provided every single repair invoice or record since new. Once past warranty with the dealership, I could see all work was performed by Import Car Center (ICC) in Grapevine and the daughter praised their integrity - she handled many of her dads personal affairs so had dealt directly with ICC.Face it, European sedans and vehicles can be incredibly expensive to maintain and fix. I wanted to find a trained and experienced mechanic to work on this ML320 - not someone who just completed a training program only understanding they replace parts based on trouble codes.Import Car Center has met or exceeded my expectations on every visit for being skilled and honest mechanics. Along with every oil change, ICC performs a multi-point (32?) vehicle inspection and list what issues theyve found and provide a written estimate to fix the issues as part of your oil change service.Best of all, no high pressure sales tactics to get you to commit to and schedule the recommended work listed - ICC explains which are the critical items to address first if your finances are tight. (I have 3 kids in college and 2 have intensive medical issues that are more expensive than imaginable - another reason why the integrity of ICC is of such high personal value to me.)I believe the greatest compliment you can provide a business, especially a mechanic, is to refer your loved and treasured family to have work done by their business. I have referred my son with an older Volvo V70 needing an oil change - and well see what else - to ICC of Grapevine. Its a little pricey, but that is to be expected of Euro cars and other imports. They are some of the friendliest people Ive met and were down to earth.

Had my BMW m235i fitted with the M performance exhaust, an the wheels powder coated black. Bret kept me informed on the progress of my car and the schedule time to pick it up. Wow! the wheels looked great black wheels on my black car looked perfect. The exhaust looked great and sounded just like the videos I watch on this system, deep tones with some pops. I was very happy with the work that they did.This is not the first time I have taken my car to them, and I will continue to take it there.

First off, I highly recommend them. They are very straight forward and honest and have MUCH BETTER rates than the Audi dealership where we have always gone. The only reason I took off one star is because they slightly damaged one of the center caps on my wifes car and left off one of the valve stem caps. Im sure they would take care of these minor items if asked but I just fixed myself to save time.

Another five-star job! This time, the team tracked down the cause of a mysterious, multi-faceted electrical problem. Along the way, they discovered and repaired a loose connection in the air conditioning as well. Excellent service all around.

I take 3 of my cars to Import Car Center and have been for several years. What I love most is that I never feel Im being sold something I dont need. If there is something I need to keep an eye on they let me know. The shop is amazingly clean which is a reflection on the team that works there. I dont think I can remember a new face in the shop which mean the guys are familiar with your car when you come back. Prices for work performed is very reasonable and I have never had to take a car back to fix something missed or not done correctly the first time. I receive email reminders for scheduled service which is great.Keep up the great work.

After taking my Land Rover LR3 to the dealer, and being unhappy with their proposal and estimate, I took my car to Import Car Center in Grapevine, TX. The facility is very well organized, clean, and well kept. Their diagnostics proved to be thorough, accurate, and realistic. Some work the dealer had said I needed was not required and other preventive maintenance needs were suggested. I was provided with a complete written estimate and met with management to discuss details. During the work I was kept informed of the progress and my car was ready before the anticipated date. The final cost was less than their estimate and much less than the dealer’s original estimate. Finally, I found all personnel to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I will never take my Land Rover back to the dealer for anything.

Great experience! Everyone at Import Car Center was so nice. I needed help with transportation while my car was being serviced and they took care of me. No one tried to add extra fees for services I didnt need, and the final price was actually less than I had expected. Ive used the local dealership for years but now Im an Import Car Center customer.

They have serviced my 328i for the past 2 years...always done a great job and communicated with me in detail. I have an aftermarket warranty on the car and they have worked with that on my repairs. Not a lot of independent shops will do that. Very pleased with the work and my car drives great.

I have been going to ICC since 2009. Ive gone through life changes, tons of different cars from track day Miata to daily drivers. They have not only serviced all of them but also been a great help in picking out different accessories that made for a more enjoyable driving experience. Great group. As much as I admire those who are specialists in their field. I was saddened as a new resident of Texas to be unhappy with the service of what I perceived as a quality import repair garage. I dropped by the office on Tuesday. Made an appointment for the following Friday (8 AM.) Dropped off the car at 8 AM on Friday-----No phone call from garage by 1:30, so I called them. -->The car had not been even visually inspected for repairs. They promised by 4 PM . I (!) called at 3:30 to see if a 4/4:30 pick up time was possible (assuming they made the repairs.) I was told then that they worked on customers cars that had appointments, I informed them I WALKED into the shop and made an appointment earlier in the week. They did not offer to expedite the service or apologize for their mistake. They told me to just pick it up. I was horrified. I did pick up my vehicle and had the work done in New Mexico with my old residence mechanic. I understand mistakes can be made but without apology for that mistake or wishing to alleviate an unsatisfied customer response, I am just plain surprised.

Great guys! Staff was super friendly and the issues I was having with my brakes turned out not to be an issue. They were honest and were definitely looking for my long term business and not to make a quick buck. The people were professional and the inspection on the vehicle was accurate. The downside is the price charged at ICC. Bret Berglund specifically stated that they are not in business to be competitive, but only to offer premium services. Unfortunately, the only services offered at ICC are 3X the price of the best services offered at other facilities. They did graciously let me leave without charging a diagnostic fee.

I first brought my cars in for repair there in 1990. I have three BMWs with an average age of 13 years old that all operate like when they were purchased.I continue to bring them back as needed for even complex repairs. First I would like to speak of service. You can always get someone on the phone to discuss your repair. No team of arrogant service writers here, who never even answer their phones. The front office people have been there for a number of years and know their customers. They can nearly always get your car in for repair within a day or two. They are always friendly, and have no doubt become friends with a number of their customers.Their repair rates are less than the dealers. They will always let you know all repairs to consider to keep your car running like new and inform you which you can let slide for a while.Quality of the work is excellent. They check it out thoroughly before completing the job.So repaired on time, right the first time, with friendly service and less than the dealer charges. I had taken my Mercedes SLK230 there for several years and we just took our Range Rover Evoque in for an auxiliary battery. I have found them to be honest (single moist important aspect in finding a garage/mechanic). ICC is also responsive and communicative. We have had nothing but excellent experiences. As soon as my Tacoma is off warranty, theyll be seeing my truck!

I never went past a phone call with these guys. Before I could tell the man on the phone what kind of work I wanted done, he told me it would be at least a week and I needed to go the web site and schedule it there. When I asked if he even wanted to know what I needed, he said nothing, so I told him anyway! Took my Audi and my $750 to Arlington to a really great place off of S. Cooper.

Bret is a good guy. He saved me about 1200 over going to the Audi dealer for a timing belt change on my A8. Honest folks, and they sent me emails of the work during the day. Will use again for all of my Audis service

Longer drive from Keller but worth it .TERRIBLE prospective customer service. As someone who has been in sales for over 20 years I always strive to meet a prospective client with the utmost respect and attention. Having said that my first (and last) experience with this shop has been VERY dissapointing.

I saw the good reviews and thought Id try this place. Called, no one answered so I left a message. No one called back, so I called the next day to see if I needed an appointment to bring my vehicle in or could I just stop by. Today someone answered so I asked the question since Id never been there before. The person I spoke to seemed agitated but I ignored it and asked how late they were open at which time he DIDNT answer the question. He ignored my question and proceeded to ask Well whats the problem. Almost like I was wasting his time?!? He definitely doesnt need new clientele or else he wouldnt have been so unfriendly on the phone. Thankfully there are other shops out there competing for business to call.

Could not have been happier with the service I recently had done on my Audi TT at ICC. The work to be done was clearly delineated, and fully explained before it was done. I thought the pricing was more than fair. If you own an Audi, and live in the Southlake/Grapevine area, I would highly recommend letting the folks at ICC do your maintenance work. They arent just Benz and BMW folks!

Took my 2011 Audi Q5 for diagnosis and service. I received a full report on what work was needed and what could wait. Reasonably priced and great customer service.

This is my go-to stop to service for my import cars. Service beyond the call of duty. Off hours, drop offs, personal assistance. I love Import autos. And since I am a sailor and we all know you can trust a sailor, I trust the owner who has been a sailing buddy for 20 years.

Nice guys, seem to know what they are doing. However, their bid was outrageously expensive. Dont go here to save money from the dealer. All of their parts quotes were more expensive than the dealer. Some parts listed in their quote were upcharged by more than $1000. They charged me over $500 to diagnose my problems and give me an inflated repair estimate. When I told him I wasnt interested he tried to revise the bid and give me a hard sell. Plan to pay a premium if you let ICC repair your vehicle. My advice, get a bid elsewhere before letting them fix your car.
