I came here to have my battery replaced because it was done for and was leaking acid which smelled like rotten eggs. I had already went by O’Reilly and AutoZone to see if they would replace it and since there was one metal bar above the battery that had to be removed they wouldn’t do it. They said it would take too long (over an hour I was told), and one said they couldn’t handle the smell. The guy at Walmart and I had a good laugh about how bad it smelt but he was used to it. His name was Steven and he was extremely helpful and kind. We went through the battery options and once I chose one he changed it in less than 10 minutes and I was out of there in about 20 minutes total.

It literally took them 2 hours to do an oil change! I was supposed to get tire change but I didnt want to wait any longer! Apparently theyre short staffed and the new guy they hired have no clue about anything. Never again!

They closed the waiting room for social distancing so you have no where to sit. While getting your car serviced.

Servicio no bueno!!As I walked in the lady at the front desk was getting cussed out by a grumpy old man for them taking too long to change his battery. I sided with Walmart thinking he was dramatic and dropped my car off for a new set of tires at 10:00. They told me they’d call when it was done and I wasn’t worried because I had another ride and things to do. By around 2 I started to wonder if it was done as I had not received a call. I stopped in around 2:30 and they had “finished”. However, I asked if they could mount the front left under the car as the spare, and she said no problem and made a note. When I got there they had already “disposed of” my tires and so my options were buy a new tire for the spare, have no spare, or put the tire with the flat back on as my spare....

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. Simple task take much longer than they should and you will constantly be hit on by the mechanics. One of them very obviously cut several chords that have now lead me to thousands in repair presumably because I would not humor his advances and put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Several things have come up missing. I can not technically prove this but I will leave this warning, do not take your business to this auto center especially if you are female.

They were polite but took double the time they quoted me. That would have been fine had I not seen them taking calls on their cell phone and just generally joking and screwing around while not working on the cars in service. Definitely not coming back.

No one ever answers the phone. Purchased new tires and they put the lug nuts on too tight. Unfortunately I have had two flats and both times I was unable to get the lug nuts off. I would not recommend this Auto Center.

Whenever they are actually open you can get decent service. But they are never open when they are supposed to be due to techs not being there. This is the third time Ive come to get my car serviced and they were closed during open hours. I call and they had to close due to no techs. Get it together.

Best price and service in Grapevine. Great staff and customer service and I can do my shopping while I wait.

Quick and cheep oil change. Was able to buy the oil off the shelf and just pay for labor. Was a good deal

I went to get an oil change and waited in my car for 10 minutes without any workers noticing me. Got out of my car to ask for help and was completely ignored. Wont be going back

Very nice people working here. They kept me informed when I went to get my tire replaced under their road hazard warranty and worked hard to find me a tire because its not a common size. (They found just one but that was all I needed.) People need to give them a break especially when youre 5 cars behind it will take a couple hours. Its first come first served like it should be. You can always go shopping! 👍

People might overlook Walmarts auto service but its actually quite good for batteries, tires, oil changes, bulbs and wipers. Value cant be beat.

I would give Zero if that is an option. Horrible customer service. Waited 20 mintues and no technicians showed up for work. Associates hung up the phone while I was talking. Do not waste your time here.

Was told my oil change wasnt completed because the mechanic is new and didnt know what he was doing, after an hour and a half. Worst thing to tell a customer.

No stock for car battery MAXX 35S. Last year, Nov 2018, same issue.

The service manager was the best but the service team members are the worst we were the first to arrive and the last to leave for a simple oil change, then the mechanic for got to reset oil gauge an 30 minute service stop turned into 2 hours will never go back.

Wow... These guys thought the oil drain plug washer goes inside the oil filter.Please dont take your car here. I still cant believe what he was trying to do with the drain plug washer i provided.

Dont take your car un if you want to keep your interior clean. they left grease spots in my leather seat, ceiling cloth, and vanity mirror. incompetent tennagers working there who do not appreciate your valuables

I called to see if automotive did state inspection and operator hung up on me 7 times. I was wanting to get that done while I went grocery shopping and spend money. Sad part is Walmart is so big they wont feel not getting our business today.

Called 3 times at 7:30 am, 12:50pm, and 1:05pm. Waited on hold every Time for over 5 minutes and was told the auto service department wasnt answering the phone. Very frustrating.
